The home has a master suite on the first floor and 3 bedrooms upstairs! - Absolutely NO parties or events allowed at our home. There is a $1000 fee for not abiding by this rule. - We live a few houses down so we are available, if needed! - We maintain a safe & pleasant neighborhood with onsite security. - Our home can only accommodate the number of guests shown in the listing details, no additional guests permitted. We are located direct across from the 73 acre Sugaw Creek Park! Just walk across the street to enjoy outdoor basketball, tennis & volleyball courts, disc-golf course, and nature trails! The kitchen had a very poor selection for cooking, everything just thrown in cabinets and drawers. Very hard to find things. Not sure dishwasher was working either. House clean, all bedrooms good but the kitchen supplies were awful. Improve on this please.

The home was very nice, the area outside the neighborhood was a little sketchy and people walking through the neighborhood at night which had me concerned when I walked out 10 am the morning of checkout and saw a car parked in front of the house with dark windows and running with 2 people in it. Turned out to be the cleaners after I logged on to the app to message the owner about the car and was informed checkout was at 10 am and they was already sitting out front prior to 10 am waiting to clean. I was charged an extra $57 for not being out by 10 am and the cleaner had to wait 30 minutes for my girls to finish packing.

The house was very clean, roomy , and we'll appointed. I was particularly impressed with the 2 master suites. My husband and I didn't have to climb steps and my daughter her husband and their 8 yr old had upstairs roooms. Cindy made our stay enjoyable. Will stay again if in Charlotte.

My family and I enjoyed our time being here. The house was clean and the owner was easy to contact. My only complaint would be that I felt that this house wasn’t baby friendly. There is a lot of floor wall sockets and I spent most of the time chasing my 10-month-old trying to keep her from messing with the wall plugs, But other than that I enjoyed everything else.

This was my first time booking an Airbnb and the experience was well worth it. It was my daughters birthday and wanted a sleepover away from home. This place was the perfect spot and was spacious enough for all 9 girls that stayed. Also the property manager allowed us to stay an extra hour after check out time so that my daughter could enjoy the catered breakfast I had planned for her that morning. The property manager was very helpful with me finding my stay as well as she provided me with multiple options of different places after the 1 I wanted was booked. Definitely a great place to stay. Will be coming back soon!
