Lake Erie Vista, 4699 Lake Rd E. built in 2011, is a condominium complex offering luxury and tranquility right on the shores of beautiful Lake Erie. New owners have renovated & updated this beautiful condo. New towels, new bedsheets, all fresh, clean & ready for 2021! The condo is on the second level of a five-story, two-elevator serviced building. The Vista has its very own private beach with a fishing pier***, and is just a short drive to "The Strip" (5 min), Spire Institute (15 min), Wineries, Parks, Covered Bridges, and many other fun outdoor attractions. The Master Bedroom has a king-sized bed a 48" TV, as well as a master bathroom with granite countertop, and a walk in shower. The Guest Bedroom has a queen-sized bed & 36" TV. The second bathroom has a jetted tub/shower. The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker (Keurig and Drip/traditional), electric oven, refrigerator with ice-maker, toaster, cookware/bakeware, glassware and dinnerware for 6. Starter rolls of toilet paper and paper towels are provided. All new bath towels and sheets for 2021! The Kitchen, Dining Room, & Living Room offer a spectacular view of the Lake. The Living Room has and an electric fireplace. Free High Speed Wi-Fi Internet is provided with secured access code. The Living Room opens to a private balcony that offers an unobstructed panoramic view of the Lake. This was a very clean condo and the property was very clean. Very close to the GOTL strip. We had a great time and we all took a nap on the beach. Just was we needed was a relaxing weekend. We will stay at this property again.

One of the best experiences we have had by far. It was so relaxing and comfortable we did not want it to end. The view was awesome and the balcony was bigger than all of the others we have stayed at. The beach was steps away from our doorstep. Truly amazing experience. Thank you

This is the second time I’ve used VRBO. I was hesitant to try again from my previous experience, but can I say our stay was nothing short of amazing! The room was very clean, nice and relaxing decor, and exactly as described and what we were looking for. I came with my mom for a mini vacation. We’ve both been super stressed and needing some much needed self care. The calming sound of the water lapping on the beach, to the shower and soaker tub, to the nice pool area: just what the doctor ordered! Thank you so much 🙂

Unit was lovey and comfortable. Close enough to the wineries and restaurants. Property manager Debbie was pleasant and helpful with all interactions. One suggestion: the lighting is not very good in the bedrooms or the bathrooms. Need brighter lights. Overall, excellent and we would stay there again.

This place is practically on top of the lake, and we loved the views of the water and hanging out on the private beach! If we hadn't forgotten our swimsuits, we would have enjoyed the pool as well.

Would have been helpful if had instructions for how to operate things like tvs.... Also would be nice to notify that had very low bars on phone service. Also when items were damaged to have that noted....dent /cracked shelf in fridge and how to empty bathtub. but I would come back

Second year renting a condo with my family here from Debbie. Great Condo looks just like the pictures. Loved the view from the balcony and accessibility to the fire pit on the lake. Quiet and relaxing environment. Had a hiccup with the strictness of the 10pm quiet hours but The Manager was very cordial and helpful. Will be back next year.

My husband and I loved the condo we rented. My husband wanted to extend our stay and he usually can’t wait to go home. The high end finishes were really pretty. The condo was so clean which impressed us. The attention to detail was awesome! The bath amenities and real, plentiful hangers in closet! We have stayed at other condo at Lake Erie vista and feel this was an outstanding unit. We hope to rent this unit again in the future. Kudos to the owners and maintenance staff.

Beautiful 2nd floor condo right on Lake Erie with amazing sunsets. Enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and relaxing in the evening after visiting the strip in Geneva on the Lake, and wineries, etc. Inside decor very nice would stay again.

The condo units are very nice! Great location, great views of Lake Erie. Very comfortable and good security. Had a fabulous time visiting local winery nerviest and hiking along the lake.
