My boys are college students in Rapid. The townhome was a wonderful escape from dorm/apartment living and a homey alternative to a hotel room. We were able to gather, socialize, and share a meal. The neighborhood is quiet and I enjoyed sitting out on the patio in the sun. Will definitely keep this one on my list.

The property was a wonderful place; close to many of the attractions as well as quiet at night. Jay was a great host and was very quick to reply when we needed to contact him. Will reserve again if ever in the area.

This property was perfect for our little Black Hills getaway! It was immaculately clean, had lots of available towels, and even use of the garage for our vehicle! The host even left out a nice assortment of tourist literature to help us plan our adventure!

It was perfect. Everything we needed. Easy access to all our ride destinations. Garage access was handy since we had to repair a bike. We appreciated the extra thought for garage rags. Evening relaxation on the patio area was great. Kitchen, pantry, bathrooms were all fully stocked for our needs. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

You're not getting a rustic cabin in the middle of nowhere with a creek or mountain view. What you do get is a very clean "home" located at the end of a quite cul-de-sac. We were able to come home to a home cooked meal every night (there was a crockpot available🙂). The home is also centrally located for Black Hills, Mount Rushmore, and Badlands.

This is a great place to stay while visiting the Badlands and surrounding area. The condo was spacious, clean and very relaxing. It had all the amenities we could want, especially the large kitchen and it was great to be able to do laundry after being on the road for a week. Because of its location at the end of a cul-de-sac, it felt very private, and we loved sitting out on the patio surrounded by trees. It was an easy walk up the hill to a great view of the whole town. Check-in and out were very easy, and we loved being able to put the car in the garage. Staying here added to the quality of our vacation and we would absolutely stay here again.

Such a great place. Extremely clean, had everything you would ever need. We were only there for a weekend but we already hope to come back for a longer visit. It felt like you were home. It was quiet. Easy to find and close to a lot of restaurants and parks to walk the dogs. 5+ stars!

We already knew the location would be perfect as we come up here to Rapid City every couple years. What we didn’t expect was just how nice everything was. The couches were very comfortable. The master bedroom had sooo much storage including cedar drawers on the under bed storage and dresser. Large rooms. The main area is all open concept. Cook, eat, lounge, and all can be together. We only had two of us but easily could have been perfect for another couple and even a few kids could have slept on the couches and living room as one couch pulls out into bed. Two large full bathrooms. They left garage door opener so you could park inside. The main tv was large and a Roku tv so you can log in with all your subscriptions on any channel you want. Very quiet neighborhood. This was absolutely perfect. Will definitely look to stay here again.

This townhome is very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet. There’s a road behind the property, but it had very little traffic. It was just a great place to relax in between all the busyness of the weekend. There is a 2 car garage you can use, but it won’t fit a full sized pickup.

Two of us couples stayed in this duplex condo for five nights. We weren't there all that much due to sightseeing, but it was very comfortable during the time we were there. The kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. There was enough comfortable seating for all of us to watch TV in the evenings. Bathrooms were clean and stocked with enough toilet paper for our whole visit. The only thing I might add is coasters for drinks in living room and bedrooms. I highly recommend staying here, though expect plenty of driving in all directions to see the tourist sights. We spent a great deal of time in the car. Thank you for a great, affordable place to stay!
