Mancanza di ogni bene essenziale poiché mancanza: 1) bottiglia di acqua (0,50l) 2) Mancanza di bagnoschiuma in doccia 3) colazione assente 4) phon guasto (dopo 1 minuto si autospegneva)

très bon emplacement en centre ville à deux pas du port et d'un grand parking (payant) le logement est tout refait à neuf , c'est agréable. La communication avant l'arrivée avec le loueur est très rapide et il donne de bons renseignements pour trouver facilement la chambre.

j'aurais aimé voir quelqu'un à la réception; Il y a une bouilloire, c'est super j'avais pris du café soluble mais il n'y a ni tasses, ni bols ni couverts donc ça ne sert à rien.

Het was een ideale locatie, alles lag bij de B&B in de buurt. Het was ook goed geregeld met de sleutels en het inchecken, omdat we later dan 19u gearriveerd waren.

A persiana não abria nem fechava, mas não nos incomodou uma vez que estava fechada a uma altura média.

La struttura è nuova, vicinissima all'acquario e tra i vicoli del centro, a due passi da attività, ristoranti, attrazioni varie. La camera era molto pulita e spaziosa. Comodo il self check in. Lo consiglio. Aggiungo un paio di suggerimenti che potrebbero rendere ancora più confortevole il soggiorno : - in bagno servirebbero dei ganci in cui poter appendere gli asciugamani uscendo dalla doccia e magari qualche mensolina o base d'appoggio per i prodotti e i vestiti; - visto che c'è il bollitore nelle stanze, dovreste far trovare anche le tazze con delle bustine di zucchero, le palettine per mescolare, come surplus magari anche tè e tisane ma almeno le tazze devono esserci, anche nella zona comune, altrimenti è inutile 😅

Il parcheggio è un vero problema, i prezzi sono spropositati per posteggiare, abbiamo pagato veramente troppo per 24 ore

La posizione era perfetta, ottima per girare la città. La struttura è vicina al porto e circondata da bar e ristoranti, veramente ben posizionata.

Gli appartamenti al piano di sopra sono stati un po' rumorosi, sia nel pomeriggio che al mattino.

Ottima pulizia dell’alloggio e anche molto comoda all’Acquario la posizione

Great location and very comfortable bed

Great place to stay for a short stay in Genoa. Nice quiet part of town with a great pastry shop and square at the front door.

No fridge to speak of...

Very clean place, very friendly stuff, especial the lady over the phone, very close to the train station, there are many bars and restaurants near by.

The location is dangerous, I didn’t feel safe most of the time, the streets around the place are really dangerous after dark, so be aware!

I loved the bed. It was amazing 🤩

Communication through whats up. When unfamiliar phone number asked for payment I was quite suspicious!

We booked a night for two. I was really surprise to find out we were finally four. In the morning we were two again, after I’ve killed the cockroaches. Sorry I let the bodies, but it’s too disgusting for me.

the accommodation is nice and clean. Our arrival was pre arranged by phone and we were shown the apartment. the air condition was good as well, as well as the bathroom.

it was sooo loud at night. our direct neighbors were very loud since 8pm and the whole apartment in general was nosy until midnight and later… this is not a negative point of the host but our stay was uncomfortable since we were not able to sleep well. if you’re having a light sleep then I recommend EarPods

The host was nice, we were able to do an earlier check in. The location is central and close to the main city attractions.

not enough plug ins, we had to put the microwave on the flor to plug-in . the cooler is a joke , the size of a toaster (, I think is only for meds ) the communication was very slow . other than that, it was a great place to stay, great location .

The location is fantastic. Right outside is a selection of cafes, restaurants & little shops. Within minutes, you are in the harbour & approx. 10 minutes is the centre of Genoa at the Ferrari fountain. The airport is a short taxi ride (€25) or a bus away, which is just at the back of the apartment. We were in room 3: The room is spacious with great storage, it's clean, the bed is comfortable & large, the bathroom is spotless. There is a shutter that creates black out & a good size window that opens fully. There is some street noise at night if you like the window open, but that's to be expected.

The location could be clearer. However, it was no bother having a coffee whilst we waited for the host. This is not a b & b as British people expect. There is no breakfast available & whilst that is made clear it would be better advertised as a studio apartment. In the room there is a microwave, mini fridge, coffee machine & kettle. However, they are awkwardly placed with no real area for them. I would suggest a table/unit just for these items along with some basics like cups, spoons, etc. The room is large enough to accommodate an area for these amenities. You could also do a mall welcome pack of some coffee pods, coffee, tea, sugar, a small milk, etc. The TV could be better, whilst we weren't in our room too much. we did have a little rest before we went for dinner, so a smart TV would have been appreciated.

The door locks were difficult and the lift, small and old.
