If you hold a party on the property, disturb the neighbors, or the police are called for any reason, you agree to vacate the rental immediately with no refund for unstayed days. You allow us access to the property for maintenance, repair, and inspection and confirm that the correct number of guests is staying. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses while on the property. We are also not responsible for the loss or damage of your personal belongings or valuables. By accepting the reservation, you undertake that all guests expressly assume the risk for any harm arising from using the property or others they invite to use it. Keep all personal items and valuables inside the Airbnb. Anything you leave outside, including towels, clothes, or floats, might be discarded. You must be 21 or older to book the rental.
