The condo was very nicely furnished with everything you need in the kitchen. We loved having coffee and drinks overlooking the river. Short walk and you are in Kennebunkport! We traveled easily from here for day trips to Portland, Ogunquit and Portsmouth. We highly recommend staying here!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is very cozy. The covered porch is a real plus. It’s walking distance to town and about a 15-minute walk to the beach. We would stay again.

Despite the threat of Hurricane Lee, we had an outstanding time. The condo was beautiful, perfectly appointed and maintained. It allowed us to prepare our own meals, due to my daughter's special diet. Did all the recommended walks and shopped till we dropped.

Sheila and Tom have such a beautiful home. I am so happy we were able to stay there! It’s no wonder they have so many amazing reviews and I couldn’t wait to contribute another wonderful review for them. The condo is clean and comfortable and they have thought of everything that you would need. It is such a close walk to town and less than a 5 minute drive to the beach. We loved this condo, it was the perfect location a stones throw from all stores, favorites spots & restaurants in the Port. Condo is very well appointed. Exactly as pictured. Worked well for 2 adults and 2 teens with two bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Lovely terrace for cocktails. Shelia was a pleasure to deal with and always prompt responses. No issues at all. Delightful stay and we hope to return in the future.

Thank you so much for hosting us at your lovely condo in the Shipyard Condominiums. Everything was perfect. The condo was very nicely furnished with comfortable furniture. It has great views. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, and the condo is a short walk to the restaurants and shops of Dock Square. Even when it rained—and it rained hard for several days—the covered porch was a comfortable retreat with its lovely views. Two couples, two reviews! During the search and booking process we knew this property would going to be a good choice for our trip to Kennebunkport. What we discovered is that it was absolutely perfect. The condo was well furnished and equipped with everything we needed. We felt at home when we walked in the door. The walk to the dock and shops took just minutes. The grounds were beautiful and we have lovely views from all rooms. We appreciated how quiet and peaceful the condo was. This condo was perfect in every way – beautifully furnished and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and elegant getaway. Location is private and very quiet, but downtown Kennebunkport is a 5 minute walk away. We loved it, would definitely go back.

We loved the condo, it was exactly as shown in the pics, very clean and the location is perfect! Easily within walking distance of everything, our weather didn’t cooperate so we did have to do a little driving, but it wasn’t a problem. If it’s your first time to the area, I’d highly recommend the trolley tour, rain or shine. It was fun and informative, even my teenage sons enjoyed it. The Pilot House has wonderful haddock, in our opinion, hard to go wrong with any seafood out there. Definitely hit Perkins Cove, not a far drive, maybe 20 minutes, the views from the Marginal Way trail are absolutely stunning. We’d definitely stay here again, we loved everything about it, it’s very quiet and the whole property is just charming. Easy check in and out, thank you both for sharing your lovely home!

Had a fantastic girls getaway! The condo was great and was extremely well equipped. The location could not have been better. We walked to everything. Easy checkin and checkout. Look forward to renting here again. Perfect in every way!

We had a great stay! Condo was right in the heart of Kennebunkport just a short walk to shopping and restaurants. The unit was well equipped and had a great patio for sitting outside and enjoying your morning coffee. Sheila reached out ahead of time to make sure everything would be set up correctly for us and was very responsive to questions. Would definitely stay again in the future!

It would be hard to find a better place to start in Kennebunkport. Sheila and Tom’s condo has it all: great location, spotless and so comfortable. Towels were an extra treat! Communicating with Sheila was effortless: she did everything to make us feel welcome and to ensure that we had a good holiday. Thank you, Sheila.

It was wonderful. The stairs to the unit were inside and carpeted. The lock was easy. There was plenty of space for the 3 of us.The walk-in shower worked out perfectly. The location was perfect. It afforded views and was accessible to Kennebunkport. We enjoyed the recommendations of breakfast places. Later in the spring/summer is probably ideal but we relaxed and took the rain in stride.

What a great place to stay, tucked in a nice quiet spot but very short walking distance to shopping, restaurants and downtown. The condo is very nice and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks, Matt and Karen

We had an amazing weekend. Everything from booking the trip, arriving to the property and the whole stay could not have been any easier or better. It was perfect. The town is great! We can’t wait to come back!!!

My husband and I have visited Kennebunkport many times, but only as daytrips from other towns in Maine. This time, we knew we wanted to stay there and were very happy to find Sheila and Tom's beautiful condo available for our dates. The condo is exactly as it looks in the photos. It is very well stocked with everything you might need to cook (which we didn't do as there are too many restaurant choices nearby). The beds are comfortable and the bath towels are the best I've every used! The location could not be better. We loved our stay and had excellent communication prior to the trip with Sheila. We hope to return and highly recommend this property to others!

The size of the property was just right for us, it was pleasant, clean and had everything we needed. It was big enough for visits from family too. Can't beat the location - walking to the Port and to the beach.

Sheila & Tom’s condo was in a beautiful, quiet area. We walked and walked, every day. Everything we needed was there, including a well equipped kitchen! We visited many beaches during this unseasonably warm week in mid-February! We will definitely be back! Thank you, Sheila & Tom ❤️

This place was perfect for reconnecting, which was our goal. Perfect space for gathering, eating, relaxing. Walked everywhere. Cleanliness was exceptional. Overall, a perfect space!

Upon arrival, my daughter and I couldn’t help but grin ear to ear. The property is gorgeous! The condo was so beautiful and spacious. The kitchen has everything needed (literally) to have a fantastic home made meal. There is a lovely, large bath tub for bath lovers like myself and in the master bedroom, there is a giant shower. Speaking of the master bedroom, the bed was so comfortable! Not only is it giant, it truly offers such a comfortable nights rest. The living room is also entirely comfortable, and the dining area came into great use for board games and our home made meal. The other bedroom (unused on our trip) offers even more comfort for two. Absolutely perfect for singles, couples, and is spacious enough to accommodate a family of 4-6! The location of this dream condo made it even better. When you read “steps away from town” it IS literal! I highly suggest strolling out and walking 1 minute (or less) to a Morning in Paris for a crepe and coffee or some delightful macaroons! There are so many treasures to explore and personally I really enjoyed seeing my car stay in one place for an entire weekend. Sheila generously put together information about restaurants, local activities, beaches, etc. She was in touch from the start and is so kind! She is generous with answering any questions and made the entire process completely void of stress. The checkout instructions are easy to follow and minimal. This is a gem! If you are thinking about it, please stop thinking and book it! Vacation doesn’t happen often for my daughter and I, this is a spectacular place to be all year round and we could not have been happier. Beautiful place, lovely host, community full of kind and friendly people with amazing food and scenery :) Culture is flurried amongst the town. Thank you Shelia and Tom for making our Mom and Daughter vacation into a truly memorable experience! I hope to be back as soon as we can!!!! Epic.

We rented this property over the Christmas holiday weekend (three nights). Everything was perfect! The house was decorated which was a nice touch. The kitchen was very well appointed - we had everything we needed and more. Sheila was very responsive and had everything ready for our stay (twin beds made up as one king).

Wonderful location with easy walking distance to dock square and all of Kennybunkports shops and restaurants. Condo was exactly as looks in pictures. Highly recommend!
