Location was excellent and the apartment very spacious..We had plenty of room for our cycles.. The kitchen facilities were top class and lots of coffee pods

Code for door didn't work so we had to call to get new codes but all good after a minor hiccup.

Das Zimmer war groß, der Ausblick war super und die Lage war mitten im Zentrum, der Stil der Wohnung war modern und recht ansprechend (bis auf das Bad). Das Fitnessstudio war ein guter Bonus, Geräte sehr alt aber funktionieren, was das Wichtigste ist.

-Personal nur per Nachricht zu erreichen (und dann teilweise späte Antworten) -Wasser wurde nicht richtig warm, somit konnte man einen entscheidenden Punkt , den Whirpool bzw die Badewanne nicht nutzen und auch nicht wirklich heiß duschen -Badezimmer eher altmodisch und in die Jahre gekommen /abgenutzt , Rest der Wohnung wirkte dagegen wie renoviert -es muss jedem bewusst sein, dass es mitten an der Straße im Zentrum der Stadt ist, weshalb es aufgrund der Poser in der Stadt (unnötig laute Autos die immer wieder auf und ab fahren - und mit laut meinen wir DÜSENJET-Flugzeug laut!!!) manchmal schwer werden kann ruhig zu schlafen

The bed was broken, the industrial ventilation was extremely noisey at night so you could not sleep and then on the last night all you could hear was water running thru the pipes.

The place is great, spacious and with a lot of light. Full kitchen with everything you need (minus an oven tray, which made me throw out some stuff I needed to bake) but overall everything great. Great location, it has a CVS less than a block away, and everything important to me was less than a 10 min car ride or a 15 min walk. There are some beautiful starbucks near, inside executives buildings :)

The walls in the living room were stained with liquids, even in the bathroom, ew. That was the only but really important thing that made me not feel 100% at easy.

Not what I expected at all. This is a largish apartment with a kitchen/breakfast bar, sitting area, laundry room (seperate washer and dryer), huge closet, bathroom. The ceilings are very high and there's a strong post-industrial vibe to the place. There is no reception and all the doors have coded entry. I arrived a 4am to a new building in a new city and the code to my room wasn't accepted. However, the helpline number I called was answered quickly by a helpful human being who, after security checks, re-programmed the door and I could enter. I enjoyed staying here but can see that it might not be everyones cup of tea. The hallway outside my apartment had no natural light and the decor was mainly concrete and steel so I felt it was a bit creepy but I should probably watch fewer horror films. They had put a Chrome Cast TV in my apartment which I hadn't seen anywhere else. I thought this was a great idea as I could cast my own movies and TV shows. Although I would say that I enjoy watching the local news when I'm in a city for the first time.

The accomodation clearly isn't set up to be like this but I do like having a staffed reception of some kind. It add a sense of security.

Space and the whole apartment

All was well until the heater stopped working on the last night. Then with the freezing cold, it was very difficult thereafter. No one came to fix it even after raising a complain.

The place was wonderful. Centrally located downtown near some wonderful food spots. The apartment was very spacious and welcoming. I really love the lay out and how the bedroom is separated by a wall but doesn’t have windows. You’re able to get ambient light into the bedroom from the window, on the other side, without being overwhelmed with the brightness.

If I had a dislike I would say the bed was really low. I’m not accustomed to beds being that low but it was comfortable.

Space was good

Bed was hard, car wouldn’t fit in parking so I couldn’t use it and had to lay $150 for another parking, hair in bath rub, not much cooking pans none for spaghetti and no kitchen pans, no cleaning spray, and ac didn’t work good at all, and bathroom door was see through. Looked horrible w the pray foam everywhere

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. It was reasonably quiet. The staff were really good and very helpful in accommodating our luggage storage.

Whilst it might be in a good location for downtown Houston, we stayed in the weekend and it was complete dead. We were surprised that there was effectively nothing to do. We had windows in the apartment, but they looked straight out to a neighbouring building only meters away, so it was very dark.

The loft design and location

Why you didn’t include the parking price from the beginning, that made me mad 😞

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-night stay at Sonder The Hogg Palace in Houston. The loft's cleanliness, thoughtful setup, and comfortable amenities contributed to a great experience. The bed and bathroom were particularly noteworthy.

However, we were disappointed by the persistent marijuana smell in the building, despite the clear prohibition in the guidelines. It would be beneficial if there were measures in place to enforce this rule and ensure a completely smoke-free environment for all guests.

Lovely apartment.

Unrealible elevator that was out at least 50% of the duration of my stay I had to carry groceries up 4 floors at different times. Luckily it was functional on checkout and didn't have to carry my box down the stairs. I did witness someone who arrived while the elevator was out and had to lug their suitcase up the stairs

Great location easy to walk to places.

The elevators kept going down and when you are staying on the 7th floor it is a bad time. The couches smelled terrible. We couldn’t even sit on them. We went to a friends room and her couch was the same. They smelled horrid.

Great location downtown, apartment was lovely and spacious, right next to the gym. Loved the giant bathtub. And for quite a reasonable price. Communication by the Sonder team was proactive and clear.

Very minor - directions to car park could be slightly more explicit. But I found it reasonably okay.

It was very convenient to every thing.

We arrived late evening it was very confusing & then we had trouble getting into our apartment. Lady on phone was very nice & finally the key pad worked. Very frustrating.

Nicely decorated

The signage was lacking. When you got off the elevator on 2nd floor, there was a set of black double doors that had a sign “Keep Doors Closed” with no mention that there were rooms behind the doors or that the fitness center was behind the doors. Also, although there was a sign inside the garage with instructions on how to enter code to exit, it was not place in a spot. Additional signage is needed in the parking garage.

The unit was very spacious. Nice view and lots of natural light. Felt at home.

Beautiful! Amazing views. Excellent location. Huge closet. Fabulous tub/shower. Comfortable.

The a/c controller on the wall wasn’t working when we got there. Fortunately it just needed batteries and thankfully I had packed some. A maintenance man came to fix a towel hanger in the bathroom which was apparently broken (we didn’t notice it) and he didn’t like the fact that we asked him not to worry about it till after we left. He showed up twice while we were there. We arrived HOURS after our intended time to be there…if they were so worried about it then it should have been fixed before we finally got there. This was a kid free getaway for my husband and me so the last thing we wanted were interruptions. Also, we paid the extra money for late checkout. Imagine our surprise (and theirs😳🤣) when they came in before anyone was supposed to.

I love the esthetic of the property. It was so comfy and felt like home.

The location and price was great. The cleanliness. Loved the modern style.

The parking situation. Having to pay so much. I think parking should come free with the rental or a cheaper daily rate.
