The cleanliness of the room was great but lighting wasn’t great. No house cleaning during the week at all so use your towels and such wisely. Microwave didn’t work and when we went down to the office to ask if they could fix it, they said we would have to contact who we booked through. That makes no sense because how are they gonna fix it?!? Our hairdryer also broke middle of our week stay. We also couldn’t adjust the temperature of our room. Not satisfied and that’s why I have a 1 star review. The area and location were amazing but get a different hotel.

This is a much holder hotel turned condo location. It is surrounded by very new more expensive locations (& construction). It had everything we needed; a bed, shower, small fridge & swimming pool. It's not a bad place for the money & location to the beach. This was our 2nd stay here. It's always clean. Walkable to beach, a little longer walk to the pier. The weather was on the chilly side during our stay in Jan. I will be rethinking my Jan visits (due to weather)

When I arrived, the combination didn’t work for 45 minutes. I was hung up on. The TV didn’t work, even after being on with tech for 60 minutes. Not a great way to start a vacation. They stated they’d be sending someone to fix TV. Never happened. They wanted to correct the situation, before I left a review… never heard from them. It’s been 5 days. I won’t use this company again.

Cockroaches crawling on the walls..pubic hairs in the bathroom. Stained sheets. Paid $500 for 2 nights and it wasn't worth $100. Been trying to reach out directly and not surprised no one has gotten back to me

It took over 2 hours to get into my room. They tried so many different codes and finally we were given one that worked. The wasn’t the only issue with the door… it never locked. It wasn’t a good way to start the trip especially after traveling

Small study perfect for 2 people, clean with nice decorations. Enough towels to include beach towels. There is no view to the beach but the beach is right across the street. Plenty of restaurants and things to do within walking distance. We had a couple little issues, but we were able to send message and get things resolved in a timely manner.

This place well exceeded my expectations. Located a walk away from the beach, great food and bars. They have pool toys for everyone to enjoy and a great layout. We rented a golf cart to explore the island and realized we were in a central location for family, food and fun!

Free parking! No resort fees! Very comfortable and spacious. Had everyting we needed. Good communication and quick response. Close to everything i.e. beach, activitie, restaurants etc. (walked to everything). Got a text for early check in. Got to the room and the code wouldn't work to get in. Had to call # to get help on how to access the room. They forgot to change it in the system to allow the code to work before 4pm (standard check in time). They were quick to help. Got it fixed and was given a new code for the week.

Location is amazing! Walking distance to pretty much everything. The room was nice and comfortable. Only a few small details could need a bit of tweaking like the microwave buttons some didn’t work, the tv remote didn’t communicate properly with tv so we couldn’t watch anything when we wanted to. Other than that it was great! Clean and súper accesible to everything.

This is a nice cheaper option close to the beach. We were within walking distance of a bunch of stuff and didn't have to pay extra for parking on the property. Not overly fancy, but if you are here to visit and not spending the whole trip in the room its a nice spot. Pool area was nice too. A fan over the bed and some curtains covering the blinds and windows would help. If you like it dark when you sleep there is a decent amount of light that comes through the blinds from the front walkway.

This room is large with a kitchenette, very clean and close to everything. If you like coffee when you first wake up, bring ground coffee and Mr. Coffee style filters. There's also a toaster, microwave and small fridge. Great place to relax and enjoy Clearwater Beach for a reasonable price.
