About this house rental
An oasis in Tulsa's heart! Enjoy a private terrace or screened-in porch with a cup of joe, and then walk over to Utica Square or the EXPO center. There is much to do and just a stone's throw from this home. A completely remodeled home that has been modernized yet kept the charm of the home's era. It is comfortable and spacious inside and out. Enjoy our luxurious, lavish master bedroom and your own ensuite bathroom and balcony, or spend time in the chef's kitchen or veg out by TV. This is a dog friendly home, all pets must be approved and a $100 pet fee is due after time of booking. This fee is used to remove any/all evidence your furry friend was ever there. We provide extra cleaning and run an ozone machine to remove any odors that may be left behind out of courtesy for future guests who may not be bringing a pet. Please be sure to add your pet count to the reservation.

Beautiful, clean place to stay

Close to Tulsa Expo. Quiet neighborhood. Very clean. Not the most comfortable beds and the 2 secondary bedroom beds are very small.

We were in town for a quarter horse show at the Expo center, great location very nice neighborhood. Home was as advertised very cute, organized and well maintained. Would definitely stay againš

The house was absolutely perfect for our stay! Super clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we could possibly need. Host was incredibly easy to get a hold of when the heat/air settings got messed up due to a power outageā¦it was fixed so quickly and they were beyond helpful and nice!

My family and I booked this property for a quick get away weekend. We were blown away by the cleanliness, decor, and overall feel of the property! What a great space for our family. The house was decorated perfectly and was a wonderful experience for my wife and two kids. We would definitely recommend this rental to anyone who is coming to Tulsa for a trip.

Great PGA Championship Experience
I was a miracle to find this house when I did for the 2022 PGA Championship to stay at with my HS buddies in from out of town for the event. The house is "exactly" as nice as it looks in the photos. Cute home in the heart of midtown! We enjoyed our stay and love the updates to the home. Emily responded to my questions promptly and we even extended our stay because we enjoyed the comforts the home offered.

My husband and I were in Tulsa for business and decided to stay in a VRBO instead of a hotel. This house was super cute. Someone did a really great job remodeling! The master bedroom has a king size bed, but the other two rooms have 2 twins, so those are really better for non-couples. It was cold outside so we didnāt really get to hang out on the patio, but it looked like a great spot when the weather is nice. The location was great with lots of shopping and eating nearby! We will definitely stay again when in Tulsa!

Great place to stay!
We would highly recommend this house for a stay in Tusla. It's very clean, well upgraded, and in a great location! Our family had a wonderful time cooking in the beautiful kitchen, relaxing in the family room watching the football game & sitting for a home cooked dinner in the dinning room.
We had quick & easy communication with Emily, the check in/out is so simple, really a great place to stay!
