About this house rental
Lake Manor is a 6 bedroom 4 bath house. It is basically a 3 bedroom house on top a 3 bedroom house. It has 2 kitchens and its 4500 sq feet of lake relaxing and fun. It is close to everything you want to get to in town. This home was purchased in December and has been completely redecorated with new flooring, furnishings, furniture etc.... It has amazing big lake views from not only the living and family room but 4 of the 6 bedrooms. What a wonderful sight to wake up too! This home does have lake access and you are welcome to use the kayaks we have available for you. Walk right across the street to float and swim in the lake. We own the grass parcel directly across from the house. We also have a boat slip we have rented for guests to use. Its about 5 min drive from the house. The house is 4500 sq feet which means that there is tons of room to spread out and have your own space. We are still working on the house and we'll have outdoor furniture set in place in March of this year along with a propane grill We added a bigger concrete patio to the front of the home that has a propane fire pit with lots of chairs/tables with a wonderful lake view. While the driveway is steep which is normal for the lake, we added a 23' x 23' concrete pad to have plenty of parking for guests. We will also allow guest to use the 2 car garage in the lower garage of the house. Lastly there is a game room in the top garage. It has a ping pong table, corn hole and foose ball table and a mini fridge. Lots of fun to have a good time We know that you will love Lake Manor! You must be 25 or older to rent. We do not accept bachelor or bachelorette groups. We prefer family get togethers. If your looking to come here to party this house is not for you.

We stayed there for 3 nights, with a total of 15 people, including 7 kids aged 5-16. We had an amazing time. Beautiful view of the lake. Fully stocked kitchen! The garage game room was a hit with the kids and kept them busy for hours! Bedrooms, living areas, and kitchens on both floors, so we never felt like we were on top of one another. Would definitely stay here again!

House was great! Big enough for our family and fun game room! They even put up a Christmas tree! We enjoyed our stay and would love to return. The driveway was a little steep but there was plenty of parking for everyone.

The house was amazing. Everyone had good beds and game room was huge success! This was our first trip for Christmas and if do again, we will check The Manor first.

The house is amazing. Plenty of room and space for the four adult couples in our group. The steep driveway was intimidating but we all managed it and had room to park.

Even seeing all the pictures online, upon walking into the house it was even better than expected and the view was amazing. All of us loved it and would certainly recommend it. Our only caution is that the steepness of the driveway can be unnerving.

This house was a perfect size for our family reunion. It was nice to be right by the lake. The driveway was extremely steep and we had a hard time parking and maneuvering 6 vehicles.

We rented this house for out of town guests for my daughter’s wedding. It was perfect! Very spacious, clean, and a great view! So much space you could get away from the in-laws if needed. Would definitely rent again! Driveway is a bit steep, and not really dock access, but we didn’t need it in May! Beautiful house and location!

The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. There is very little traffic. The living room has beautiful sunset views over the water. The house comfortably held 21 teens/adults.

We had the most wonderful family trip! The house and the view were beautiful. We went in December and were delighted to find that the hosts had put up Christmas trees! The house was very clean (and we have high standards for cleanliness!). There were 8 adults and 12 children in our group, and we had plenty of space to spread out. The kitchens had lots of dishes and pans, and the bathrooms had lots of towels. We are so grateful for the kindness of the hosts. We had originally planned our trip for the fall, but had to call them the night before to reschedule because one of the children in our party was in the ICU with RSV. They were so sweet, understanding, and accommodating. We are so grateful that we got to go on this special family trip. Thank you so much!!!

A group of Dads get together once a year to play cards and enjoy a weekend away. The house is in a great location with lots of food and golf options nearby. The house layout was perfect and the views were really great. It was exactly as it seemed on VRBO and we would use the house again when available.

Great place we were able to circle up and celebrate the Ordination of our son at his church nearby. Environment really made the visit whole. Highly recommended!

Wow, this is the best experience I have had at any vacation property. We we a very large group and there was plenty of toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwasher and abs and laundry soap. The double kitchen was perfect for cooking large meals and having room. The kids loved th game room and the downstairs living room. We will definitely be back!

The house was very spacious and in very good condition. The host was very friendly and willing to help in any way. One unavoidable issue is the driveway is steep so not all vehicles can get up it.

Overall our trip and stay went well. Slight electrical issue with the house. For example one of the rooms light bulbs were unscrewed so outlets could be used without popping a breaker. Random lights would sometimes work, while others would turn on by themselves or not turn off by using the switch. Again a very random issue that wasn’t the end of the world, but needs attended too by the owner of the property. The grass parcel was a good spot to hangout and get into the lake. You must ask for the boat slip upon renting the house. It’s sounds like they own one a ways a way but it had to be scheduled with another gal right before our trip which we didn’t realize. Good location to many places for food and groceries. Good option for our family trip.

Very well stocked
I have been staying in VRBO's for 15+ years. This property was one of the best stocked (kitchens, towels, games, etc) than any we had stayed in. 8 adults and 5 kids (ages 3-11) stayed in the spacious floor plan with abundant options for sleeping. Game room was great to be used for all ages. We enjoyed bringing the floats down to the water and hanging out for hours in the lake. Kayaks were utilized and well appreciated. The driveway is quite steep but we were able to park 1-2 cars in the lower garage and 3 cars on the upper landing. Great communication from Jill.

The kitchen was well-stocked. Overall, our trip was pretty awesome. Our favorite activity was the Eldon City Pool which we rented for a pool party.

Wonderful!
This property is wonderful. We had lots of space for everyone. The location was great. Right across the street from lake access for swimming, kayaking, jet skiing, etc. We had lots of plans for things to do in the area and ended staying most of the time in the house/lake. Played lots of card games we brought along, however, the owner has some available. There are pool noodles, floaties, etc. Now there are lake shoes also, since we purchased some and left them for other guests to use. The owner was receptive of my messages. I would stay there again and highly recommend it!

Christmas in June
We try to get together each year at Christmas time, however the family wanted to do it in the summer this year. The property was very comfortable for all 22 of us. It's a beautiful house with incredible views of the lake and sunsets! The driveway was a bit of a challenge, and the boat doc issue was not what we expected, but we would definitely come back.

We absolutely loved the place! It had everything we needed for a large family vacation! It was relaxing and comfortable. Loved the view! The only negative was the dock shown on the pictures is located a 5 minute drive away. So we ended up not using that. Apparently the neighbors aren’t too kind either which was a little stressful when we did go on the lake. However, we did go kayaking which was loads of fun! I would strongly recommend this place for a large get together!
