Nestled in Long Beach, this lovely condo for £180 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. 3rd Floor Tower 2, same floor as the parking garage walkover! Come enjoy yourself at The Majestic and relax in luxury in the center of Panama City Beach. Whether you are on a romantic get-away or a family vacation this unit will make your vacation that much better. Enjoy yourself on our spacious balcony with a cup of coffee in the morning while watching the sun rise or sip a cold cocktail while the sun sets, all you have to do is step outside of your bedroom! This property is in TOWER 2 of the Majestic. This spacious interior set-up with coastal/modern interior decorations creates the immediate feel of vacation making your beach experience even more enjoyable. This beautiful living room kitchen combo offers communion throughout the whole unit with comfortable seating, a large kitchen countertop, and a 65" flat screen smart television while overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The living room also offers a Queen Size pullout couch. The Master bedroom offers an elegant KING size bed and a large flat screen television. The Master also has its own closet, vanity mirror, walk-in shower, his and her sinks, and personal access to the balcony from the bedroom. The second bedroom has a king size bed a private bathroom. The third bedroom has 4 twin size bunks 2 full size bunks with a flat screen TV. The queen sleeper sofa in the living room brings the sleeping capacity to 10. Majestic is located in the center of Panama City Beach and is close to some of our favorite eats such as Dee's Hangout and Fishale Taphouse and Grill. Right down the street the family can enjoy Shipwreck Island Water Park which offers fun to all ages. The Majestic Beach Resort offers guests stunning new facilities. There are 5 pools! Two outdoors pools, one of which includes a kiddie pool; or, relax inside in one of our two heated indoor pools. Onsite, the Majestic Theatre shows movies every Friday and Saturday night. The onsite Majestic Market is open seven days a week from 7 a.m. till 7 p.m., and features Starbucks Coffee, fresh breakfast pastries and muffins, gourmet sandwiches, tossed salads, and pantry items. ***For Parking, guests will need to register via a link we will send you. There is a registration fee of $40 (plus a transaction fee) per vehicle. If you cancel the transaction fee is non refundable. During peak season (MAY-JUL) only 2 parking passes are permitted per condo***

We absolutely loved this place! The location was great and the space in the condo was beautiful. The amenities were top notch and having a starbucks on site made it all the better! We did feel the appliances could have been upgraded but other than that, it was excellent! We would definitely stay here again!

The Majestic staff are super friendly and always cleaning and maintaining the facility. 3rd floor unit is super convenient for arival and departure that is also on 3rd floor. Condo is spacious clean and comfortable. Love the large corner unit balcony. Enjoyed indoor and outdoor pools. Fast elevators get you to lobby and steps to the ocean. Only complaint has nothing to do with the condo but the jet ski and chair rental company takes over 80% of the beach front. You have to claim your space before daybreak, rent their overpriced chairs or set up behind them. Eythelse about the place on was wonderful I would rent again.

This condo was perfect for our family, we never really had a wait for elevator as we were on the third floor. Unit was decorated beautifully, and we loved sitting on the large balcony!

Condo is beautifully decorated. We missed two things - having a closet full of beach gear available like in some other condos and a few more “sharables”. Some places we’ve stayed have had extra supplies like detergents, toilet paper, trash bags, zip loc bags, etc and we just replaced when we used the last one. Everything else was great!

1st time in Panama City won’t be the last ,location perfect ,easy in easy out , beach accessible.. staff never stopped cleaning… give an A+ definitely will stay here again

We enjoyed our stay in Panama City Beach. The location was outstanding. Centrally located to activities, restaurants, and shopping. Located right on the beach! There is the option of beach chair service or setting up your own in designated areas that saves a ton of money. We chose to set up our own canopy and chairs saving us hundreds of dollars. This unit was conveniently located on the third floor. It helped avoid the very busy elevators for the most part. I loved how well the kitchen was stocked, the bedroom with the bunk beds that fit all the kids, the wet bar, a washer and dryer and the fact it has three full bathrooms! Our favorite part is definitely the balcony with enough seating for everyone. It overlooked the beach which made it perfect for drinking our morning coffee and watching the sunset in the evenings. What we didnt love about this unit is the second bedroom with a king bed stays HOT all the time no matter what you do. It also does not have a closet or dressers due to the size so storage was a huge issue. We split the cost with another family and lost a coin toss and ended up this room. Needless to say to spend thousands of dollars for a cramped, hot room we were not thrilled. The appliances in the kitchen need some attention as well. The refrigerator ice and water despinser are inoperable. The dishwasher ran but never cleaned the dishes. Therefore, most of the dishes provided were dirty upon taking them out of the cabinet.

The condo is a good size and layout. No closet or any place to put your belongings in the second bedroom. Could have been cleaner. We found a moldy plate under the coffee table. Dishwasher was broken. Dryer would have to run more than once to get the clothes dry. Balcony door would not lock properly. It was ok.

