Reservation arrivals on Christmas Day may also not be accepted. • These policies may be relaxed closer to arrival. Please contact us with questions. Please note, this is part of a duplex unit. The backyard and deck are shared with the unit next door. In an ideal downtown location, this modern 2 bedroom, 1 bath bungalow was recently renovated and has everything you need for the perfect Morro Bay Getaway. You’ll enjoy views of Morro Rock from the back deck and are only 4 short blocks from the Embarcadero. With this vacation rental you have the option to park your car and not need it until its time to leave! The home is decorated to match the style and décor of the year the bungalow was built. Fresh and modern, you will enjoy every detail of this rental. Home Features: • Bedroom #1 with King Size Bed • Bedroom #2 with Queen Size Bed • Living room with comfy seating, Queen size sleeper sofa and large flat screen tv • Hall Bath with combination shower/tub and dual vanities (note there is only 1 bathroom in this home) • Full Kitchen with dishwasher, full size fridge, and dining seating for 4 with bar seating for 2. • Washer and dryer for guest use • Back deck and large back yard (shared with unit next door) • Back deck features a BBQ grill and Picnic style outdoor seating • Ideal downtown location, walk to all the shops and restaurants! No Pets and No Smoking. This is strictly enforced. Per Morro Bay Vacation Rental Ordinance, the minimum age to rent a vacation rental in the city of Morro Bay is 21 years old. URelax Vacation Rentals welcomes service animals recognized by the ADA (American Disabilities Act). In advance of a visit to any of our properties with a service animal, Management must be notified and once screened written approval will be issued. Unapproved animals on any of our properties are a violation of our contract and grounds for eviction. The best part about this home is its location! You are within an easy walk to the downtown shops and restaurants and all the shops and restaurants that the Embarcadero has to offer. We truly enjoyed our stay at this place for my birthday weekend with family. Initially, we had a little difficulty figuring out the heating system but it all worked out. The place is clean, spacious and so close to everything. Wished we could have stayed longer. We highly recommend this place.

We loved staying here. The place looks newly remodeled and was super clean. The backyard is huge and we used the grill. We loved that it’s right in the middle of all the restaurants and a very short walk to the water. It seems to be the perfect house in the perfect location. We would definitely stay here again. Oh and really comfy beds!

The property suited us nicely. It was described fairly in ads and reviews. The kitchen was adequate. If you plan on cooking, be aware only salt and pepper are supplied. We enjoyed being able to walk easily to the waterfront and area restaurants. It was a quiet time of year to visit, so there wasn't much traffic noise. The neighborhood was fine during our stay, even though there's a liquor store nearby. We love Morro Bay and have visited many times. We will return and would stay in this house again.

The home decor right when you pull up with the fun paint colors continues throughout this small duplex. Shared outdoor space caused for limited privacy, but the other renters were very quiet. This home got the job done for our crew of 6! Perfect location for walking distance to all shops, restaurants, farmers market, and the water. Only down side is street parking and not being able to walk to the beach. However, we never had a problem finding parking near the house. Just don't leave valuables in your car or outside! People at all hours walking to liquor store on the corner and laundromat across the street. We had a great stay and will consider another stay at this super adorable beachy home!!!

Great location for exploring the area
Great location for exploring the area, easy walk down to the waterfront, quick drive to Cal Poly and downtown SLO. Street parking was easy to find. House was cute and had everything we needed for a short stay.

The unit is laid out well, is attractively decorated, very clean, and has a lot of light. Murro Bay Rock is impressively visible over the business just to the west of the property. The touristy and well-maintained waterfront is an easy 4 block walk downhill to the west, and the fire department and Albertsons are just 3 blocks uphill to the east. Lots of interesting businesses nearby. The bar down the street was noisy on Wednesday evening, but that ended just after 10pm.A good location for exploring the waterfront. Cayucos is just 6 miles to the north with a great walking beach.

Family getaway
I’m from Maine, visiting my son and family in Elk Grove. We love the Pismo area and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Morro Bay. My son spent time working remotely and the home was convenient to walking into town, the Natural History Museum and the Embarcadero. The deck and yard provided good outdoor space for lounging and fairy house boilding! Thank you for a lovely stay, look forward to returning!

Morro Bay is a nice town but surprisingly this location had a lot of shady folks walking around at night. Perhaps because it's next to a liquor store and across the street from the laundry mat. In summary, nice unit but uncomfortable surroundings.

We had a great trip and this place was generally clean and new. Location was unbeatable for us a half block from a great vegan place, grocery store and and anything else you'd want. Kitchen and bathroom renovated and very clean. Throw carpet in the living room could use a cleaning. We'd go back for sure.

Great location
My sister and I had a comfortable stay. We loved being in town where we could walk to the harbor, theater and many of the shops and restaurants. There was a plumbing problem, but it was taken care of in a timely manner. There were plenty of towels and dishes and the beds were very comfortable. The view of Moro Rock and the sunset was a bonus when the fog lifted.

The property was exactly what we were looking for. When we go to Morro Bay we like to be located within walking distance of Albertsons and the Embarcadero. The furnishings were comfortable.

Super nice and clean and has all the amenities! The location is great...close to the main street with all the shops and restaurants. It's also close to the vintage stores and other little coffee shops and restaurants. The beach is close by too!
