Located in the Lodge at Avon Center, you’ll have quick access to Italian, American and Chinese restaurants. This home features an open layout combining the kitchen, dining and living room. Take advantage of the spacious deck featuring gas grill and table seating for 4. The fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless appliances has everything you need. Dine in or entertain at the roomy dining table with seating for 6-8 guests plus. Relax in the living room furnished with ample seating, a large flat screen TV and wood burning fireplace. New flooring installed throughout home. The master bedroom features a king bed, fans and humidifiers, large screen flat screen tv. En Suite Bath features a double vanity with quartz countertops, newly renovated walk in shower with soaking tub. This charming condo sleeps 4 guests comfortably in 2 beds. This condo also has an additional lock off available with 2 Full Size Beds. The rooms connect through a Vestibule but do not open into each other, so they are listed separately. We wanted a place that was walking distance to the gondola and this place was it. Very comfortable, easy to get around and once all settled didn’t even need the car! Nice facilities with a few good restaurants on property as well as many more within walking distance. Overall great mountain getaway!!

This condo was exactly what we needed for our short stay in Beaver Creek! The unit itself was clean and nicely finished. Having access to the parking garage was a wonderful bonus, since it snowed over 2 feet while we were there and we never had to clean our car off! Easy access to Beaver Creek resort, being walking distance to their in-town gondola, or minutes to drive there. 15 minute drive to Vail. The village has everything you need for groceries, restaurants, bars, etc. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect appartment for a skiing vacation in Beaver Creek for us, a family of four. A few steps to the Gondola. Spacious living and dining room. All you need is available in the kitchen. Will come back next time.
