Not only was the condo lovely - there were so many things that made our trip easier - all you needed was to bring your clothes and a beach towel and a toothbrush. All else was provided. Others owners should follow such a wonderful example Thank you for your gracious hospitality. We enjoyed our visit very much

Made our trip prefect! Everything was supplied, the entire place was extremely clean and the view was worth it's weight in gold. Communication was well above par. Definitely would recommend...highly.

We stayed at this location for my boyfriend’s birthday. We truly enjoyed ourselves. The place felt cozy the moment we stepped in. The communication from steve was great. I zero problems. It was truly a carefree trip.

This was a perfect place for us (parents and two college age kiddos) for us for a long weekend. Loved being able to walk out the door of the building onto the beach. Two of us worked the first day and loved sitting and watching the ocean while working. We liked the neighborhood- we did go to the boardwalk, but preferred the quieter Fenwick Island. Steve was ver helpful in finding places to eat. Thanks!

Steve and Karyn are the best hosts! From booking, check in, our stay….nothing short of amazing! This property is gorgeous and very well maintained and equipped. No amenity missed in the kitchen; comfortable bedding; clean bathrooms; ample room for family dining; plenty of room for day-end laziness. If you are looking for convenience of the beach and access to a pool, this is the place to be. An added bonus was that we were able to sit out on the beach and see fireworks in all directions. Such a great surprise for the kiddos! Steve and Karyn, THANK YOU! We hope to return soon and often!

I have been staying at different units in the Atlantis for the past decade and this was the best one. Unit was well maintained and very nice.

This very affordable condo was is a great location right on the ocean. We could walk to everything. It met all of our needs for a relaxing, fun vacation and then some.....

Very clean and well equipped

Loved everything about this cozy condo. The decor, soft bedding, towels, and even had shampoo. Every detail was perfect. Morning coffee overlooking the ocean with large windows you can open to feel the breeze. It was cold for our trip but staying in this beautiful place made it so warm. I will be renting this propertymany more times. I highly recommend it.

We have stayed at many VRBO and other online rentals over the years. But we had never stayed in a condo before. And I have to say it was a great experience. Steve and Karyn obviously put a lot of time and care into creating a beautiful and comfortable condo. From the large comfy couches (plenty of seating if you are there with multiple people) to the super comfy bed...everything is made for relaxation. The sunroom overlooks the ocean and it really feels like you can see for miles and miles. The ocean car cruise was happening the weekend that my husband and I stayed. We didn't realize that when we booked the condo. But we were in the perfect location to see the cars as they cruised the strip. We even sat at the edge of the parking lot one evening to watch. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend and definitely would recommend this property for an ocean getaway.

We loved everything about the property. It felt like home. Comfortable, clean and had everything you needed. We ate breakfast every morning in the sunroom overlooking the ocean. Beautiful place. We'll be back next April or maybe sooner. Thank you

It was a beautiful stay at the Atlantis. The condo was pristine with comfortable furniture and updated appliances. We've stayed at the Atlantis at least a dozen times over the last 30 years, and we can honestly say this was the nicest condo!

The property was clean and directions to access the the building was perfect. It felt like a home away from home so we were very comfortable. The view was amazing and the night breeze was super calming and serene. We enjoyed every minute. The recommendations for dining and activities was very much appreciated. Thank you for offering your property to make our last minute getaway a blast.

Steve and Karyn's place was perfect! The weekend we stayed, wouldnt you know the temperature dropped to the 40's the whole time?! But the closed in balcony made it still enjoyable and beautiful. Plenty separate space for us and our teen as well. :)

We just returned from a great weekend at the Atlantis. Within minutes of booking, I received an email from the owner, Steve. He gave me all the info on the unit itself and also info on what local services were available. Check-in was contactless. The unit was amazing. Comfortable furniture and bed. Well appointed kitchen. 2 bathrooms. TV's in every room. Internet that actually worked. A great view, and easy check-out. I wished we could stay longer. Steve was very attentive and emailed me with directions, codes, and even notified me to let me know our room was cleaned and ready. I highly recommend this listing.

Loved the place. Great view. Love waking up to the sun coming up over the ocean. Best pots and pans that I ever used in a rental. 2 small things could have made it heaven. No toaster. Said there was one. Ice maker did not work. Other than that it was great.

Out of all the places we’ve stayed over the years this is my absolute favorite place! It was very very clean, had everything there you needed and more, the layout was great, very nice place, the location was great, and the views from all the windows was amazing! I felt very happy and at peace their! We just loved it and couldn’t be any happier! The people in charge were absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond for us! Highly recommend this place!!

This was the most peaceful and relaxing environment to be in. The view was pure tranquility and the unit was as if it were carved out just for us! If you are a cook, everything you need and then some is available at the location. My family is forever grateful to have had this time together.

The condo was beautiful. The views were amazing. The owner was very kind and always open and available for questions. He even came by to help us when we couldn't figure out how to get the hot water to work. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend. The code for the front of the building did not work for us though. The one for the back door worked perfectly fine and we just used that but we never could get the front door open. But overall, it was an extremely pleasant experience and I would definitely stay here again.
