Nestled in Garden City, this lovely condo for £165 per night is a great option for your next trip. The view to the ocean is incredible as you are ocean level! There is a King size bed in the master bedroom. Queen bed in the guest bedroom, and a queen size air mattress. Master bedroom has private bath with another full bath in the hallway, outside the second bedroom. Ground Floor Condo, no need for elevator, no steps to climb. You have your own private porch with use of charcoal grills and outdoor pool. Pool is opened April 1st to November1st weather permitting. All appliances are up to date. Washer and dryer available for your use. All linens and towels provided in the rental fee. Exit maid service $130.00 Pricing according to season. Winter rentals also available. $300 Security Deposit required at time of reservation. Half of rental balance due 60 days before rental date. Final half due 30 days before rental date. Cancellation policy: Refunds depends on when cancelled, if client is booking for another date and reason for change or cancellation. Deposit will be refunded within 7-14 days of check out.

My best friend and I had a great stay at this 2BR 2BA condo. You can’t beat the ocean views! The blue chairs just outside the unit were favorite spots to people and beach watch. The unit was just as pictured on VRBO. It was well furnished and comfortable. The host, Cindy, was extremely accommodating and easy to communicate with. The unit was just steps away from the beach and the condo complex was very secure. We will definitely return for another visit!

You could not get closer to the beach. It was literally right on the shore. An older property, but still comfortable. We had a building entrance glitch and could not get in touch with management, but eventually got in. The on site mtc fellow, Gary, was quite helpful, once we found him.

The condo couldn’t be more convenient, love that it walks out onto the pool deck, beach access is only a few steps away. The condo is well stocked and well maintained. The owner was great to work with and responsive to messages. The building is very secure, it had a real family feel. All things considered, I hope to get the chance to book it again.

We loved everything about this condo, it was just as pictured. The front door is just steps from the beach, ocean and pool. As we were traveling to Garden City Cindy called to check in and let us know the condo was ready early and made sure we knew where everything was. I love how fast she responds and how pleasant she is. My family will be returning, thank you Cindy for sharing your beautiful, clean condo with us.

Great location. Walking distance to Garden City pier. Walk straight out your door to the pool and then just steps to the beach. Overall a very nice place. We enjoyed sitting on the deck at night and talking with some of the neighbors we met. Proximity to the beach is awesome.

The location of this condo was amazing! Literally walk out your door in a few steps and you’re on the sand. However, the condo itself needs a bit of updating. It was very clean, but the water pressure in both bathrooms was very low. The mattresses in both bedrooms need to be replaced and just an overall updating of paint and brighter colors would be a plus. it appears they were doing a lot of renovating and had just replaced the pool deck which is very nice but the inspectors were slow to come and give the final approval so the pool wasn’t available but that was out of the property management control. Regardless of updates that might be needed, the unit was very clean and we enjoyed our stay.

There was no soap, extra toilet paper, dish washer soap, or laundry soap. We had to go to the store and purchase all of these items. The patio was all tore up and under construction. Wish we would of know. The pool was out of order to because of this.

Clean, comfortable accommodations in a good location. The patio and pool area directly in front of the condo overlooking the beach was taped off and inaccessible due to damage from a recent hurricane. The stairs down from the patio to the beach seem to have been destroyed. We had to go back through the building towards the parking lot and around the side of the building to access the beach. It wasn't a huge deal for us, but took away some of the charm and convenience of having a first floor condo right on the beach. Once the patio and beach access is repaired it will be perfect.

We really loved the condo. Location was great. We went right after Hurricane Ian hit but the beach was cleaned up we just didn’t have access from our back deck because of the damage to deck. Beds were clean and comfy Could have been stocked better. There was no extra toilet paper, no garbage bags or no dish washing detergent. Cindy, the owner was prompt at getting back to me when I did message her. It was super easy to get an Uber driver and they were very nice and helpful

This was the second time we stayed at this property and this time we went thru a hurricane. The staff was friendly and helpful through the storm and the cabana was almost as wonderful as we remembered from our first stay. The storm was fierce and we felt safe and cared for in a beautiful place - what more could you ask for?

Perfect location literally steps from the beach. Property mgr. was on vacation. We didn't need him anyway except for the two times the cleaning people upstairs dumped their cleaning water bucket over the balcony onto my wife sitting below in those blue chairs. The first time was an accident I'm sure but the second time was probably because I went up stairs to complain in person and I mentioned it to the owner. He was very nice and apologized and said he would ask them not to do that. Beautifully decorated and clean. Very comfortable except for the master bed. Thats the only spoiler. Its very worn and overdue for replacement. I'll stay here again if they replace that mattress or I'll gamble on another place. Even on vacation its necessary to sleep. The couch offers better rest than the bed. Hopefully they will change it soon. Still had a great time.

Beautiful unit and amazing decor. The only thing I didn’t like about the unit was that I had to stand on my suitcase to get into the queen bed. And I’m 5’6” lol. Bring a step stool. Very nice and well stocked with cooking stuff. A downside while we were there, people would stand in front of our porch and smoke all day and night. This made it difficult to enjoy the porch the entire time. But that’s not the unit owners fault. You do have stairs to go down when going onto the beach. And they’re steep. If you have elderly with you just know to be cautious. We had a nice time and the unit is beautiful. I would stay again, with my step stool lol.

We have been staying in Garden City for 10 years now and this is the best property and cabana in the area. It is clean,well decorated ,fully stocked for cooking ,is literally the closest you can be to the beach,and has the most comfortable beds and furniture. Cindy is so nice and was very accommodating. We won't be staying anywhere but here on our future trips to Garden City. Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise with us.

This first floor condo was so easy and convenient to access from the parking lot and going to and from the beach. We were literally steps away from the pool and the beach.
