The environment was excellent

Kitchen equipment was poor, for example the flat was for 4 people and there was a tiny coffee pot enough for 2 people. More bowls for serving needed, also some bigger cups as they were all tiny. Also for people coming on an airplane, there should be salt, pepper, left. Also soap for the dishes and washing machine. There was absolutely nothing except toilet tissue. Also guests should be made aware that the pool is not open until 1St June, as this is not stated on the advertising.

Close to Nervi's center, nice park around the facilities

We booked the apartment stating our arrival time as requested. I was then contacted via whatsapp by the local greeter from Altido and I confirmed I would have confirmed the exact arrival time the day of departure. On the departure date I confirmed the greeter the navigation system estimated time of arrival stating I would have given an update later. I then updated the greeter 15 min before arrival but I was responded that the ETA specified at the departure was the one to be referenced to. Long story short the greeter arrived very late and I was left with my family (including a 10 months old child) in the street with no parking facilities for 25 minutes. Once the greeter arrived (late) I was shown very very quickly the apartment and left alone in litterally 2 min. The apartment was dirty and few light bulbs not working. The size of the room was nice as well as the location as it is into a 26K sqm park. I have asked Altido for a refund but the answer so far is not positive. Based on my experience I will not book any other holiday in places managed by Altido as there was no customer care.

Rooms are old and facilities should be renewed. Kitchen is not very well equipped.
