This is the BEST resort property in Incline Village!! PLEASE READ!....The Hyatt High Sierra Lodge is a Residence Club property which typically rents by the week, Saturday - Saturday as part of my owner's rental program. Please inquire about dates prior to requesting a direct booking. Shorter stays of 3 or 4 "split weeks" may be available starting or ending on Saturdays. ...please email me regarding specific dates. Rates may vary by week and availability. 'The Total Tahoe Experience'... 2 Bedroom Residential Style mountain suites at the Hyatt High Sierra Lodge. This Hyatt Residence Club property is located in the heart of North Lake Tahoe providing the total Tahoe experience of lake, ski, outdoor and gaming activities. Only a 2 minute walk to Lake Tahoe, 15 Minutes to Northstar, 35 minutes to Squaw Valley and 45 minutes to Reno / Tahoe Int'l Airport (BTV).

Hyatt High Sierra Lodge Ski Trip
Overall, this is a nice property. Ski lockers near parking was a helpful feature. Heating and cooling in the unit was tricky. It got way too hot and we had to open windows to cool things off. Not very efficient. Maintenance was no help and didn't believe us when we said we had not been running the fireplace. But, again, really nice facility, close to the lake, and skiing at Diamond Peak. We would stay there again.

Do not stay here owner very difficult
While the location of this condo is fantastic and the condo itself is beautiful, I would not recommend staying here. We were planning to stay for the entire week. However early in our stay two horrible forest fire started and we’re surrounding Tahoe. The air quality became horrible and the index was over 400. Ash was falling from the sky. The lake was closed and the Hyatt beach was closed. We left halfway through our stay because we were having a difficult time breathing. Two days after we left the Reno airport closed due to the fires. When we called the Hyatt they told us hey any guest who canceled would receive a full refund due to the dangerous conditions. When we reached out to this owner they refused to give us any refund for the 3 nights we weren’t going to use.
There are multiple condos in this area, so if you want to stay here I would find another owner to rent from.

Great for a family getaway
Nice condo in great condition, wish we had known it overlooked a busy street. There was quite a bit of road noise as cars & trucks charged up the hill behind us. Still quite enjoyable and can't beat the access to a private beach (but be ready for a bit of a walk; 15 min or so to get to the lake). Really appreciated having access to Hyatt's gym and pool as well. For a quarantine get away it was perfect to have our own kitchen. Would recommend this place for a family of 4-6 (we used the fold out couch to watch TV one night and it was super comfortable!). Nate was great to work with. Responsive and helpful.

Getaway
Fantastic getaway to relax. Amazing beach and pool area. Pool and hot tubs heated nicely. Very comfortable condo. Will definitely return!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Residences at Incline Village. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed and large enough for our party of 4. The location was beautiful and close to ski resorts and restaurants. We’ll be back for sure.

Beautiful Tahoe condo
We had a lovely stay at the Hyatt Residence. The room was beautiful, as described, and perfect for our 2 families and kiddos. It was also nice to be close to the hotel to enjoy their amenities as well

We travel to the High Sierra Lodge every summer. We love the outdoor activities and the private beach and pools. The booking process is super easy and Nate does a very good job facilitating each booking. We'll be back next year!

Fantastic for New Years
We stayed at this timeshare condo at Hyatt High Sierra Lodge in Incline Village the week of New Year's. It was a nice, clean, comfortable condo with full kitchen amenities and 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, exactly as described. Along with the sofabed in the living area (which was the firmest and most comfortable I've ever seen - no sagging!), it easily accommodated our party of 6 (4 adults and 2 children). It is conveniently located immediately adjacent to the Hyatt hotel (<2 minute walk to the casino entrance of the hotel), a 5 minute walk to the private Hyatt beach and cottages, a 5-10 minute drive to Diamond Peak for skiing, and short walking/driving distance to numerous restaurants. All Hyatt hotel amenities are included, as well as the timeshare residences' own pool and hot tub. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
