Walking/biking trails are already completed and ready for your use. This unit is close to the airport, Sand Hollow Reservoir, hiking and biking trails, and ATV riding! The Pearl at Desert Shores is a brand new home with 5 bedrooms and 6 baths (each bedroom has its own bath!) 2 family rooms, a large dining table, a fully furnished kitchen, a desk for homework, a private hot tub up on the second-floor deck, and a ping-pong table in the garage! Family fun is what this home is all about. The loft is awesome with 2 arcade games, an air hockey table, and board games for all. Please feel free to bring your gaming stations. There is an awesome deck upstairs with a fireplace and patio furniture to soak up the sun and view during the day and enjoy the stars at night. There is a TV to enjoy out on the deck, and you can soak in the private hot tub as you do! 2 paddleboards are also available in the rental for guest use, but more can be rented from the Shores Resort! Once you’ve enjoyed all that this rental has to offer, you will find yourself just steps away from the gorgeous Shores Resort and its community pool and lagoon! With roughly 2.5-acres of surface area and white sand beaches, the Shores Resort lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon will be the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Resort pools, beaches, nightly rentals, and homes surrounding the lagoon offer a lifestyle of relaxation and recreation. Come visit the amazing Desert Color community today! Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm. I had questions before arrival and the staff was very friendly, informative, and accommodating. The unit was beautiful, very well stocked, and exceeded the expectations of everyone in our group. The hot tub was clean, serviced regularly, and was great after a long day of hiking at Zion (about an hour away). Air hockey, arcade games, and ping pong (missing the net) were a great touch. Would definitely stay again.

The home is beautiful and well furnished. Everything you need for a nice, comfortable stay. Everything was spotless. The beds and linens were soft and comfy. TVs in every room for private retreating from group activities when desired! The community resort pool is great for adults and kids alike. A wonderful location and pleasant stay. The order is in for a return trip!

The condo was perfect for our family. It held 23 people which was exactly how many people we had. Being very new, the unit was especially nice. I loved the furnishings and decor. And we loved that every bedroom had a bathroom! We enjoyed our stay and felt the condo was just what we were hoping for.

We enjoyed our stay in the condo at Desert Color. It is a construction zone at this point and we didn’t realize that. The Desert color complex isnt quite complete yet. The pool and hot tub are open and are very nice. The condo has 4 king beds and TVs in every room which we enjoyed. A couple of things we needed were salt and pepper shakers, would have also liked ice in the fridge dispenser. Overall it’s a nice place and will be so fun when the Desert color resort is complete.
