Find the perfect home away from home at this spacious townhouse in The Gables, beautifully tucked away among the evergreens and right across the street from the Blackcomb gondola! Step inside to find a large hallway where you can store your boots, skis, and boards, a private washer/dryer where you can toss your skiing or hiking clothes after a beautiful day on the slopes, and an open kitchen, dining, and living area. Take a soothing soak in the jetted bathtub, gather around the inviting fireplace, or open the doors to the balcony to bask in a warm summer evening. This townhouse is located in The Gables, a complex that sits adjacent to Fitzsimmons Creek and midway between Blackcomb Upper Village and Whistler Village. Blackcomb's Gondola is just across the street and Whistler's Village Gondola is a quarter-mile stroll in the other direction. In the winter months, there's even a complimentary bus that departs from Blackcomb base to Whistler base if you don't feel like walking. Come summer, you'll be a third of a mile from the Whistler Mountain Bike Park and half a mile from both the Whistler Golf Club and the Fairmont Chateau Whistler Golf Club. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Over the Victoria Day long weekend (the weekend before the second-to-last Monday in May), all Vacasa properties in Whistler enforce a minimum booking age of 25. This property is managed by ResortQuest Whistler Property Management, Inc., an affiliate of Vacasa. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 1. Ski shuttle details: Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Stayed here for a week to ski with my husband. Our adult daughter stayed with us for 3 nights and slept on the sofa bed. The location was excellent right in between Whistler and Blackcomb. We walked to the lifts - it's a bit closer to Blackcomb but we walked (with ski boots and skis) to both. The condo was clean, comfortable, and cozy. The carpet looked very new. The kitchen was a bit dated in style, but who cares about that on a ski vacation. It had everything needed to make meals and it was clean and completely functional. A really nice touch was that there were Duraflame logs for us to use in the fireplace. The management company (Vacasa) was very responsive and helpful when we accidentally left the garage key in the car and therefore couldn't get into the garage to get to our car. We definitely would stay here again!

the location, layout and size of this condo was fantastic- the carpet should have been replaced a long time ago and would really go a long way for not a lot of $$ to really improve every guests experience here-

We stayed for 2 nights and were very happy with this condo. It was clean and spacious for the 2 of us. We didn't cook, but the kitchen seemed well equipped and the bathroom was well furnished with towels. The location between the upper and lower villages was very convenient, less than a 10 min walk to both. Secured basement parking was nice. You have to drive to a different property to check in and check out, which is a minor inconvenience if you have a car.

An easy 5 - 10 minute walk to the village. An even shorter walk to the upper village.
We would stay here again.

The Gables is ideally located - about a 5 minute walk to The Village and lifts - and the unit has very attractive decor, an extremely comfortable bed, a large deck with seating and a bbq, and the sound of the adjacent Fitzsimmons Creek to lull you to sleep at night. The kitchen and bathroom are a bit old-fashioned, but are fully stocked and everything works well. The young woman who checked us in and out at The Aspens was very welcoming and helpful and the unit was exceptionally clean. We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more!

This spot is the perfect place for anyone who really wants to ride during the day and enjoy the village in the evenings. Couldn’t be in a better location, and I honestly prefer this to any of the hotels on the mountain.

Great location and plenty of room. Difficult to ski the last day given various barriers: 1) garages height only 6ft 6 inches so we had to remove my box which is an ordeal, 2) could not leave car even for a few hours after check out time (10 am) because the cleaning crew needed the parking spot (I asked and declined) 3) we had to return the garage key to the Aspens (a different condo building where you check in and out) which is about a mile away, and 4) it was extremely busy and the ski area day lots fill up by 8 am ish. Hence, in order to ski in the last day we had to get up very early iand that was not ideal. There were really no other good option for us. Other than this we liked the unit.

This condo is in a great location. It was steps away from the Blackcomb gondola and village and a super short walk to the Whistler Village and gondola. Plenty of space for my husband and I to relax after a day boarding on either mountain. It was clean, comfortable, functional, and well stocked.
Like other reviews said, it is a little dated in the kitchen and bathroom, but that is a first world problem.
As far as upkeep: The kitchen faucet could definitely use an upgrade, as it isn't tall enough to reach the one side of the split sink if you want to rinse/wash dishes. In the bathroom, the toilet ran-which we were able to "jiggle the handle" for a temporary fix, and the tub faucet still shot out a lot of water when you turned the shower on, so maybe maintenance can fix those permanently in the future to save water.
Overall, great place to stay.

This unit is located near both the Blackcomb and the Whistler gondola, 5 minutes of walk to the former and maybe 10 to the latter. Underground parking kept our car clean. The building was very quiet.
Both villages areas are easily reachable on foot, we didn't need to use our car during our stay.
The kitchen is well equipped.
Both the bed and the pullout sofa was too soft, so our sleep was not that relaxing.
WiFi speed was excellent for streaming and video calls.
If you plan to cook, bring salt, pepper and other basics as only coffee, tea and sugar are offered complimentary.

Hi. The place isn't as great as advertised. Little bit cheaper than the competition, but has a lot of hidden deficiencies which makes it not worth the money. It's fairly good size and great location and that's pretty much it... It's close to the chairlift and village center, but there is no sidewalk or crosswalk nearby on the complex side of the road which makes it difficult to walk to the other side of the road with children and ski gear in order to reach the Blackcomb gondolas. The unit is in urgent need of RENOVATION. Things you won't see in the pictures are as follows: bathroom tiles are cracked across the bathroom, ceiling has mold above the tub and the toilet keeps running at a loud pace. Living room, entry area carpet is stained badly; glass door between foyer and kitchen won't close; foyer has no heating at all(it's freezing); poor lighting with several light bulbs burnt out 🤪
Housekeeping is ok with fresh clean towels, kitchen is pretty well loaded with utensils. Owerall isn't that great at all. We understood that the apartment is old with old appliances as in the pictures, but it is completely under maintained.
I also had my car towed away at 11pm after unloading our gear with a proper parking pass displayed from Vacasa. I would not recommend except as a last resort.

The property is in a great location and there is a stream right off the balcony. However this property need a little tlc. The furniture is nice the bed is comfy. There are several appliances that don't work right. Like the toaster, the bbq and one remote for the tv. The place is out dated but not the biggest deal.

#39 was perfect t for us. We sat on the balcony and listened to the creek. No street noise. Very clean. Kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils and many plates/coffee cups (thank you)/glasses. Perfect location. Very secure garage.

Property was in a great spot and the kitchen was well equipped. The tv needs an upgrade as we were unable to operate it without assistance and it did not link to netflix etc as was not a smart tv. Some light globes were out in the bathroom also. Really lovely little place but needs a few minor upgrades.