The condo was close to perfect. Very roomy and nice furnishings. The beds had sand in them so I don't think the bedding was washed after the last guests. The balcony was smaller than the pictures portrayed but still enough room for everyone.
Plenty of pools to swim in, excellent location, and of course the gorgeous view of the beach made it well worth the price. We were worried about parking our oversized vehicle but there was a special place in the parking garage for them. We would stay here again.

Check in was easy although if your driving a suburban with a roof rack don’t get caught on the 3rd level. We did scratch up the top of our roof carrier. Parking on ground level is best (found this out after the fact). 3rd floor level was a breeze! Loved the unit, it was perfect for our group. The bunk room was a hit with our girls! The large patio was perfect! Loved everything about this place. I do suggest a new Keurig as it was not functional and a better job cleaning the floors. Our feet 👣 YUCK! It was an easy fix we cleaned them but maybe next time a deep clean would be awesome! Over all everyone had a great time and we will be back soon!

This condo was very nice and had plenty of room. It was just like the pictures. The balcony was our favorite part of the condo. Our children LOVED the space bunk beds. The dishes could’ve been cleaner, but we just washed them before using. Overall, we loved the condo and will try and book this again in the future. The Majestic resort will be our future “go-to.”

Everything was beautiful and clean. My only complaint was the couches which were so soft as to be uncomfortable. We could barely get out of them. I understand its a rental but guests should be comfortable and I would stay here again if they replaced couches or at least the foam cushions. (also your toaster was pretty bad)

We arrived on February 1st,2023 and immediately loved the Condo. It is large and very comfortable with everything needed for a great stay. We knew immediately that we wanted it next year. The location is super with many stores close by, and the outdoor furniture is so comfortable with an amazing view of the sunsets. Unfortunately, when I tried to rebook for next year I was told to go to the website. after numerous tries to talk to a person and no returned e-mails or calls, and 3 different emails to try, with no success and 14 days of trying I finally saw that it was rented for January and February 2024. I have been with the Management company for 2 previous years and was always able to speak to an agent. The whole experience was very frustrating and disappointing. But all and all we will try another time to book the condo in February because we really loved our time there.

The lock to the front door was broken. It locked from the outside but not the inside. To most people this probably doesn’t sound like an issue but our 3 year old son got out of the room. Management said that it was the owners responsibility to fix it. I sent a message but didn’t hear anything back.
Other then this issue, the room was great.

This unit is absolutely stunning! Perfect beach views and the beds/linens are so so comfy! Property owner was helpful and accommodating from booking to check out! This wasn’t the cleanest unit I’ve stayed in, but wasn’t terrible. Showers and kitchen needed some more attention in my opinion. The dishwasher didn’t work great either, which I think probably contributed to why the dishes weren’t clean. But we just hand washed instead. I would still definitely stay here again! Loved the location near Walmart and local night life!

This is a beautiful condo. Our trip was going great until my kids appeared to be getting bit by ticks, we later found out after the third one and a quick Google search that these were actually bed bugs. My family and I were horrified, we watched as the bed bugs would run behind the paneling in the bunk room. We tried calling Emerald Coast Pcb multiple times with them telling us they would discuss it with the manager and get back to us but never calling back. I was really upset with the fact that a family was coming in blindly behind us with no idea the condo had bed bugs. I also contacted vrbo and they insisted we handle this situation with Emerald Coast even though the condo was booked through them.

The Power went out, therefore I went to the Majestic office & the sweet lady that I told my situation to contacted the owners. The electric bill hadn’t been paid but it would be on asap! No, all day, all night…26 hours later, the power was still out. There were 10 of us total…including my elderly parents. We lost $xxx worth of groceries and 2 days of Time, energy & stress. The lack of concern & communication was a slap in our faces! The owners never reached out, offered care, concern, apologies, etc. Infact, I had to pursue reimbursement- $xxx for lost food, $ for eating out while having no power, $ for new food, 2 days with no air or power…you get it.
I received $xxx which didn’t even cover 2 days without any power & food.
I’m blessed in my life but was super distraught while going through this & fighting for over a month to get responses & some kind of payment.
Also, the floors and furniture were never cleaned.
The noise of the air conditioner in the road view bedroom was so loud it sounded like a generator + the cruisers on the street would play music so loud, our windows would rattle.
The door also would only lock on occasion.
I am 100% NOT recommending renting from these owners.
(I had to change my review so that it could be posted by not listing any dollar amounts.)

This condo was absolutely amazing! We had a group of 10 and we had plenty of room. The bed in the master bedroom was soooo comfortable. The huge balcony was perfect for viewing the fireworks on the 4th. And, the location was very convenient to all the major attractions. We will definitely stay here again!

Our biggest complaint during the month was the constant construction noise above and below us, but that's not a reflection of this condo. I would recommend this unit, and gladly stay again.
