Best studio in Zadar

Nina was very nice and friendly. Kindly let us checking earlier The apartment is so cozy, clean , the building is new. Big plus for the assigned parking spot there was water , cookies , coffee, masks and hand sanitizers Big plus for the washing machine !

Just to mention something, but overall it was perfect ! - the two individual beds were not comfortable, a double bed would have been perfect - the pan might need changing - an iron would be very welcome

Very nice apartment

Very new apartment with everything you need. The owner and her brother was really nice. It is 10-15 minute walk to the old town.

Superb

The studio was on the 9th floor in a new apartment building with free private parking. The room was spacious, modern and well-equipped. Big supermarkt was nearby.

The shower room was small. The bathroom itself was not small but it felt small because of the layout. There was not enough hot water for washing hair and taking a shower.

Ideal place for one or two people a short walk away from the old town. The apartment had all the facilities I needed and was a comfortable base for my four day stay. I would stay here again.

Perfect apartment for our holiday!

Host was very kind and flexible! Would really recommend this clean and bright apartment!! The host even left us a little gift which we didn't expect. She also offered to send me a personal item which I forgot at the apartment! Thank you so much!! Would love to come back!!

lovely place!! do stay here

Nina was super helpful and a wonderful host. We recommend this stay for anyone, super clean, modern and nicely located apartment.

Nothing bad, the whole apartment was wonderful. Just don’t turn off the switch for the warm water pump, but Nina helped us with a call to understand that we had turned it off by accident.

Extremely great apartment for a solo traveller, perfect for two people also.

The apartment was extremely clean and well equipped. It was a walking distance to everywhere I needed to go. The SPAR supermarket was a 4 minutes walk, the main bus station was a 12 minutes walk, the kolovare beach and the main city was also a walking distance. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you needed to make a good meal, the AC worked properly, there was a washing machine present and a dish washer. The apartment had a modern feel the and the room was also very quiet. I really enjoyed my short stay.

Definitely the number one of apartments

I've been in many apartments all over the world, but this one is definitely the best. The apartment is fully equipped, brand new, and very clean. Everything you need is inside. The hostess Nina speaks good english and is very friendly. The secure parking is also a big plus. Apart from the approximate time of arrival it is also wise to let Nina know short before getting there, especially when you need to park your car. She lives only 5 minutes away from this place and she needs to open the gate and door for you. Thanks Nina for the wonderful stay.
