LIVING AREA Kick back on a plush sectional by the gas fireplace and watch a movie on the flat-screen Apple TV. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer river views and plenty of natural light. KITCHEN & DINING Create delectable dishes in the pristine kitchen, appointed with ample counter space, a two-person bar, and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. When it’s time to dine, the table accommodates six. BED & BATH This home sleeps four guests in two bedrooms. The main bedroom is fitted with a comfy queen-size bed, a smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Sleep soundly in the second bedroom, furnished with a queen-size bed. The guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Listen to the peaceful sounds of the Eagle River from your private balcony. Fire up the gas grill for an afternoon cookout. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi, games, and an in-unit washer/dryer. Assigned parking is available for one car in the parking lot. Additional paid parking is available nearby. This unit is located on the second floor. Elevators are not available. Enjoy a wide variety of shopping and dining establishments nearby. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. River in the back yard for starters! One block from the bus to Beaver Creek resort. Short walk to everywhere in Avon!! Awesome place!!

This adorable 2 bedroom place was perfect for my family of 4. It’s close to everything in Vail Valley and within walking distance of trails and a fun beach. It had everything we needed and was so clean. I loved having coffee on the patio before everyone woke up with the views and sounds of the River.

Plenty of room to spread out for the 6 of us. (4 Adults & 2 kids) Kitchen was well stocked and had space to cook for the family. There were sleds kids used a d they had a blast! Clean and comfortable, so relaxing.

Our daughter now resides in Avon and this was our first visit to the area. We LOVED our rental and found the accommodations to be perfect! Everything was as presented and made for a terrific stay. Clean, roomy, modern but with warmth. It was nicely located near the local resorts and very accessible. The property manager was very accommodating and always within reach. THANK YOU for making our first visit so enjoyable as it certainly will not be our last!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family spent a wonderful long weekend at this upscale multi-level home just minutes from Beaver Creek. This half-duplex was immaculately clean and comfortable. Equipped with top of the line appliances and fixtures, was decorated like a true home, not a rental. All the bed linens were beautiful with some of the softest towels compared to luxury hotels. Two entertainment areas provide space for children and adults alike. We look forward to returning in the summer season to take advantage of the walking trails just blocks away!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and 2 sons stayed at this property for a month in September 2020. We loved the location of the property. We were able to explore so much of Colorado. We loved the nearby hiking and biking trails. The duplex had everything we needed. It was clean and well appointed. The only thing was the ceiling fan and lights over the dining room table were noticeably dirty. If ceiling wasn’t so high, I would have clean them myself. Mattresses could have been higher end as well as the sheets.
