Spent three nights in this wonderful condo prior to boarding our cruise. This newly remodeled immaculate two bedroom was everything we could ask for! Spectacular location across the street from Waikiki Beach! Easy short walking distance to beach and shopping and dining. Very quick valet service for our rental car was included. Unbeatable view from 26th floor looking straight onto the beach with spacious balcony. Our group of three adults and one 10 yr old loved it. I have already recommended it to all my friends!!!

The view was great, the Wifi was fast, and the room was great.However, when I tried to contact the designated property manager after 9am on the day of check-in, I got an answering machine and couldn't get through. Even when I call the office, I can't get through to the answering machine. No matter how many times I try to call, I can't get through, and the cost of international calls continues to pile up. Eventually, they even started rejecting calls. After struggling for more than an hour, I finally managed to get in touch with another property manager, and when I asked about it, I was told that the person I was assigned was on vacation today. If the person in charge has changed, shouldn't you contact us in advance?

The best part was the large deck overlooking the park and ocean and all the buzz of activity.The people doing the valet parking were always quick, kind and helpful. Pros: The unit is very nice. Amazing views of the ocean from the living room and master bedroom. The second bedroom has a view of Diamond head. Valet guys are friendly and sweet. Location is great.Cons: The second bedroom also has a view of the maintenance area so we kept the curtains down in that room the whole time. The first night we were there was a Sat. and even though you are on the 26th floor, you can hear so much street noise from all the partying. So if you are sensitive to noise, avoid Sat nights. The other nights we were there (Sun and Mon nights), the noise was fine and we slept great. The second bedroom window did not shut entirely and you can hear a howling whistling noise all night long. The first night there, that room was unuseable so my husband and I had no sleep. We put the kids in the master so they could sleep. I contacted the property manager the next morning about it- no apologies, no niceties, just that they will contact maintenance. Well maintenance never came but one of the property manager came himself around 5:30PM and fixed the issue and the kids slept great the next two nights. Overall: the place was great. If you are looking for a roomier place for a family of 4, this is it.

Love this place. This was our second time staying at the Waikiki beach tower. Condo didn’t disappoint. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Updates decor. Comfy beds. Full kitchen. The best location on Waikiki. Lobby staff very welcoming and included valet parking a bonus. Would easily have spent another $150 nightly on resort fees and parking at a hotel. Highly recommended. We’ll be back for sure.

We had two weeks in lovely Waikiki beach, thanks in large part to the amazing time we had at the Waikiki Beach Tower. The management team with Captain Cook was very quick to answer any questions and address concerns, and the group working at the tower was always professional and friendly. It was amazing being so close to the beach and being able to enjoy a breathtaking view of the beach and ocean from our condo on the 26th floor. If we are lucky enough to return to the islands we will definitely look to stay with Captain Cook again. Thank you for everything!

We loved our stay at apartment 2602. There was plenty of room for our family of 4. Everything we needed was included with the apartment (beach towels, beach chairs) etc. Our check-in and check-out was super easy. Paul (our contact) was really responsive and gave us clear instructions. Each night we watched the sunset from our balcony - I would argue the view would be one of the best in Waikiki.

Check in was not good. Paul's texts were confusing or nonexistent so we didn't know when to meet him. At one point he told us we were in a unit on the 19th floor. When we finally met him he seemed very distracted - always looking at his phone. The ice maker didn't work. We reported it to Paul and he told us to buy ice at the ABC store. It never was repaired during our 5 night stay. Hot water kettle was rusty inside so we couldn't use it. We never received any checkout instructions so we just left when the housekeeper arrived at 11am.

If you want ocean views of Waikiki, you won’t find much better than unit 2602.
Very little to complain about this place. Little things here and there but all washed away when you look outside. Would not hesitate to stay again.

When we arrived we were escorted to 2602 by Paul and blew our minds when we walked inside. It was way more than we expected. Beautiful condo, view and close to everything we wanted to go to. We would very highly recommend this condo to everyone.

Million Dollar View
Everything about our stay was well organized and communicated wonderfully. The unit was beautiful, and the view was even better! Waikiki Beach Tower is in the perfect location. All units are ocean front, just steps across the street to the beach. Lots of convenience stores and restaurants near by. You willl not be disappointed!

We have stayed in this building several times before ( booking through Aston ) so quite familiar but this was first time using Captain Cook Rentals....fairly seamless , unit was terrific but noise due to renovations next door was very unwanted and we were not really happy that we were not informed that this would be occurring. Also the fridge had a slight leak and vacuum cleaner really did not work. ( no big deal but as we were there for 2 weeks I would have liked to do a quick clean )

The place was just as pictured and described! Great master room with new sheets and towels. Kitchen has all the necessities and the furniture is nice as well. You have all that you need but the best part about this condo is the VIEW! Our family spent a lot of time on the balcony. Also another big plus was the people at the Waikiki tower. They are all so nice! You won't regret staying at this place. We are going to have to come back and visit we like it so much.
