The food at the hotel restaurant was terrible. Truly the worst food I ever ate in Mexico. The room was old and falling apart. I booked this hotel because of its location, but I regret it.

Very unusual room to say the least! We were shown to our room, which appeared to be some sort of conference room with two bathrooms and a bedroom off the back! The most random furniture for a hotel room including a cocktail cabinet and about 20 chairs and tables 😂 That being said, it was pleasant and a comfortable nights sleep!
There were no cocktails in the cabinet 😂

Staff are nice.
we stayed in room 810 and the door doesn’t lock from the inside, they have left cards in the room saying if anything gets stolen it’s not their problem.
(which isn’t a problem) but then have left the door to be locked on the inside with a VERY small chain with 2 screws and 1 screw half out of the lock so anyone can just break into the room while we are in here.
the wifi is terrible in the room.
I would not recommend staying here.
I contacted booking.com but the hire never picked up the phone.

Good price and excellent location
The bathroom needs a bit of remodeling but it does the job

Very convenient location. The staff were kind.
Even though we got a room on 13th floor, there was no view (windows looking at a wall of a different building and a parking lot, not great smells). The room was very simple, old furniture.
