We recommend getting more supplies for more extended stays. 648 Poinsettia Ave Clearwater Beach 33767 Location, location, location! 500 feet to the beach 500 feet to a park and playground 0.2 mile to public tennis courts Clearwater has a noise ordinance from 10PM to 7AM. Please keep noise down after 10PM. The pool closes at 10:00 P.M Please rinse off after the beach before entering the room. Dumpster is located near unit 136 (on the parking lot). Not allowed: - Smoking in the room (including cannabis) $250 cleaning fee will be applied - Unregistered guests - Loudspeakers at the pool as we do pipe in house music. We do not have a front desk. For record purposes, we communicate through Airbnb messages only. In case of emergencies, you can contact us by phone. Check-in time is at or after 4 p.m. Check-out is at or before 11 a.m. There is no daily housekeeping service. Bedding, bath towels, and basic bathroom supplies, including toilet paper rolls, are provided at check-in. Additional housekeeping is available for an additional $50 fee. Double-check your dates and the amount, and carefully read the full cancelation policy before completing your booking. By booking this Airbnb, you fully agree to the cancelation policy. Under no circumstances will we be able to change the cancelation policy or change the reservation. Do not flush ANYTHING except for TOILET PAPER in the toilet. Paper towels, feminine hygiene products, or trash will clog the pipes. If you clog the toilet, we will charge you a plumbing fee. The plumbing fee starts at $300 The number of guests is defined as the number of guests on the reservation. No additional person staying is allowed at the property. Smoking is prohibited (even if it's medical cannabis). You agree to a $500 penalty for smoking on the property. You are not permitted to hold a party or make unreasonable amounts of noise. Speakers are not allowed anywhere on the property. If you hold a party on the property, disturb the neighbors, or the police are called for any reason, you agree to vacate the rental immediately with no refund for unstayed days. You allow us access to the property for maintenance, repair, and inspection and confirm that the correct number of guests is staying. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses while on the property. We are also not responsible for the loss or damage of your personal belongings or valuables. By accepting the reservation, you undertake that all guests expressly assume the risk for any harm arising from using the property or others they invite to use it. Keep all personal items and valuables inside the Airbnb. Anything you leave outside, including towels, clothes, or floats, might be discarded. You must be 21 or older to book the rental. Do not leave any personal belongings behind you after check out. We do not ship forgotten items. Accidents happen. Please let us know if anything breaks during your stay so we can fix it or replace it before the next check-in. Most of the time, there won't be any consequence if you inform us about it. Please do not take anything with you from the rental that doesn't belong to you. We could consider it theft, and we could involve law enforcement. We do not provide washcloths. We do not consider it sanitary. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items left at the bag storage. Please leave your belongings at your own risk. The pool closes at 10 p.m. and reopens at sunrise. Please log out of any subscriptions on the TVs. We are not responsible for any charges to your account and won't be able to log you out. You may change your password to do it remotely.

Comfortable bed, very clean, management kept in contact with us. Beach chairs, laundry facilities, beautiful and very clean heated pool. The beach access directly across the street, with easy access. 1/2 mile from businesses and restaurants. All within walking distance from the room. Will be back to visit. Perfect price point too.

The owner was in constant contact with us regarding our visit and offered suggestions on where to eat etc. Very Clean room and an excellent value will definitely be staying there again.

I stayed here over a weekend to attend a work conference. Antoni's communications were timely, helpful, and friendly. The entire property, Monaco Vacation Rentals, looks to be very recently painted, clean, and well maintained. It is vintage-style, cozy, and updated. The room has been updated since the cover photo and is much higher quality than I was expecting. The king bed and the pillows are comfy. There is now a table and chairs for 2. The beach access is a very easy block away. The beach is wide and beautiful and not as crowded as the areas farther south. Ron Jon is .75 mile away, so a 12-ish minute walk. There are many restaurants between the property and Ron Jon. The only cons I noticed are that the unit is directly on the pool so I had to keep my curtains closed to not be on full display and could hear the playing very well. (Other guests were respectful so it was never bad.) I had to wrap a towel around the door blinds to cover the outside light from shining in my face at night. The shower water barely made it to warm one night. (The other night it was as hot as needed.) I thought the value was great and I recommend this property.

I liked it here, and would stay here again. Antoni was very helpful with any of our needs during our visit. The ocean was close, and the bay was even closer for fishing.

The service and the community are all wonderful. Only thing to bother me is the refrigerator running too noisy. Otherwise, I will give a 5 🌟

This was a perfect rental for me by myself. Great location, easy beach access, room was right by the pool which was perfect. I plan to go back.
