Our BRAND NEW canvas tent *sleeps 4 comfortably with 3 queen beds *2 towels and linens provided *JACKERY charging stations for electronics *Lantern *Bug Net * Fan for cooling *Indoor Buddy Space Heater -take 1lb propane canister (not provided) Free access to our outdoor HOT and cold shower, ice machine, private men's and women's bathrooms down at the barn. Relax by the fire pit and enjoy our private parking, extended covered porch with rocking chairs, and views of the beautiful Cumberland Mountains. This is the perfect getaway! *This property is a 2022 Hipcamp Finalist for Tennessee* On most Saturdays March through December, the outdoor shower is closed from 12pm-10pm because it is located at our wedding venue. Apologies for this inconvenience. firewood bundle $15 (fire starter, matches, wood) 20 lb propane can for heaters - $50 *USB external charger included free to use. Available for purchase: Bundle of wood, matches and fire starter $15 20lb propane canister for heaters - $50 *Winter Months: We DO provide a Mr. Heater Propane Portable Buddy Heater free of charge, but you must purchase our 20lb propane canisters or bring your own 20lb or 1lb green propane fuel canisters. This was our very first time Glamping and it was a great experience beginning with the Host (Jazemin), who is a true professional, very friendly and proactive. The glamping site is very beautiful, secluded, quiet and clean. We will most definitely visit again.

Loved everything about this little slice of heaven. Not too far from the interstate but also far enough to feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere. Very unique and adorable setup.

Overall we loved our stay- the cabin was a nice size, super clean, and quite cozy. We only have 2 issues that aren’t super major and wouldn’t deter us from coming back. 1) the road is quite steep and is made of unpacked gravel which damaged my cars alignment and scratched some of my paint when rocks flew up. 2)the distance to the bathroom is fine, however the trail is super steep and dark. At night it’s really hard to navigate, even with a flashlight. It’s also super difficult to navigate when the ground is damp, like in the morning from dew. There was a slip and luckily the rope was there but my partner still got a rope burn unfortunately:( Aside from those 2 little quirks, we loved the property and we hope to be back soon! We also loved the friendly cat that hung out around the stables!

The camp unit itself was wonderful. Very well maintained. Comfortable beds and pillows. All the necessities (fans, electrical power to charge phones, lanterns, table to play cards rocking chairs, covered porch)...woke to the sounds of birds chirping every morning. Great experience. We needed a one night stop from GA to Kentucky and this was perfect for us and our dogs. We could have stayed in a hotel but this was a neat experience. We slept great and enjoyed the property.

Upon arriving everything was clean and organized. We unloaded unpacked and left. When we returned there was more towels and wash clothes left in the chair on front porch. The few questions I had they answered quickly. The mattresses on the bed where to die for wish i could of brought one home. It stormed first might we where there and nothing got wet. It is very quiet and peaceful I would 100% say if you are wanting to rough it without roughing it this so the place to be

So much easier than putting up a tent and more comfy than a blow up mattress. The bed was comfy with plenty of blankets and towels. The only things I'd change would be more privacy and a better view. It was still well worth it. We'll go back and have recommended to others.

My sister and I are no strangers to primitive camping and thoroughly enjoyed how quaint and low key this experience was. They are fully stocked with lanterns and charging blocks. Blankets, pillows and towels. We had a great fire going and a nice neighbor in the tent beside us. Far enough away to still have some privacy. Overall great experience!!

My family enjoyed spending a night on this gorgeous property. The beds were incredibly comfortable, while the tent was a little warm after being closed up all day it aired out quickly. The facilities were clean and easily accessible, just a short walk down the hill at the stables. The dogs had plenty of space to explore. If someone is camped at the other site, you are quite close, so could be an issue for reactive dogs or large families. Overall a really fun space and we will be back if ever in the area again!

If you’re looking to get away but stay close, this is the spot. Rolling hills, amazing views, amazing all around. Almost want to keep this to ourselves, but always wanting to help a small business thrive. Just stay here. It will make your life better. We already booked our next visit for the end of July. Thank you to Jasmine and Bobby for creating such a wonderful space.

Camp area nice very clean. Quiet. No host present, apparently off on Tuesdays and no return call from host about check process, or cleaning duties I was responsible for, or where the showers or restroom facilities were. Im used to roughing and made do. A list in the tent would be nice though.
