Nestled in Chattanooga, this attractive house for £216 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. The home is uniquely setup. There are 2 floors that are completely separate from each other but easily accessible to interact. Each floor has their own kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedrooms, and dining room. NO INTERIOR STAIRS CONNECT THE 2 SPACES. We do not split up the 2 units so it’s the perfect set up for multiple families and friends. The upstairs has 3 bdr, 1 1/2 bath, kitchen, dining room, laundry room, office, and sitting area with roku tvs in each bedroom and a 75 inch in the open concept area. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms,1 bath, kitchen, laundry, dining area, It also has a pool table and foosball table in the game room with roku tvs in each bedroom and living area as well. This home is huge but still cozy and full of southern charm. It easily sleeps 11 adults in an actual bed , not a couch or blow up mattress situation. Kids and adults can enjoy this property. We have games and toys for all ages. Huge yard space with the back yard completely fenced. Please disclose if bringing a pet and add them to your reservation. We have a fire pit with wood inside and covered, extra wood is stored under the deck stairs. We also have a charcoal grill. Huge deck with 2 levels and oversized stairs leading right into the back yard. Lots of parking areas on both sides of the property. Please do not park on the street. Quiet corner double lot with mature trees.

We needed a large home for several married members of the family to relax and then get ready for a wedding. This home provided privacy, yet closeness for two extended families. The home was very clean and spacious. Our host left bottled water and some treats, which were much appreciated. The downstairs was roomy and had a great game room which was a hit for both the little kids and the big kids ( 40 +!!). Dog crates were provided and the back yard is fenced in. Plenty of chairs in and out. A great home away from home! Thank you so much for your hospitality and use of your home.

Property is very clean and decorated nicely. The beds were comfortable. I wanted to take the mattress home with me! Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. Downstairs was loaded with fun with all the games available. Host was one of the best! Thanks for a great weekend!

Great stay at this property. It was very hot when we stayed at this property and the AC was struggling to keep up with the outside temp. The property owner had an AC service out to the home within 12 hrs. Topped of the AC unit and things were good to go. She also brought doughnuts in the AM for us. This is a unique property that does well for a large group. I highly recommend.

This is a great place to spend a weekend. It is in a good location and the neighborhood is quiet. You can tell that the owner has done a lot to make the house a comfortable place to stay.

The house was clean, and it was fully stocked! The host was great, and communicated quickly. Lots of games to play at the house and TVs in each room so if you want to watch differently from others that’s not a problem. The steps going into the upstairs are pretty steep but the lower level is not. We had a large group, with a wide age range and there was enough to keep everyone interested and busy during our stay.

We had a great stay in this fantastic house. The proximity to downtown is fantastic, a short 10 minute drive max! We had a fantastic time hanging on the back deck and playing in the gameroom.

The house was nice and clean. We had everything we needed for a comfortable and successful stay. The beds were comfortable (although the downstairs beds are child sized). The house, however, is NOT in a great area of Chattanooga. We knew this going in, but could catch others off-guard. We travelled as a group of guys and felt comfortable, but likely not a great area for families or solo travelers.

This property worked out great for our family! We were able to be together and still have room to break away. We enjoyed so many cool games, and it provided easy access to downtown and surrounding areas making it a great location! Dionne made us feel welcome with a sweet message, and everything was just as nice as it appeared in the pictures. It was clean, inviting, and comfortable!

Dionne was wonderfully responsive to all questions and requests. The property was clean, roomy and equipped with everything needed. It was the perfect place to use as our home base for our sons wedding. Being able to bring our dogs was an added bonus!!! Highly recommend renting this property.

Great Check In. Great Communication. Clean home. So much space. Recently manicured backyard and privacy fence! We enjoyed a bonfire almost every night. So much room for our kids to play! Well stocked kitchens as we enjoyed many cooked meals there. The two floors not connecting is not a problem and the house is packed with extras… Stay here. You won’t regret it. Thanks Dionne for one of the best stays we have ever had!

Our family and another family shared the space for a long weekend and loved it! Lots of space to spread out. The games were wonderful for the surprise rainy weekend. Owner is super responsive and entire process was very smooth. Home is very comfortable, well-stocked, and has thoughtful details (yoga mat, dog crate, etc.) that made staying there fabulous. Location is convenient to the city. Hope to return again!

This property is separated into 2 apartments both having kitchen and laundry. This provided us the ability to be together without being on top of each other. The owner, Dionne, could not have been a better host. She was very informative of activities in the area and made sure we had everything we needed. I wish I could have a host like her at every property I rent! We made great memories in Chattanooga and would recommend this property!

We booked this as we had my family, my brother's family, our dogs, and parents all coming in. With a baby under 1 we wanted a house that we could spend time as a family but allow for much needed naps and early bedtimes. This house was perfect set up for our needs. My teenagers loved having TV in every space and the game room set up downstairs was much utilized. Communicating with Dionne was easy and she was super quick to respond before, during and after the stay. Would absolutely stay again if we returned to the area.

As a wedding party, we were looking for a place that had a place to house several individuals and this was the place. The check-in and check-out process made our very late and very early check-in/departure great. The place was just as listed and was perfect for our needs! Our host was very interactive and very accessible to talk with!

Location was easy and house felt very safe. Quiet neighborhood. House itself was very nice and recently updated. The owners made it extra special for us with little touches like popcorn and dog bed. It was a split level house with two living areas and perfect for spending time with family and still have your own spaces. Owners respond so quickly and are so friendly. Must stay if you're staying in Chattanooga.
