Best Place to Stay in Dubai Marina

Great view, excellent location. The Staff was very helpful and friendly. Everything was very convenient. Bars, JBR Beach, shops, fast food restaurants, all was a walk away. Totally nice place.

Didn't like that 1 week stay went so fast. The place so nice one week stay there feels very short.

Mixed feelings.

View was amazing. Apartment was clean and plenty of space. There is a Carrefour right next door to the building and a 24 hr pharmacy. Close to JBR and free beach. 15 min walk from the Metro. Hi Guests use a WhatsApp group so it is easy to report any issues and get assistance quickly.

It was a bit tired with a misaligned kitchen cupboard door, blunt knives, damage to interior of the fridge door, but this didn't detract from the overall apartment. There was a known issue of no hot water in the kitchen or guest bathroom. This was not mentioned on booking nor checking in, which was disappointing. At first, I was told it wouldn't be fixed until after I checked out. But after discussion, it was sorted - although the workmen did leave the apartment door open when they left. Which I didn't know about until I returned 3 hours later. The coffee machine was broken, that was replaced fairly quickly. There was building work going on on the floor with workmen blocking lift access and egress with step ladders, although 6 lifts, so it was pot luck which lift you got into. The pool does not open till 10am, with few sunbeds. The childrens splash area - had to ask to switch it on, then after 1 or 2 hours, it got switched off again. The 2nd day it was switched on, then off and we were told it was broken. Plus I was woken at 0230 one morning by two sex workers ringing the doorbell, not ideal when there are children in the apartment!.

Amazing location, beautiful apartment and an all round excellent service from HiGuests. Will definitely book with them again

Good apartment near JBR and metro station

this apartment is located near JBR beach and 10 min walk by dmcc metro station

cleaning was not the best

Location was great for the beach and marina areas, apartment was well kitted out with everything you need

Noise from sports cars on the road close by through the night, also the issues with leaks from the bathroom roof which was not apartment’s fault but the tower building in general has major problems with leaks which is a shame otherwise it would have been perfect

The best place I have ever stayed in Dubai!

The best place I have ever stayed in Dubai! I booked this amazing apartment with a gorgeous view from the balcony on 25th floor for initially 6 days and ended up extending for 14 days because I liked it so much! I give my very best recommendations. Higuest was super supportive, easy to get in touch with and so friendly. They really made me feel at home here. Just overall high class! :0) Location is super - just 5 min walk to the beach. Supermarket is in ground floor. Marina is by the door entrance - so nice to do an evening walk along the marina. Tons of restaurants and cafes nearby. Clean and up class neighborhood. Gym is good too. Receptionist is so friendly and helpful as well. Transportation is 10 min walk away with metro to the city center (burj Khalifa and Mall of Emirates). Also easy to take a taxi. Will definitely stay here next time I’m in Dubai.

Filthy dirty

Location is good. There is supermarket in the same building. The apartment has all kitchen utensils. Close to public beach.

The apartment was filthy. I had to buy cleaning detergents and clean it. The property management agency suggested me to send a cleaning team after I cleaned the apartment. One of the staff members tried to tell me that I left the window opened and that’s why there’s lots of filthy trash. The property management agency suggested as a compensation late check out... it was awful experience. The apartment building is ok. Decent gym.
