Wondrous Woodstock Townhouse, Huge Open Floor Plan, Custom Décor and Artwork, Four Miles to Portland
About this house rental
For groups visiting Portland and the surrounding areas, the Woodstock Townhouse is a pretty special place. Sitting in the heart of Southeast Portland you are centrally located to most everything while at the same time well away from the bustle of downtown. With six bedrooms, a family room, and an open kitchen, dining, and living room layout this property is perfect for a large family or a group. The decor and design is all completely new with countless custom finishes. Every piece was procured to produce the perfect blend of style and comfort. There are a number of items that were commissioned by local artists that display and embrace the best parts of Portland. Upon entering the foyer you are greeted with a wide half set of stairs that leads up to the main level. A fully stocked kitchen with seating at the island combines with the nearby dining room to offer a great place to collect and enjoy time together. Relax just beyond in the living room and stream something fun while you rest and recuperate before your next set of adventures. There is a full bath next to the bedroom on this level. Ascend upstairs to find three more bedrooms. The first has two full beds for maximum flexibility while enjoying bright fun vibes. Along the same hall you will find two more bedrooms and two full bathrooms. At the far end of the hall is the family room with another large flat screen TV along with a bunch of games and a cozy couch to take it all in. Below on the bottom level are another two bedrooms, including the laundry room and another full bathroom. Don't miss the little seating area with the custom mural. Always a popular spot for some selfies and pics to post. We really hope you enjoy this incredible location to enjoy all the Pacific Northwest has to offer. An enormous amount of time and effort went into creating what we hope is one of the most special short term rentals you will find in the region. We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring the interior of the house. Special Information and Rules: A maximum of 10 guests may stay at any time. Great house, v comfortable, up-to-date kitchen was great for cooking dinner, upstairs game room was a hit, coffee shop across street was fantastic. Close to everything Portland and area has to offer. So many cozy bedrooms! Would definitely come back in the future w the family.

House is nice. Had problems with the refrigerator but fortunately we did not need it. There is a bar across the street and the noise was a bit of a bother. The heat is not controllable by the occupants and that was a little inconvenient.
On balance it is a nice place and we enjoyed our time there.

So nice to stay in the burbs near Reed college! Process was easy, house was super clean and just as expected. Coffee shop across the street a huge bonus and delicious! Will do this again.

Lots of space, common area, good location. Definitely worked for an impromptu reunion.

Family assembly for an event. Functional, good location, great coffee shop with pastries directly across the street making us want to do less cooking (nice problem). Easy communication.

We had a great stay. My daughter was getting married and the house was perfect for my family. We even did a brunch the next morning for the new in-laws and house was perfect. Will stay here again in a heartbeat.

This townhome was perfect for our large group of friends with kids! There were plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone, so it was quite a comfortable stay. We were only able to park 1 car on the driveway, but there was plenty of street parking around the corner. The kitchen didn't have a lot of the baking essentials (e.g. cooking oil), so make a grocery run if you plan on cooking often. Keeper Coffee shop across the street was a huge bonus for us!

This was a pleasant home for a larger group. Everything was as pictured on the website. It was clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. No excess clutter. Furniture and beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space to spread out. There's a very small but private fenced back yard. Location was convenient to city attractions. Landscaping provided privacy, despite the busy location. Check-in was easy; hosts volunteered early check-in.
The main drawback to be aware of is parking. Despite being a rental for a large group, there was really only driveway parking for one car (listing says 1-2, but the second car would block the sidewalk, unless both cars are miniatures). There's limited on-street parking nearby. Making the garage available would help with that -- it currently is being used for furniture storage.
The location is near two busy streets, so it can be a bit noisy. On the plus side, there's a nice coffee shop and cute-looking bar right across the street.

We would rent again

It had the basics of what we needed set up like a hotel. It was a good time of year to go as there is no central air so we didn't need it too cold. I would recommend it for larger groups.

Overall the house is very nice. We had an issue with the air conditioner not working while we were there. Of course, it happened to be some of the hottest days in Portland. We were able to cool the house some in the evening by leaving the windows open but unfortunately there was some street noise which we had to deal with throughout the night. We were there a total of 4 nights. The management did supply a couple of portable units on our last night. Otherwise, it's a lovely house and hopefully will have a fully operational a/c before the next guests arrive.

We splurged and rented this beautiful home for a family celebration. I had hoped that more people would take advantage of this open and well-equipped venue. It felt like a mansion and we had a fabulous time enjoying the spaciousness and the ability to be in a home that had everything we needed. Please note that there are a lot of steps so you need to be good with that. It was great exercise!

We had a family reunion based upon a new baby, grandbaby! The home was very clean (smelled clean upon entering), well appointed and clearly an effort to make it pleasurable. The rooms were large and beds very comfortable. They even had a bottle of wine and coffee grounds to make coffee. Parking for one car on the driveway was easy. No loud noises in the neighborhood. No problems with the unit. I will definitely use again.

The layout of the house was perfect for our large group of adults coming for a family wedding. Each couple had their own private bedroom space, all of the bedrooms were equally comfortable which is hard to find, and there was plenty of space for us all to hang out together. Kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. We loved the little coffee shop & bar across the street. Quiet location & easy to get places. We’d definitely recommend to anyone coming to Portland!

Our group of 6 had a great summer stay for nine weeks at the Woodstock Townhouse. The house was extremely clean when we arrived and there was plenty of space for all of us to live comfortably. There were plenty of kitchen utensils/cookware provided as well as many towels and blankets. With the few maintenance issues we had, they were very responsive and sent someone to fix right away. We would love to stay here again and definitely recommend it to others.

Just as described
House is comfortable, roomy and welcoming. Just as described. Kitchen well equipped, with necessities already there (salt, pepper, coffee, creamer…) an ice maker would have been great.
