If you want to visit the Gulch area of Nashville, this location is great. Very short drive into downtown. Ubers are very easy to get. Good security. Underground parking structure. Decent workout room.

We were pleasantly surprised at the spaciousness and cleanliness of this condo. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware, utensils and spices. Beds were very comfortable and we brought a small noises machine to drown out any street noise at night. No need for a rental car as Ubers were there within 5-10 minutes. Our stay was during the week so traffic was not too bad. All in all we had a very nice stay!

Location was great. Short Uber rides to downtown. Safe location and secure parking and building. Nice pool. Comfortable beds. Kitchen well equipped, except no blender. Also could have used a broom to clean up a spill we made.

Good location and fairly clean though cleaning people missed mildew at the bottom of the shower curtain - could use more than 4 coffee mugs too as silverware serves more than 4. Didn't use the pool, but the elevator key pads need cleaning or replacement as too many misses with entry on the #'s. Narrow vehicles are better for the garage.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The place was clean and well kept. Pool area was nice and relaxing.
The downside was the bar downstairs blasting music at 3 am.
If you are coming for a bachelorette party, this is the place for you. Plenty of ladies partying and having a great time.

We read reviews about the noise from the highway so brought a noise machine for sleeping, but it didn’t end up bothering us at all. We expected to have fomo not staying downtown but loved the location - easy 10 min walk to the gulch and 20 min walk to Broadway, $6 Uber ride home. Everyone else we traveled with were crammed into small, noisy places downtown and we loved escaping Broadway after a long night, back to our own quiet private space. The one thing I would say is it is advertised as “a penthouse” but there’s clearly a half level split above us as we heard regular loud stomping footsteps above us. Killed a couple of small cockroaches but seems that is standard in the area. No Bluetooth speaker (expected one to be there) so recommend bringing your own. Overall it was a great place and we’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

About a 20-40 minute walk to most attractions. Near interstate so it was noisy at night trying to sleep. All and all I would give it about 4 1/2 stars.

This area is a short drive/scooter ride to the Gulch area with lots of dining. Would be nice to provide a dishcloth or unused sponge.

This area is a short drive/scooter ride to the Gulch area with lots of dining. Would be nice to provide a dishcloth or unused sponge.

Beautiful, Clean Nashville Pad
We went as a group of four ladies enjoying a girls weekend away. We were in Nashville for Figure Skating Championships. We loved the proximity to Bridgestone Arena and the Gulch. The underground parking is wonderful. The unit is very modern and lovely.

Great location, appreciated the provided amenities including COFFEE and CREAM!! :). There were signs of a rental property such as paint damage but a painter came the day we left which showed that the owners care for their space! Thank you for giving us a great landing place to enjoy our weekend!

Great place to stay, road and guest noise may be an issue
This is a great place to stay in Nashville if you are ok Ubering it to most places. The condo was super clean and fit me and two friends comfortably. Road and guest noise can be an issue but I brought earplugs and slept ok. One night there was loud banging for about an hour at 3am that my earplugs couldn't block out so that was annoying. We made friends with the security guy, Cooper, he was great. The check-in process was not clear. It told us to enter a code to the outside building door that was not accurate. I called customer service and they quickly rectified the problem. All in all, I would stay here again. My review may sound negative but there were plenty of positives.
