Things to know: Gourmet kitchen Outdoor shower Elevator Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Master Suite was not cleaned at all-toilet was disgusting, bedsheets were soiled and all rolled up clearly ready to be laundered which did not happen, lamp was disassembled. Plus no blankets in one bedroom, only two rolls of toilet paper for four bathrooms(how can you not have at least one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom??). Complained to you first day and expected some action-it never happened. Very very disappointing.

Key Largo 103 was cozy and comfortable for our family. The roomy layout provides a relaxed home away from home feeling. It was clean and we felt welcomed right away. Being close to entertainment, restaurants, and the beach was so convenient. We will be back to the Key Largo 103 again.

We had a great stay at Key Largo 103! The place was very clean!! It was also very nice that all linens were provided. This property is also in a great location! It’s within walking distance of the beach and a lot of local hotspots like Seacrets, Alley Oops, and Fagers. I highly recommend Key Largo 103!

The property was spectacular and ideally located!! Loads of space for our group of 12!! One thing I would recommend is for property owner to either switch to instant water heater or a larger capacity heater as we had to stagger our baths! Not a big deal once we figured out the first day and we planned accordingly!!

We loved staying here! Plenty of space and cozy for 9 adults(more could fit but that’s how many I had). Beds were very comfortable as was all of the other furniture. The unit is steps away from the beach and popular bars nearby! The unit was clean and everything worked well. Vacasa provides a welcome bag that has everything you need but I was glad that I brought extra toilet paper and trash bags. Depending on how many people you have and how long you’re staying, it’s best to bring some extra supplies just in case! The only two things that didn’t meet my expectations (but not a big deal) were there was no hand soap at any of the sink areas. Additionally, the shared hallway bathroom with the soaking tub had a shower head attachment/extender but no hook to use it as a shower. Very odd set up for adults but perfect for the kiddos! Highly recommend’

Gorgeous condo, beach block which made it easy to go back and forth to the ocean all week! Two reserved parking spaces and the street parking was fairly easy to get each evening too. Three of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, two bedrooms share a hall full bath with a deep tub, and there is a half bath for everyone to use, so there is plenty of space for everyone. For those with small kids, there is a pack and play crib. Wish I had known that before we used up trunk space to bring ours! The welcome bag was lovely touch, with starter supplies like toilet paper, laundry and dishwasher detergent, and soap. Big, beautiful place perfect for a beach getaway!

Gorgeous condo, beach block which made it easy to go back and forth to the ocean all week! Two reserved parking spaces and the street parking was fairly easy to get each evening too.

Three of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, two bedrooms share a hall full bath with a deep tub, and there is a half bath for everyone to use, so there is plenty of space for everyone. For those with small kids, there is a pack and play crib. Wish I had known that before we used up trunk space to bring ours!

Quiet, walkable to restaurants, beach short walk down the street, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for 9 adults and 4 children, 2 parking spaces included in rental, only negative is weekly rental price doubled for coming year and reduces value versus benefits, if rental price remained the same or slightly increased would highly recommend

This is a beautiful home. It was very clean and orderly. We got a welcome basket that helped with many little necessities that we didn’t need to purchase.
