This home was absolutely beautiful! We had 14 staying the night and 16 during the day and we were all able to sit comfortably and enjoy each others company. Would definitely stay again!

This house was perfect for accommodating our large group. There’s plenty of room to space out and room to come together to watch movies and play games. We had a great time hanging out as a group. We looked for a long time to have a pool that was heated for my grandkids when booking, but apparently I did not add the feature soon enough. It requires 36 hours notice to heat the pool. We still had a great time regardless. There was plenty of toilet paper, but not sufficient paper towels or dishwasher pods for this large group. Also, the cookware is all very small; that makes it a little difficult when trying to feed 9 people at a time. The house was clean overall and furniture etc. is all in pretty good shape. The thermostat is controlled by remote. I think if they would ask the guest what temperature they want it set on and then have it set to our liking. It would’ve been much more comfortable, but they did address our needs quickly when brought to their attention. We are not a 70° indoor weather family, more like a 65° comfort zone. Overall, we did enjoy our stay thoroughly!

Enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room! Loved outdoor area! Kitchen well stocked. Neighbor had Christmas lights synced to a radio station that was cool to view at night. Thank you!

Our family loved our stay. The pool lights didn't work but Vacasa did inform us they were waiting for a part to come in. There was hair in one of the bathrooms but overall it was clean.

Unit can use some updating, still very upset about ant infestation that took 2 days to spray after sending pics and explaining we had a 14 month baby, family unable to sit on downstairs furniture due to ants crawling on them, also unable to put dogs food down. Garbage cans were full of ants and maggots, my husband pulled cans to street hoping to help.

We all enjoyed our time at Jubilee by the Sea! We were blown away by the house & pool! The only problems we had was we could have used some hand towels & rags for the kitchen. Trash baga would have been nice. But all in all we made it work! And wpuld love to make it work again in the future. The walk to the best was doable for ua & we absolutely loved the pool!!! We loved that the pool had a bench in it!

Overall nice, the beach was a little bit further than what was told but , not bad. House was nice, but needed some dressers. Fridge needed the ice maker to work.

The house was everything we could have hoped for! There were 14 of us ranging in age from 2 to 85! The beach was a short 5-8 min walk from the house and the private pool was amazing, especially having the privacy fence. There were more pool toys than we could use, there were also beach toys if you didn’t have your own. There is a lovely grill area and the porches are amazing to sit on and enjoy the view. We were thrilled to bring our corgi with us as well. We will definitely be back and have already recommended this property to friends!

Very pleasant stay but would have loved to have had clean sheets with no sand or bloodstains. House needed a frying pan and a working freezer. We found cheerios and game cards underneath the furniture. House needs some TLC. Maybe just a good cleaning.

Regarding the actual property, it was exactly as described and worked well for my family. Two things to consider when leasing this property and through Vacasa, it is very difficult to get someone knowledgeable on the phone at the 800 number. Marisol answered the call after being on hold for 40 minutes and spoke very little English. She could not contact the manager of the property about my request before check in. When we were in the house, temperatures outside were in the low 40’s at night and the thermostat was locked so we froze the first and second night. On the third day it took about 2-3 hours of texting to get heating turned on. For the price for each night on these dates, we should have been able to control the thermostat.

Overall, our stay was good. The house is beautiful and well cared for. Beds were comfortable and the house was very roomy.
1. We planned on using the outdoor storage for bicycles. The code we were given did not work. We had two calls/texts with Vacasa about it and were last told they were checking on it but they never got back to us during the remaining 5 days of our stay.
2. It would be nice to be able to better control the temperature in the house. We couldn’t switch from air to heat or turn it off without making a call.
3. The pool filter was not working but we hadn’t planned on using the pool anyway.
4. A great addition would be to add dressers to the bedrooms. There were nice closets but no where to store folded clothes so we had to keep in suitcases.

This house was super nice! The kitchen is large and lots of seating in the living room for watching late night movies. The location of the home is good also, within walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. This house has not dressers though. We had 14 people living out of suitcases.

Arrived Friday evening to dirty bedding . Not being picky here but the blankets had unidentifiable stuff on them in 2 of the bedrooms. The spare blanket had blood on it . 48 hrs & multiple phone calls later we received clean blankets .
What else did we encounter ?
Freezer handle that is broken and falls off with any bump , ice maker doesn’t work. Freezer went out the second day. That repairman was actually great!
Kitchen is not well supplied for cooking . For instance, hot pads, none to be found, no storage
Containers etc.
The pool was cloudy and dirty when we arrived and the backyard hadn’t been cleaned , pool toys and dog poop is what we arrived to. Pool did get cleaned but then became cloudy again within 24 hours. Took them 3 days to show back up and clear it up .
The neighbor loves Kenny Chesney so be prepared because his outdoor speakers are very nice. Plus, his cute little dogs like to bark.
Almost forgot about the breaker for the washer went bad and yet another repairman had to be called. He was quite awesome as well!
My two cents as a rental property owner myself , this home is updated and stylish but not well maintained. Very disappointing.

