Step inside to find a large hallway where you can store your boots, skis, and boards, a private washer/dryer where you can toss your skiing or hiking clothes after a beautiful day on the slopes, and an open kitchen, dining, and living area. Take a soothing soak in the jetted bathtub, gather around the inviting fireplace, or open the doors to the balcony to bask in a warm summer evening. This townhouse is located in The Gables, a complex that sits adjacent to Fitzsimmons Creek and midway between Blackcomb Upper Village and Whistler Village. Blackcomb's Gondola is just across the street and Whistler's Village Gondola is a quarter-mile stroll in the other direction. In the winter months, there's even a complimentary bus that departs from Blackcomb base to Whistler base if you don't feel like walking. Come summer, you'll be a third of a mile from the Whistler Mountain Bike Park and half a mile from both the Whistler Golf Club and the Fairmont Chateau Whistler Golf Club. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Over the Victoria Day long weekend (the weekend before the second-to-last Monday in May), all Vacasa properties in Whistler enforce a minimum booking age of 25. This property is managed by ResortQuest Whistler Property Management, Inc., an affiliate of Vacasa. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 1. Ski shuttle details: Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Stayed here for a week to ski with my husband. Our adult daughter stayed with us for 3 nights and slept on the sofa bed. The location was excellent right in between Whistler and Blackcomb. We walked to the lifts - it's a bit closer to Blackcomb but we walked (with ski boots and skis) to both. The condo was clean, comfortable, and cozy. The carpet looked very new. The kitchen was a bit dated in style, but who cares about that on a ski vacation. It had everything needed to make meals and it was clean and completely functional. A really nice touch was that there were Duraflame logs for us to use in the fireplace. The management company (Vacasa) was very responsive and helpful when we accidentally left the garage key in the car and therefore couldn't get into the garage to get to our car. We definitely would stay here again!

the location, layout and size of this condo was fantastic- the carpet should have been replaced a long time ago and would really go a long way for not a lot of $$ to really improve every guests experience here-

We stayed for 2 nights and were very happy with this condo. It was clean and spacious for the 2 of us. We didn't cook, but the kitchen seemed well equipped and the bathroom was well furnished with towels. The location between the upper and lower villages was very convenient, less than a 10 min walk to both. Secured basement parking was nice. You have to drive to a different property to check in and check out, which is a minor inconvenience if you have a car.

We enjoyed the large one bedroom condo in a private setting with the sound of Fitzsimmons creek lulling us to sleep. An easy 5 - 10 minute walk to the village. An even shorter walk to the upper village. We would stay here again. Heather and Michael
