I went into my room and I’d say someone had just vacated, not made up stuff around the room , had to then wait 1.5 hours for it to be rectified, same night my car got broken into doddgy neighborhood

Room was very comfortable and clean, with smart TV, kitchen and bathroom were clean, great location as it’s right beside all the shops you would need as well as restaurants and staff were nice and helpful:)

Nice room, big enough since you only really sleep there. The kitchen was useful. Close to Woolworths and ALDI.
A bit noisy at night. Even with the window closed the noise comes in from outside.

The location is very good. Bus stop is just around the corner. I can buy all I need from the shopping centre. The room is clean and very comfortable.

Very clean, comfy, quiet and lovely little touches like free coffee and shower gel, etc. Rooms were great with lovely beds, aircon and a working TV. Had everything you could possibly need. Great location, just one bus ride into the centre of Brisbane!

Clean and comfortable place to stay. The location is also very good, close to restaurants and shopping, quiet enough for a night's sleep. Would definitely stay to this hotel again when visiting Brisbane.
