Julia was absolutely the sweetest person I’ve ever rented a property with. Her property is immaculately clean. She makes special treats for her guest. Her honey is the best honey my daughter has ever tasted! We will definitely be staying at her property in the future!

This is the second year we have stayed here. It is a quiet cottage very clean and roomy. They have added a few things from last year. My girls lived the tree swings! Julia is also very nice and quick to answer any questions or concerns you might have. Would definitely recommend and we will definitely be returning!

We had a wonderful stay Julia the Host was great to work with. The pictures of the property cant show you how wonderful the place is to stay at. Fresh flowers to the welcome gift and treats. Coffee every morning with the birds singing on the back deck! Food and Publics grocery store less then 5 min. The host takes great care of the home she rents we can only hope it is available next trip to Charlotte form the Vermonters and Floridian's !

This rental met our needs, including cooking meals. Kitchen was stocked with all of the basics. Very clean. Two minor things: The pillows in the twin bed room weren’t comfortable. more hooks for hanging towels in the bathroom! Would rent again for sure. Enjoyed the honey and fresh flowers. Perfect location for those who enjoy tranquility mixed with recreation. The farm offers the views and sounds to provide the relaxation we sought, and had the amenities within and nearby to entertain our children. Charlotte and Huntersville are a stones throw away for good coffee, restaurants, retail, etc. Julie (Host) graciously gifts Honey from the farm to welcome you into the clean, quaint cottage. She was readily available by email and texting for questions (we asked about the farms history) or concerns (we had none of course!) Don’t forget to read and sign their guestbook! We left behind a horse puzzle in honor of our visit with Keena :) There were other magazines, games, and puzzles tucked around the home; and bball and soccer ball. We will be sure to return if visiting again

Very nice three bedroom cottage. Everything was as advertised and more. Very clean, very comfortable, very nice property managers. Easy ride to downtown Charlotte.

Communication was 2nd to none!! Julia goes out of her way for her guests! Her Cottage is nestled away from any city or highway noise, very peaceful and quiet. We had deer in the yard as we returned from our outings, ducks on the pond. The Cottage is Clean, very user friendly, great layout for guests to gather and visit. It was a pleasure to stay at Julia's Cottage. Dirt world finals at Charlotte 2021

We stayed here to attend the Renaissance Festival and hang out in Charlotte. This place was so clean, the owner was incredibly hospitable and kind, and we loved how quiet it was. Would absolutely stay here again!

We needed a place to stay for an event near Charlotte for the weekend. Since it was 2 adults and 2 kids we figured we'd look for a house instead of a hotel room. I'm so glad we did!! Julia made everything so easy from check in to check out. We arrived and it was extremely clean and up to date. They even have fresh flowers around the house including my favorite hydrangeas. I ended up working there all day Friday and the internet speeds were great. I'm actually sad we didn't get to spend more time there relaxing at the house because it's such a peaceful spot right outside the city. Julia makes the most amazing honey and lip balm and treats. We can't wait to visit here again!! While we'd love to keep it a secret, I know others will enjoy it just as much as we did!

Stayed in Julia’s Cottage for the weekend, as me and three others were in town for the Georgia-Clemson game (Go Dawgs!!!). The cottage is honestly one of the nicest, most well-appointed places I’ve stayed. Period. Small, but spacious, and the attention to detail and “little things” are amazing! Communication with Julia was easy and she was quick to respond with answers to our questions. Not sure how anyone could give the cottage less than five stars…I only gave five, because there aren’t more!!! Next time I’m in Charlotte, I definitely hope Julia’s Cottage is available. I’d absolutely stay here again!!!!

Our hostess was delightful. She was very responsive to my questions and left us the sweetest hostess gift, honey from her bees! Yum! The house was well supplied for all of our cooking needs. The home was very clean. We didn’t have any issues with the house! Communication with the the owner was great throughout the entire stay! The property is also super cute and quiet. If I was ever back in that area I would stay there again!

We had a such a great time at the cottage! It is in a great location, 15-20 mins from just about anywhere in the city. The house was the perfect size for our family. Very cozy and super clean! Our boys loved exploring the wildlife and the farm. On the last night of our stay, Julia and her husband were kind enough to take the boys out fishing on the pond and touring around the farm. We were sad to leave but we plan on visiting again soon!

Great cottage in a quiet setting. Lovely rural feel close to Charlotte.

They had roaches and ants. I would not recommend at all. Fyi the owner of the bnb lives next door and has cameras and watches you at all times. Very creepy
