Posizione ottima! Le ragazze molto gentili, preparate e molto disponibili. Asciugamani morbidi e profumati, set di cortesia completo. Doccia bella grande. Possibilità di utilizzare la macchinetta del caffè, il dispenser dell'acqua, e tanti snack in camera. Materasso comodissimo! Colazione a 3€ nella caffetteria Pompi, proprio lì di fronte con bevanda calda + brioche: paste molto buone e ottimo cappuccino di soia!
Pulizia ni, il lampadario aveva un dito di polvere e appena arrivati abbiamo trovato dei capelli a terra in bagno. Tanto, troppo rumore, dato ovviamente dagli infissi datati. Si sentivano tanto i rumori provenienti dalle altre stanze e il corridoio; io dormo con i tappi alle orecchie, quindi in realtà non mi hanno dato grossi problemi.

Location was excellent. Staff was helpful but not there very often. Packages of snacks and coffee machine helpful.

The host was very helpful everything was amazing and the location was so good being 2 minutes walk from the duomo is so comfortable and amazing, Katia (the host) was amazing she gave us some recommendations on where to eat she offered to book the tables for us too! And she also booked our taxi back to the airport! So helpful was an amazing stay

This was by far the most beautiful big suite, clean and most conveniently located i had in Italy. From the time I checked in, the owner was so friendly and helpful with recommendations, I will definitely stay again when I’m in Florence. I loved it

The location is perfect, right in the middle of Florence city. The communication with the host was excellent. The room was very clean.
We booked the suite, it was spacious. Because it was situated at the back of the building, it felt very dark. There are windows, but you have to keep the curtains clossed otherwise neighbours can look into the room. Some of the windows can open, but the smell coming from outside makes you close it rapidly. That makes the room dark, warm and musty, not having any fresh air. The neighbours also make a lot of noice, they even had a party at night with loud music.

The friendliness of the staff, the ease of communication, the style of the room and reception area. The location was great, right in the middle of the historic centre with an abundance of restaurants, cafes and shops right on the doorstep.
Would have preferred a room at the back of the property (the front was noisy due to restaurants just below window). Wish that the safe was attached to the wall (it was small enough for someone to pick it up and walk out with it). Wish that the front door out onto the busy street below was closed at all times instead of being wedged open during the day.

Everything, the room was beautiful, the location was the best, we were right in the center of Florence with everything nearby. A lot of local restaurants and cafe in the same street, very close to the train station which was a plus. We used the laundry service and we were very pleased with it! Kathy and Sandra, thank you!

Beautiful room and great location! Very nice host and was very happy to have a water heater with teas and cups in the room. Would recommend just skipping the breakfast voucher as it ended up costing the same as the price if we just purchased from the cafe.

The location is awesome, you literally need 3 minutes to see the Duomo.
Besides, Katty, the host is very helpful: she assisted us with getting PCR tests and shared her recommendations on best pizza places

From start to finish I enjoyed my stay at Relais. Katy was lovely and very welcoming. The room was exactly like on the pictures and had everything I could ask for. The location is perfect, right in the old center. I would definitely stay here again!
It was a bit loud during the night as it’s a very touristic street, filled with small cafes and restaurants. Otherwise everything was great.

Very cozy hotel, nicely furnished just a five minutes walk to the Dome and the central Station Firenze Santa Maria Novella. We were really impressed with how clean and well equiped the room was, as well as with the personel. Cristina welcomed us friendly and provided us with details of what to visit and recommended us some nice restaurants for lunch and dinner. She booked us a table for dinner at Osteria Vini E Vecchi Sapori, where we had the most delicious pasta with black truffles. We enjoyed our stay in Florence so much, that we adjusted our plans and got to spend a few more hours there in between trains two days after our stay at the B&B. Cristina even booked us a table at the same restaurant for lunch once again. We can definitely recommend this beautiful hotel, with nice and friendly atmosphere.

Everything was amazing! The host was super helpful and recommended me some not so touristic places to go to (from bars and restaurants to must see locations), the location is great, in the center and close to the train station, so great if you don't want to go with the suitcase through the whole city. I was traveling alone and I felt safe in the area. All in all, highly recommend!
