I've stayed at a lot of rentals and hotels through the years and this place had some of the best linens and sleeping arrangements of them all. It has a super comfortable memory foam bed, high quality sheets and bedding, and great bathroom towels - the thick, soft and luxurious kind that you don't normally see in a rental, not even a hotel like the Ritz. Stuff like this really shows care for the guests and my wife and I very much appreciated it. Also, the kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, kitchen utensils, a blender and two coffee machines, a Keurig and regular coffee maker. (If only it had a Nespresso!) For 11 nights as part of a work trip, we spent a lot of time in the house and having a well stocked kitchen made us feel very at home. The work desk was great for me and location is also great for access to the beach. Our only small disappointment was the fact that all the windows at the rear of the house are frosted. The frosting still allows some diffused light in, but it prevents you from seeing the rear of the property and created a bit of a closed in or almost claustrophobic feel for us, especially in the kitchen. It's not a big deal, but something I think the hosts should reconsider and change. The hosts are very responsive and this place is definitely deserving of 5 stars.

Our stay was just what we needed while visiting family in Satelite Beach. The owners contractor was just finishing the installation of a new roof as we arrived and we had a very quiet stay. We walked 2 blocks to the beach each day walking off the great meal from Antonio & Victoria's. The driftwood throughout the home was beautiful and made you feel like you were at the beach. The Owners live on the other side of the duplex and were very nice. The only issue was the windows to the back yard were frosted so you could not see out, for the owners private use of the back yard. It's a minor thing but unexpected. The beds were comfortable and the location was close to everything you need.

The house included everything described in the listing and it was impeccably clean. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, the towels were fluffy and the king bed was comfortable (we didn't use the other bed). The washer/dryer was right off of the kitchen and was very convenient. Although the beach is right up the street, my husband and I enjoyed taking the car to the next light south and going to Pelican beach where we could park close and didn't have to walk with chairs, etc. There is also a shower there to rinse off. All in all a great vacation. (My only suggestion to owners is to make a bathtub mat available.)

We spent 3 weeks here and loved it! This property is nicely decorated and comes well stocked. We enjoyed the easy walks to the beach with the provided chairs and small rolling cooler. Highly recommend staying here!

Perfectly comfortable and close to beach!
We were really impressed with the attention to detail the hosts provided to make our stay comfortable- from beach towels, chairs and sunscreen, to coffee and tea (including creamer and sugar!) for breakfast, they seemed to have thought of everything! The place was really cozy and artfully decorated, and very comfortable. The walk to the beach was short (maybe one block) and pleasant, and the beach was gorgeous! The hosts were attentive but not intrusive, and very helpful. We are already considering going back again next summer!

Terrific Property
Property was sparkling clean and well equipped. We brought a lot of stuff we wouldn't have had to. Excellent walking distance to sparsely populated beach. Quiet neighborhood great for walking or bike riding. Hosts are right next door but very unintrusive and just let us do our thing. Perfect for a relaxing time away. I can't recommend this rental enough!

Memorial Beach Getaway
Very charming, clean, well decorated duplex. Very close to beach. We drove to public beach park (Pelican Beach) but could have easily walked. Quiet, everything we needed. Very relaxing time. Owners live in other duplex, very helpful & nice. Highly recommend.

Perfect beach side getaway for my hubs and I. Adorable, well supplied cozy home with a beachy atmosphere. Comfy beds. Convenient location!! Short walk to beach and some shops. Nice selection of restaurants and stores nearby. Hubby got to see a rocket launch from the beach at 3:30am... Wonderful vacation!

We LOVED our time here. The hosts were welcoming, communicative and accommodating. The home was clean, well kept and had everything we needed and more. The location cannot be beat with such a beautiful beach literally across the street. As a Floridian, I can say it was one of the nicest beaches I have ever been on with a very relaxed and safe feel to it. We walked over to the Whiskey Beach Pub, which was lots of fun! We 100% will be coming back. Thank you for an amazing stay!

A Nice Getaway! Perfect Location!
We really enjoyed our stay! Super cute and clean space. Bed was really comfortable. Nate and Heather gave us some great ideas on some fun places to go. The property is in a perfect location. There are several walkable restaurants, and the grocery store is just a mile down the street. The neighborhood is very quiet. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the cute front porch. It's an easy walk to the beach for early morning sunrises.
Nate and Heather were great hosts!! We hope to stay there again in the future.

4 of us stayed here in late January. It was perfect for us. The beds were comfy, there were plenty of towels and dishes and the beach is only a short walk away. The owner Nate was friendly and helpful but unobtrusive.

This place is cute and clean, very homey with REAL plants - you never see that in a rental. One block from the beach and lots of good restaurants around. Has just about every amenity you need. Also, if you arrive on an odd numbered Tuesday you may be provided FREE shrimp bate! Would definitely stay here again.

Very cute property in great location!! It was incredibly clean and I especially loved the driftwood decor. It was perfect for the four of us. Nate was very communicative and helpful and would absolutely stay again!
