Across from Camden On The Lake. This beautiful 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom home is located at the 8MM, so you are close to countless new waterfront restaurants and other attractions by water and road. Tap & Grill, Lake Burger, Shady Gators, Coconuts, Horny Toads, Jolly Rogers and many others are a short boat ride away. There is 95 ft of premium water frontage on a very quiet bay and a insane dock that your family will never want to leave. The oversized dock has a bar, slide, diving platform, paddle board, lily pad, and wonderful outdoor dining and seating areas and a very large well for your boat and additional boat tie ups on the side of the dock. The house has just been remodeled with quartz counters, custom kitchen and upscale appliances. Outdoors you will find a wonderful patio with and outdoor fireplace and built-in grill. Above the patio, there is a large deck for unbeatable views or dining. Bass Point Marina is a convenient10-15 minutes away to launch your boat, and/or your water toys, and there is plenty of overflow parking in subdivision island for trailers. Woods Grocery delivers to the house for a small fee, saving valuable lake time! We have 3 master suites with their own private bathrooms, one bedroom with twinXL over twinXL bunk beds, and a bunk room that has 3 queen over queen bunk beds. This bunk room also has three oversized bean bags, a 70" TV and a separate heat pump/ac to tailor to the kids needs . The house can sleep 20 in beds if you figure 2 people per queen bed and 1 per twin bed and we bring multiple large families every year with no issues. From the moment we walked in to the property we knew this was going to be a great time. The property was amazing, from the bedrooms to the kitchen oh and wait till you step on the dock. We had a hard time getting the kids to come in for supper. What an amazing place, everything was perfect!!

Our family had an amazing stay at this property. We loved the bunk room for the kids, master bed was very comfy, bathrooms were spacious, house was well equipped for the stay for the most part. The dock was amazing and so much to do. A platform to jump off of, a slide, a really nice lily pad, paddleboard, fishing poles, floats, lots of patio furniture as well, and a nice boat slip. Couldn’t have been happier with the dock set up. The kids and family had such a great time. We will definitely be back again!

We had an extremely memorable trip. The property was great. Every single thing you can imagine was in the kitchen and more. More than enough space for everybody. The dock, slide, diving platform, ring toss kept us busy all weekend. Renting a boat or pontoon is a must we are out in the boat adventuring every day. Highly recommend this property

This beautiful home was perfect for our family gathering. Perfect weather and time of year for our low key family. Housekeeping didn't check all the boxes before we arrived. Needed to clean a bit prior to settling in. Text message sent to owner recommending spot checks on their cleaning crews.

Overall we had a good time. The house had great updates and lots of room. Sink did leak. Owner allowed another party to undock their boat and return it cauing a delay in our use 30 minutes each time. Sent a maintenance person by to work on his vehicle while we were still sleeping. Daughter said someone went into her room while she wasn't there and accessed the locked owners cabinet because a key was in the lock when we returned from an outing and a credit card was on the floor outside of the closet that did not belong to any of us. That was concerning.
There was food left in the fridge when we checked in. But that was easy enough to throw away. Blinds in one suite were broken. A wicker storage trunk in another room was broken. The lily pad was punctured and barely theretherd and it was one of the rough foam ones not smooth. The upstairs decking is new but not properly supported its like walking on a trampoline or watered. There was only one working TV remote.
However... overall it was great. The slide was wonderful. The easy access to the dock and into the lake was fantastic. The size of the dock and seating was perfect. The kitchen island and storage was luxurious. The bedding was quality.
I would rent the house again but earlier in the season before all the wear and tear.

House was beautiful, clean and great location. We rented a boat and docked it right at the house. Dock was beautiful, water slide and high dive were super fun. Kieth was super responsive and helpful. Would absolutely stay there again!

Great location on a quiet cove. House had everything we needed. Dock area was great to hang out and enjoy the water. Keith was quick to respond to any and all questions. No complaints. Great stay. Would definite come again.

