コスパが良く、とっても便利な宿だった。また利用したい。

室内は清潔で駅のすぐそばで建物の立地がよく、キッチンに一通りの調理器具があり料理したものが食べられること・洗濯機と浴室乾燥機能があり、毎日洗濯できるので荷物を少なくできて助かった、急な雨に濡れたこともあったがコートを乾かすことができた。

冬のせいなのか陽当たりが悪くて朝や日中でも照明が必要だったこと・電車の音が気になった

Bom custo/benefício.

Bem próximo da estação Shin-Osaka. Cerca de 5 minutos à pé. Quarto grande e bom banheiro.

Prédio não tem elevador. Fica em uma região residencial sem comércios do lado. É preciso caminhar um pouco para se chegar a um mercado ou restaurantes.

タオルの枚数やキッチンの小さいゴミ袋、食器の水切り棚などの存在がとても有り難かったです！お部屋も清潔でした。

大きなスーツケースを持っていたので、それを持って3階までの階段を上り下りするのが大変でした。

Fantastic location and property - subject to other tenants

Amazing communication for the host, with fantastic instructions. Quite spacious, for a couple. Very clean. Very convenient location.

The only issue wasn't with the property itself but with the tenants above us. The trains were easy to zone out, but we unfortunately had people staying above us who had no consideration for anyone else. We got very little sleep some nights.

Clean, comfortable, convenient

Loved the cleanliness and neatness of the spaces. Location to Shin-Osaka was pretty good, and host has made everything clear and easy

Very good

The apartment is well equipped with all the things we need and can fit the 4 of us comfortably. It is near Shin Osaka and Higashi-yodogawa station (local train JR Kyoto line). If you are using the local train, we find it easier to use Higashi-yodogawa station. Umbrellas are provided by the owner, and it was a great help on rainy days. The room was well kept and clean.

There is no iron and ironing board, so do take this into consideration for your laundry management. As it is near train station, it is inevitable to hear train passing by, which wasn't really an issue for us as we are not overly sensitive to noise. The balcony is a bit dusty.

Small and cozy apartment near Shin-Osaka.

the property is quite spacious. we were a group of three, so it was quite comfortable but a bit tight. it has great proximity to Shin-Osaka which is great. easy access to The airport, Osaka, Kyoto, Nara, Hiroshima. i also like that I can cook light meals in the kitchen. i didn’t cook this time, hopefull on my next visit. i loved the quiet neighborhood of the property. I wish I stayed longer to be able to check out the neighborhood.

i didn’t like the fabric of the towels. it isn’t soft and it has a type of fabric that has a particular smell when it is damp all the time. i’m sure it would not be the same if only it was bale to dry properly, but it rained the whole time I was there. the toilet wasn’t functioning properly on the first evening when my friends and I arrived. it should be standard operating procedure to check of things are working properly. i also wished I had some sort of personal interaction with the owner as I love meeting new people. but i guess at this time, non contact is the norm.

Amazing

The property’s location is very convenient as everything essential is nearby, be it convenience stores, restaurants or transportation. There is also very good security as there’s 2 locks before you can even enter your room. Lastly, there are all the important appliances available for use.

A pleasant stay

Convenient to rail station and detailed instructions.

Unusually for a Japanese toilet, seat was not heated, so a bit cold in winter. We stayed on the ground floor, the balcony was very dusty and extremely close to the road outside. You would not want to open the curtains nor the balcony door. Also be aware of train noises, not loud but you can hear it.

Eeventhough i never met their staff but they always standby on booking communication chat for giving you information. Location is not far from Shin-Osaka station, just 5-10 mins walk and its very quiet. Also full facilities in the room.

Loved it!

The bed was huge and awesome to really sprawl out on The auto bath and laundry were also a huge plus. If we needed the kitchen it had all the utensils that we would need. The instructions we were given were easy to understand and comprehensive.

Amazing spot for transit.

It was next to Shin Osaka Station. Great location for those who want to do day trips with their JR pass. Very thorough explanation of whats good around the area. Quick 15 to 18 minute ride on subway to Dotonburi. Quick 5 to 7 minute ride on transit to Pokemon center, Nintendo store, etc. Very satisfied.

Noise pollution. You will hear the trains move to and from when you wake up. Not too loud, but you will still hear it.

Clean and well-equipped. Very good value for the money

The facility was very well equipped and the instructions from the booklet was very detailed and considerate. The room was clean and comfortable. I stayed with my parents who like to cook for themselves even on holidays so having a clean and well-equipped kitchen was a major plus for them. For me, the little details like having a mini portable scale available for scaling luggages and instructions around the neighborhood was a big advantage.

On our last day, we had to go to KIX very early and it was raining a bit. It's hard to order the taxi in this neighborhood, so that is one downside.

Comfortable, clean, and quiet apartment very close to Shin-Osaka station!

It was in a very convenient location and very spacious. The facilities were new and clean, and the area was very quiet. We had a very comfortable stay.
