They include: - 2 Outdoor Pools- the main clubhouse pool has a hot tub and children's wade pool & play area - Year Round Indoor Pool and Jacuzzi - Beach which is directly in front of our unit! - Gym & sauna - Boat launch & courtesy docks are available - Tennis Courts (3), Pickleball Courts (4), Racquetball Court, Poolside Basketball Court, Beach Volleyball Court, Horseshoes and Cornhole - Walkable restaurant on site: Napoli by the Lake - Bernard’s Boat Rental on site - Play All Day Watersports offers kayak and paddleboard rentals Our ground level condo is newly renovated and ready for you to enjoy! A ground floor unit is a premium that you never knew you wanted in a rental. It's a quick walk right off the back deck to the beach, dock, clubhouse pools, or on-site restaurant. The large bedroom has a king sized bed with linens (which is rare for rentals in the area!). There is also a desk in the bedroom if you are looking to move your home office to a new location for awhile! Although it may be pretty hard to get work done with the lake views calling your name! The bathroom has been updated and has a walk-in tiled shower. Towels are also provided (which again is a rare find)! The kitchen is updated with new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. It is fully stocked just like yours at home! A microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and blender are a few other appliances offered. New pots and pans, dishware, glassware and barware are all provided. Just off the kitchen is a brand new washer/dryer stack unit. The new living room sofa has a pull-out queen memory foam mattress. The 48inch TV has cable set up for you to relax at night. A new 4 burner grill is on the back deck. Sit back and enjoy the views on the new Adirondack chairs!

Charming, very clean, well-appointed and exactly as described. Excellent meal at the restaurant on location. Pretty property with plenty to do even during our off-season visit.

The place was very clean, well decorated and a very comfortable bed in the master bedroom. We explained to the host that in our early 70s we both have significant back injuries that make stairs a challenge. We arrived to find that there were 7 steep stairs to transcend for the front door. It’s impossible to roll luggage around the building to the the back first floor door on the lake. It’s a long walk with huge landscape rocks that are impassable. If not for a younger relative we could not have unloaded nor reloaded. Calling it a first floor unit is “technically” true but very misleading.

Enjoyed our stay at Benards Landing. Restful, peaceful, and a great view. The pool and beach area were great. Very nice Condo. Plan to return in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay. Both beds were very comfy, the location was great, and they even provided a good supply of pool floats and other things to make our stay more fun. After we left, we left something in the condo and the owners were so sweet about it and mailed it to us. I highly recommend this place.

My rental was for a wedding over a long weekend and it was perfect for a solo traveller like myself!(would also be great size for a couple!) Walking distance to Bernard's Landing clubhouse & a lovely water view!

We have stayed in this set of condos on many occasions and this is definitely one of the best one bedrooms. The furniture is attractive and comfortable, the bathroom is updated, the kitchen was well furnished, and the grill was new with a full tank of gas. We found the bed comfortable as well. We would assuredly book here again.

This place is gorgeous. Unbelievable views to be enjoyed on the patio or sitting in the living area. Inside was very nicely renovated and supplied with everything we needed. We will definitely stay her again.

We had a wonderful stay at this cute little condo! Lauren had great communication with us every time we needed it. We loved the fact that the back of the condo was ground level because we had young children with us. There are a few steps to go down upon entering into the condo. A straight shot to the beach. The condo was very clean and it had all main essentials that you would need! We will definitely plan on visiting again!

This condo is as beautiful and clean as the write up states. The kitchen is well-equipped with new appliances, cookware and more. The living room and bedroom are also well-appointed with comfy , clean furnishings. Smart TV is a bonus for sure. The view of Smith Mountain is spectacular. The close. proximity to the beach , lake , pool complex, restaurant, and boat rentals makes for a relaxed , fun-filled vacation.. Lauren addressed all of my silly questions within minutes. As I said, it was a perfect stay!!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The views were spectacular, the property was conveniently located within walking distance of the beach, restaurant, and clubhouse, and the property was clean. Communication from the owners was great too. We would definitely stay again.

A beautiful well decorated and comfortable space with a beach/lake view that will keep you coming back. All the amenities you need with a very comfy king bed. We had a question for the host and we got a prompt reply with our answer. So terrific communication with our hosts. Oh I should mention this condo was in a very quiet setting all around the establishment. A true gem👍🏻

The view was amazing. The condo was exactly as pictured. Everything I could have needed while cooking for the week was readily available. There were items in the closet for the beach/pool. I had a very minor hiccup that I needed to contact the property manager regarding and within an hour he was at the condo and had it resolved. I never left the beach, he contacted me to let me know it was done. Highly recommend and if we are ever back in this area we will stay again!

The property is located in a great location with a beach area and dock nearby. The place was perfect for 2 and the grill was a nice amenity. The owners provided clear details for the checkin process and were responsive. I highly recommend staying at this property
