The property is beautifully maintained. The location is wonderful and perfect for a family. If it was too hot, we could sit inside with the same amazing ocean view. We could easily and comfortably make breakfast, lunch and dinner! There’s even a little market on the corner in case you forget something! Washer, dryer, three full bathrooms and more than enough closet space. Make sure to bring your own linens. The beds were comfortable (which is a big deal for those of us with health conditions) and the couch is big enough for a few to lounge completely. We will definitely be looking to come again next year!

This condo is amazing! Beautifully decorated, everything you need, the views and location are awesome! Plenty to do around the area and the host Steve was quick to respond to my messages! Only complaints we have which isnt the hosts fault at all, was the Karaoke man that hits the boardwalk almost every night 10-12:30am, so if your tired and want to sleep it’s very loud in the main master bedroom! Also we had a issue with the dryer which the host was quick to get fixed but the dryer maintenance guys personality was awful & he was very grumpy!
Other than that I would rate this condo 10/10! We had a great vacation here and would go back!

This property was truly outstanding. Well taken care of. Exceptionally clean. Full selection of infinity tv channels. Fast internet. Even had two coffee makers, regular and K cup. The only negative comment, KARAOKE JAKE, sets up his stand almost nightly in front of Belmont Towers and stays till 1am some nights. He has been there the last 6 years. I would hope the Belmont Towers home owners association would take some action to get local authorities to have him shut down at like 11pm. Anyway, we will book this unit the next time we visit Ocean City.

The spacious condo was 5-star! It was beautifully decorated, super clean & comfy. Perfect location in the middle of all the hot spots with large balcony overlooking the ocean. Fully equipped kitchen with all new/modern appliances, tableware, etc. Loved that each of the 3 bedrooms had their own bathrooms. Truly spectacular!

Beautiful Condo. There were 4 adults and 4 Children and all of us had a GREAT time. Plenty of room for everyone. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a really great time. The property was excellent and near the end of the boardwalk with an able to see the whole boardwalk. The weather was a bit cool and breezy but that has nothing to do with the rental. Great week.

Our vacation here was exactly as we hoped, wished, dreamed it would be. The unit is beautifully decorated, well-stocked from the kitchen to the games, totally comfortable for watching a good movie or chatting by the fireplace! The location couldn't be more convenient to having a grand beach/boardwalk vacation and the view from the comfy chairs on the balcony? Stunning...simply stunning! Property owners/management are top notch! They are excellent with communication and their condos are beautiful. We have been renting from them for the past 6 years and its always a great time! One of the best places to rent in OCMD!

Overall is a very good stay. The unit is nice. We asked an associate to change the dirty air filter for AC unit and she got it done very quickly.
The unconvinced issue is the elevator. They are only one big elevator. Because we traveled with a disabled grandmother. We had to wait for the elevator for a long time. (5-8 mins) BTW they have a stair located near the elevator. So we end up walking up and down stairs if we went out without grandma.

The condo was beautiful, the location was right in the main action of the boardwalk (which we loved). We were also blessed with beautiful weather so our week was a success!
The only negative was the parking situation upon arrival. There was someone parked in our designated spot and no one was able to do anything about it. Security said that only the unit owner can make a call to remove a vehicle. We paid to park our car elsewhere and thankfully the security guard on duty made a public announcement and the person parked in the spot did return and move so we could move into the spot. Unfortunately we did pay $20 for parking until the spot became available. But that one small issue (which created a rocky start) was the only issue all week and we would definitely stay in Belmont Towers again!

Fabulous Condo on the Boardwalk
We had a great time! First trip to Ocean City. Booking this property right on the Boardwalk and so close to the beach was a wonderful idea. Property was clean, property manager was helpful when we discovered that their was not a Queen bed as listed but a 2nd King. We brought our own linens and only had a Queen - situation was remedied quickly. The kitchen is a cook's dream! Loved the glass leftover containers, they certainly came in handy. Found everything I needed for our family of 6 to enjoy homecooked meals during our stay. And the view ... just WOW! We would love to stay here again on any future trips to Ocean City. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

The unit is very well appointed (large tvs, tons of space... even crockpot, griddle for pancakes) and very comfortable. We dont duplicate vacations much but if we dis come back to OC, we would come to this location.

Overall very good. However, is not set up properly for 9 people (sleeps 9 is a stretch at best).
Dinner table seats 6 and 2 bar stools (8 seats!). Sofa sleeper is very uncomfortable and difficult for even 1 person to sleep on (meant for 2!).
