Very easy and smooth. The photos matched expectations. We would definitely rent here again!

Our experience renting this property was fantastic! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at Ormond Beach and the time we spent at this condo. The building and property were very nice, clean and well maintained. Everyone we encountered was friendly. This was our first Vrbo experience and it was definitely a positive one. The condo unit itself was lovely! From the moment I walked in, I knew I'd made a good decision. It was so bright, clean and fresh smelling. Fresh flowers were in a vase on the dining room table and there were other thoughtful touches throughout the condo. Everything we needed and more could be found. This unit was decorated in a way that had a relaxing and natural beach vibe without being overdone or cluttered looking. The view from the living room balcony and bedroom windows was spectacular! We had coffee every morning on the balcony while taking in the beauty of the majestic Atlantic. Some of us even spotted dolphins one morning. The red sand beach was also amazing. The guest room was decorated with such pretty beach glass colors. Every night we opened the windows and fell asleep to the sound of ocean waves rolling in, which was incredibly soothing. And when I woke early, I saw a vibrant orange sunrise. I just can't say enough good things about this place. My family and I were so comfortable and happy here. Restaurants and shopping were close-by and convenient. Communication with our hosts (Jeff and Idena) was excellent. Thanks for the wonderful memories!

Hosts very pleasant and helpful. View was great. Would've liked it if we could've smoked on patio. Was a hassle going up and down outside. First place we've ever experienced that.

Condo is immaculate and comfortable. The balcony was our favourite place to eat meals and the sunrise view from the balcony can’t be beat. We like the area; It’s peaceful and low key with amenities nearby.

This property is terrific property! Bright and airy. Deck overlooks ocean and pool. No drive beach. Owners are great to work with.. Planning another stay in 2023!!!!

We had an amazing time at this condo. It was a quiet location with excellent amenities. Everything was exactly like the pictures & very clean. The owners were very quick to respond when we messaged them. We will definitely be staying here again.

Beautiful property. Owner very nice and easy to contact. Beds a little firm but still quite sleepable. Both showers could use safety bars. Of 3 televisions only got 1 to work after much effort. Could use step by step instructions for each one.

Everything looked as it did in the pictures! Very clean! The A/C was not working properly when we arrived but the problem was not in the unit itself, all of the coolant had leaked out of a copper pipe up on the roof. The owners were very quick to respond to me and to reach out to their HVAC company. The owners offered to help us look for another place for the couple days it was going to take for the air to get fixed but we as a family opted not to because we were happy where we were! The condo was also very quiet! We were very happy with our stay here!

We loved staying in this condo. Very clean, very well stocked, and great views, not just from the living room, but both bedrooms as well! This place had everything we needed and more. The beach chairs and umbrella were top notch and they even had beach towels. We felt right at home and would recommend this condo to anyone staying in Ormond Beach. If we do a beach trip next year, this will be at the top of our list.

Close to park. Easy walk to beach. Had beach supplies. Owner’s responded efficiently. Publix is close bu as well as short drive to great restaurants. Parents and kids both approve.

I have nothing but great things to say about not only the apartment, but also the community and the surrounding area. This was our first time at Ormond Beach, but will definitely not be the last! The apartment had everything we needed and more, very clean and wonderfully located. The apartment complex is family oriented, filled with friendly and welcoming people, and the owner quick at responding to any questions we had. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a relaxing vacation that has everything you could possibly need (from beach towels/beach chairs, to soap/shampoo and to every small kitchen appliance). It felt like home with an extra bonus of the ocean view! Thank you for having us!
