Beaches outside of Incline Village may be open; visit the Tahoe Public Beach website for details. Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances. This home is not equipped with air conditioning. This property is managed by Vacasa Nevada LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