The house was roomy and fit our family of nine nicely. Kids really enjoyed the pool and the short walk to beach. It turned cold for 3 of our nights. Was not able to turn on heat first night as thermostat was locked. Called and someone came within 8 hours. But then it was on heat and could not turn air on when warmed up later in week. Would be nice if pool was heated for those cooler days. There was one chair and one bar stool broken. Rugs in house are trip hazard, but we just rolled them up. Furniture starting to show some ware... Beds were ok. Bring your own dish soap, laundry soap, and something to wipe off counters. There is a dollar general just down the street which had everything we needed. The location of house is perfect...close proximity to everything. Overall, I would give it a 4 out of 5.

House and location is great. The only complaint is with booking….paying not only VRBO fee but also a Vacasa fee as is excessive.

The pool was wonderful! It was a beautiful place with lots of beds & bathrooms! I would bring some beach towels & hand towels for kitchen but other than that there was everything we needed!

We LOVED our stay at Jubilee by the Sea! It is beautifully decorated and well designed. They thought of everything. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the porch, days at the beach, and evenings in the salt pool. The perfect place to unwind and relax.

We had 3 families enjoy spring break. The house is 1 block from the beach. It's a great location with many restaurants a few blocks away, including an ice cream shop. Lots of activities within several blocks. The kitchen is fully stocked with all kitchen gadgets for you to cook your meals in. There is also a Walmart and Rouses Market 1 mile away. 3 Blocks away is another little grocery store too for last minute items and drinks. They have a tankless water heater so it keeps up with all large groups. The pool was not heated, a little chilly if you are renting early Spring. However the sun did heat it up towards the end of the day. The house is fresh cool colors inside and there is lots of seating for large groups. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

The house was exactly as pictured, roomier than expected. The kitchen is large and well-stocked with dishes, utensils, and small appliances. En suite bathrooms were fabulous with rain showerheads and plenty of linens. Beds were comfortable. Loved the private pool and fenced-in yard. Access to the beach was a quick walk. Nights were quiet and dark. Plenty of parking.
The property management company has quite the honey-do list, as I refused to allow my honeys to do the work:
The thermostat was set and locked in to uncomfortable settings. A quick call and it was remedied quickly.
Dishwasher is not screwed into the cabinetry.
Fridge freezer handle pulls off.
Outlets don't work in Skipper bathroom (We plugged everything in somewhere else.)
Fuses trip every time you use washer/dryer.
Flooring under washer/dryer is unfinished.
Wall is patched but not repainted in Captain bathroom.
There were a few sightings of pests: one cockroach, one centipede, and some tiny ants. It's by no means infested, but could use some pest control measures.
Be sure cleaning crew actually cleans the floors. My mother and I filled the vacuum canister three times, and used 4 swiffer pads until they were black. This was on day 2.)
House could be supplied better. For our one week stay:
2 dishwashing tabs
1 roll paper towels
1 sponge
2 laundry detergent pouches
2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom (This turns out to be enough for 7 adults/1 week, but scavenging paper from one bathroom to the next is not fun.)
We made a visit to Walgreens to purchase paper towels, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and all-purpose spray cleaner.
Finally, contractors showed up in the middle of our visit to do work in the backyard. Although they were quick and cleaned up after, it made the backyard unaccessible for several hours on a really nice day (for us and our dog). We were not warned; I approached the contractors sitting in their truck in the driveway myself.
We did not contact management for the myriad issues, or to request extra supplies, except the thermostat. No one wants to spend their vacation telling a property management company how to manage property. We just dealt with it.
One thing I never investigated: are there any beach chairs, beach toys, etc in a storage room somewhere? Or do you just have to rent such things? We really enjoyed our stay, and I hope my feedback is accommodated. This is a fabulous place!

Really the only thing that could have made this stay better was to be right on the beach. Everything else was absolutely perfect. Sooo many places to sleep. So much space to lounge. Can’t beat having a private pool. Bring your pups. The customer service was top notch. Super clean. Plenty of supplies to get by during your stay. Location was great and had so many great nearby places. Seriously book it.

This place was bigger & better than we expected! We had 6 adults and 6 kids (all under 8yrs old) and there was plenty of space for everyone. 2 blocks from the beach access. No more than 10mins driving to any restaurant. The pool was especially great for the young kids to unwind in the evenings after the beach. We’ll for sure try to book this place on our next trip here.