The house is extremely visitor friendly. Seemed to have every convenience for us to use inside the house and at the dock area. We had 13 kids aged 2 thru 17, and there was something fun for everyone to enjoy. Had a pontoon for the week and a couple of jet skis to add to the activities. After dark, the adults gathered on the lower deck for catching up as some were meeting for the first time. Clearly this, for us, was a 9, maybe 10 event that we had planned and hoped for. The kids loved the bunk room!! The home suggested sleeping for 24 people as I recall. Since there were 7 couples and truly only three prime bedrooms, three of the couples for comfort rented another nearby home and would come to our place for the day and evening. All us adults were in the 40-74 age range, so sleeping on the couches and such wasn’t really appropriate, hence the need for additional arrangements. There are three complete bedrooms, one no-window attic room with two queens and a bathroom. Might be perfect for family with lots of kids to fill the bunks.
We have nothing but thanks and compliments to the host for allowing us to stay in this property. One suggestion, as the 74 year old elder of the event, is that a railing on the steps down to the beach, and perhaps an enhanced railing from the first floor to the bedroom floor, would have been used and appreciated. Thank you for our stay. Beautiful property, plentiful parking, and every amenity one could possibly want made this a truly life memory for the Hines family.

Beautiful home with an amazing dock!
A beautiful property and the dock was amazing! We rented a boat since several of us were licensed drivers, perfect location with small children to just jump into the lake! Keith, the owner was very responsive to any questions! Highly recommend!

Incredible Location and Dock
Stayed here over the 4th for a family reunion. The dock and patio are both incredible. We played games on the dock, even during rain showers, and were able to keep our rental pontoon in one of the open slips. The home worked great for 20 people with the young-adults rooming together in the awesome bunk-room. We'll be back.

Family Vacation at the lake
Great place with lots of room for family to spread out. The dock area is fantastic as was the patio with outdoor fire place - the outdoor space makes this property live larger than it is. The house was clean, beds comfortable, everything worked as it should. There is no bathroom dedicated to the bunkroom so the teen's were sharing with the adults in adjacent bedrooms. Not ideal but workable. Owner was easy to reach and helpful with questions.

Shared the property with three families and we had a great time. The dock seating area was amazing, and kids loved the high dive. They also loved the Lillipad and water slide. The kitchen was great for making food and the island was great for playing games at night. I also loved the grill for cooking. Thanks again for the use of your property!

This house was definitely everything we were looking for to enjoy a a couple of days of relaxation. House was very clean and beds were very comfortable. It’s a little far from the more touristy areas, but not terrible. There is a grocery store, restaurants, movie theatre, and bowling all within 10 minutes. The only suggestion I would have would be to have a TV in the upstairs/over-the-garage suite. It’s separate from the house and the TV would allow guests to spend a little more time up there if they wanted a break from the rest of the group. We would definitely come back again. Keith was responsive and friendly. Very easily a 5-star vacation home!

We had a wonderful time. The kitchen was well stocked with everything imaginable for cooking and baking. Rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Showers and water pressure were great. We were so very cozy and had a blast.
The only complaint was I wish there were more towels.
Would absolutely stay here again.

Fantastic Place
Very clean and great layout for everyone. Loads of cookware and plates and glasses and leftover containers!! When I had a couple of questions, the host was prompt with the answers.

Great Property
This property was perfect for our family. We loved the outside space, the dock and the large kitchen. Having two refrigerators was great. It was great having 5 bathrooms for a large family. However, there were only two bath towels per bathroom and with a large family we had to keep washing towels to have enough for everyone. All in all we had a great experience.

Amazing home, dock, and time!!!😎
This home is absolutely beautiful and is supplied very well with necessities! Spent most of our time on the dock and water and this dock was the nicest one we have been on! We enjoyed the slide, Lilly pad, paddle board, high dive, couches, tiki bar and just floating!! Enjoyed fires at night too! Had a perfect vacation! Was close to Alhonna rentals for a pontoon rental and pool bars, Coconuts and Bare Bottoms! Did curbside pickup for groceries at Woods in a sunrise Beach as you cross from the toll. Keith was very responsive and easy to work with, also!! You should have absolutely no worries renting this home!!😎😎

This was a perfect place for us! In a quiet cove away from all the hustle and bustle of the Osage Beach properties. I can't say enough about the dock where the kids (and parents) fished, swam, slid down the slide and just chilled. There was a whole oasis there for us to spend time together in comfy outdoor seating . It was wonderful. We prepared plenty of meals on the gas grill which was on one of the beautiful patios. The guys went golfing 15 min away. Miner Mikes was about 35 min away but well worth the drive since the house is so quiet. The house was very clean and the mattresses where very comfy. I would definitely go there again.!

Gorgeous Property
The property is absolutely stunning. Extremely clean and well maintained. We spent most of our time on the dock, swimming, using the Lilly Pad and the slide. All of our girls loved it! The large room that used to be the garage was perfect for the three girls, they had a blast. Definitely look forward to returning soon!
