Surrounded by an 8' decorative privacy fence on 3 sides, and the river on the 4th, you have a unique space to relax, sit by the fire, soak in the hot tub, grill out, and still walk to downtown to antique shop, drink from the craft breweries, or eat at the fine dining restaurants of Waynesville. Maggie Valley is about 3 miles away, and all the mountain attractions are within viewing distance. Ashville is only 25 miles. This space has all high end finishes and is brand new for 2021. Hardwood floors, tiled shower with glass doors, solid surface counters, unique cool loft with two double beds, private master with a queen bed, big screen TV over the fireplace, and all the luxuries of a fine hotel. Coffee maker, blender, dishes, pots and pans, washer dryer, Bluetooth speakers, covered back porch with ceiling fan and 6 top table, private outdoor grill, the list goes on and on... All guests will receive a unique code to enter the main gate as well as the front door of their home. If you need anything, you can message Roxanne . Thanks. Its proximity to popular hiking trails and waterfalls, Great Smoky Mountains National Park and the Blue Ridge Parkway makes it a perfect vacation destination for those looking to explore the great outdoors. Once you experience Waynesville, you’ll never want to leave! We’re sure You’ll Love It! You are in walking distance to Main St. downtown. Only 3 blocks. You are 1 block from Frog Level Brewery, the oldest brewery in the area. The fire pit and the hot tub are common amenities for all 3 tiny homes in the camp compound. You may often use them alone, as most guest will wait, especially in the hot tub, but................. you may be asked to be joined sometimes. You never know. This is strictly an adult only resort. We do not allow guests under the age of 16. We are also, unfortunately, not pet friendly. We love our pets, and I'm sure yours is the greatest, but I can't vet them all, and for that reason, amongst others, we do not allow animals for any reason. While we have done our best to make this an oasis and block out the surrounding area with our 8 foot decorative fence, please understand that we are in a residential / industrial area, and you will occasionally see activity at the gas station across the river, and hear trucks at the plant across the street. We feel that it is a small trade out in exchange for the proximity to downtown and the river. You could find a quieter mountain cabin, but you would drive to everything downtown Waynesville has to offer. Folkmoot U.S.A. is a 10-day celebration of world dance and music with visiting international groups performing at many events in July. On four Friday nights in the summer, come down for the Mountain Street Dances. Put on your cloggin’ & square dancin’ shoes and enjoy an old fashioned mountain hoedown in front of the Historic Courthouse. For winter fun, check out the nearby Cataloochee Ski Area and Tube World in Maggie Valley.

I can not recommend highly enough! This entire property was beautifully created. Spottless inside and out. A feeling of privacy and comfort after a long day in town shopping and visiting some great breweries.

We had a wonderful time in the tiny home and the property was really cool. Everything you need to make it a home away from home. We didn't want to leave. The sleeping nook upstairs was so cozy. So much attention to detail put into these places. We had a great time sitting out by the fire and they but Bluetooth speakers everywhere even in the bathroom light! Highly recommend this place it was super conveniently located to restaurants/bars/downtown and to chataloochee ski area. We will be returning with friends and family to book all three houses.

This is a neat little place! Owners have thought of every need for your stay! Walking distance to little town with neat shopping, local brewery’s and restaurants! Renting all of them at once would be perfect for a family or group! Job well done guys!!!!

We loved the cozy beds, the decor, the deck out back, and a nice hot tub. It’s in walking distance to downtown but there is a little sketchy part you have to walk through to get there so we still drove. We enjoyed our stay and the owners are very responsive and nice.

Was very impressed and excited to see that the property was just like the pictures. Supper clean, easy to check in and out. Was given all the details and instructions on how to use the fire pit and hot tub. Will definitely be staying here again!!!

The little 3 tiny house community by the creek was so serene and relaxing. Right down to the fire pit, jacuzzi, covered porches and neighborhood cat. The little homes are absolutely beautiful. Beautifully decorated. There is nothing cheaply done in these little homes. Having the whole property surrounded by privacy fencing made us feel very safe. Sitting on the covered porches in the morning....hearing the birds sing, the creek running and drinking coffee started each morning right. Then sitting by the campfire at night ended the day perfectly. I would recommend this to everyone.

Sweet, comfortable new home just 2 blocks from Historic Downtown Waynesville. Very relaxing accommodations, occasionally you would hear a truck from a nearby road, but still this is very much a quiet and peaceful location.

The property was gorgeous and very nicely appointed. No expense was spared and the attention to detail was noticed. Grounds are well manicured. The home- beautiful. Fire pit and hot tub were icing on the cake. Will rent again! Thank you for your hospitality!

We loved staying in this tiny home. It was very convenient being right next to the cute downtown waynesville, but also very private being in its own gated community. We will definitely be coming back! The back deck was relaxing to sit on and listen to the river as well as the hot tub situated right beside the river. The hosts were so sweet and very welcoming and they made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay! I highly recommend this place to everyone!

we had such a great time staying here, able to walk into town easily, property is really nice, pretty landscaping, comfortable furniture, very clean. loved the towels for the hot-tub, and while we didn't have time to have a fire, the firepit would be fun, we did get to enjoy the indoor fireplace. it was nice being by the water, and we were glad for the large privacy fence. this would be the perfect location for a little family reunion with the 3 properties. we also did get to enjoy the lovely patio and outdoor furniture. wish we could have stayed longer, would definitely recommend
