The hotel is confortable, well located in the Chamartín district, with easy access to the center of Madrid. Staff is friendly.
There is no pool or gym. Breakfast is expensive for Madrid standards

Room was small, basketball court right outside our window... very noisy

This Hotel is close to ISDE where I was attending for my Masters. It also close to METRO Station Colombia, where you can connect to anywhere in Madrid. Logal places to eat like el Jamon del Abuelo, very close and nice. Its 200 mts from Real Madrid Stadium in case you want to see a game.

Clean, location acceptable.
The room was very, very small. In addition, it was dated, old furniture, old bathroom, windows were single and therefore a bit noisy. Not what you would expect in a four star hotel that belongs to a chain like NH
