Hiking, Restaurants, Bars, & Shopping Downtown, as well as easy access to lots of other nearby hiking trails, waterfalls & more is on a quiet peaceful street, yet is close to everything great that Chattanooga offers! A short drive to both North Chattanooga Riverfront as well the Southside, this entire lower level for guest use includes a private entrance, Queen sized bed, Sitting area, bathroom w/ shower, fridge & coffee maker. Guest access You will have access the the entire lower level of the home which is set up as a Studio- type apartment. Includes a Queen sized bed, leather sofa, coffee table, bathroom with stand up shower, mini fridge, coffee maker etc. Other things to note **NO KITCHEN** **$500 for smoking**

Super clean and in a good neighborhood (I have a tendency of always putting us in a questionable areas lol). Close to everything you want to get to. If I had to suggest anything , more outlets if that’s even possible? And a trash can in the main area.

I had a great stay with Rachel. The rooms were exactly as described, perfect for my needs. The extras were also so much appreciated after long days working at athletic events. Rachel was very responsive when a minor issue came up for me, quickly resolved! Thank you!!

We like to come spend weekends with my parents but my husband can’t overnight at their house due to cat allergy. This studio apartment was prefect for a place to unwind after a long day visiting and sight seeing and we were only a few minutes drive from their house. The location is close is close to all the downtown activities that Chattanooga has to offer and close to HWY 27.

We had a two day trip planned to visit a school. This was perfect. Room was clean and easy to access.

Nice room with comfortable bed. Could not get hot water in the shower to get better than mildly warm. Did not contact property manger since we were only there two nights. Nice neighborhood.

The studio was very clean and well decorated. Plenty of space for a couple with a nice sized bathroom. The host was responsive and the check-in was a breeze. A few things to note - there is no thermostat to control room temperature. There was a radiator heater and box fan. However, the room was nice and cool in the middle of summer. There was a lock and key to enter the basement from the exterior of the home, but the actual studio door did not have a lock. An interior door lock/latch would be a nice addition. There is an overhead light which was somewhat dim, adding a clip-on bedside table lamp would add more light. The bed was extremely comfortable - it was the perfect mix between firm and soft. Tons of closet space in the bathroom and bedroom. Very comfortable leather sofa. We would definitely stay again.

We were in town for a big softball tournament and was looking to save money and avoid paying hefty prices for 4 nights at a hotel. The apartment was just what we needed. This option saved us a lot of money and was convenient to everything. Would recommend for those wanting to visit the Chattanooga area.

Basic room in basement of neighborhood home. Neighborhood was well kept & safe. Nothing glamorous about the room. Adequate for the one night we were in town.

Entering front door, the first thing you see is an unfinished basement area with a mattress leaning against a wall.
Place was freezing when we walked in. Cold tile floor with just a small animal skin floor covering A small electric radiator was only source of heat.
No Kleenex and just a half a roll of toilet paper in bathroom.

The stay was GREAT! The power went out the first night we stayed so the morning of we had no hot water for our showers, the owners were quick to respond to get a plumber out there asap to fix the problem at hand. Turns out the home owner reset the hot water heater and we had hot water within an hour if that! Great place to stay and easy access for family vaca!

Loved the neighborhood. Close to everything and right in the area we are moving to. Close to downtown and things to do. Bed was comfy! Perfectly priced. We would totally stay again.

Well it was A LOT smaller than it appears in the listing. It was hard not to notice the walk upstairs and the dog barking. Also I have a daughter who is highly sensitive and allergic to dogs and she started having a bad reaction within about 20 minutes of arrival. So bad we had to get her inhaler. And then we had to leave and find other accommodations last-minute which was extremely stressful. Especially on a child's birthday weekend getaway. And we are still waiting on the refund form verbo. Now the host was extremely understanding and helpful. So she definitely gets a 10 out of 10. And Rachel has already refunded her part

Clean and quiet stay close to shopping in Hixson and Chattanooga. Bed was very comfortable and slept well. (One suggestion is perhaps a light by the bed for reading). Thanks Rachel for your hospitality.

This one-room efficiency apartment was exactly what was advertised, and exactly what we needed for our one-night stay before a family event. Our host, Rachel, was quick to answer questions and provided all the info we needed. The residential neighborhood was super-quiet and seemed very safe.

A very good place to stay while we were in town for a couple of days to hike and enjoy the beautiful fall. Even the trees around the house we lovely.

The room was small but usable for the overnight stay. Challenges were that the people upstairs were quite noisy. My wife woke to a lot of movement and children at 12:30am.
Renters considering this unit will want to know that the bed is very very firm. This was not to our liking but may be to others.

Just what we needed while visiting our daughter at UT Chatt. Basement room in a neighborhood close to everything. The bed & pillows were very comfortable. TV, sofa, shower. A small fridge for leftovers, microwave and coffee maker. Host Rachael was very responsive & kind to provide coffee for the coffee maker so there was more than enough for our stay. A great value and what we needed for our visit, a comfortable place to crash and shower before heading out each day.

This is my second time staying here and I will definitely be booking here again! The host is super sweet and very accommodating. The space is clean and in a good location with a quiet neighborhood! I loved my stay here and have absolutely no complaints.

This was a great place to stay. It was clean and well stocked with necessities. There was a microwave and small refrigerator in the room.
We were dropping out son off at college, he slept on the couch.
We plan on using this again!

Perfect for 2
Great, convenient stay for a short trip. In town for a wedding. We were not in the room very much but it was just what we needed. Very quiet and comfortable. Host is great!

We were driving from Louisville to Destin FL with a 16 month old and needed somewhere to stay half way through our trip. This was the perfect spot! Great location, close to plenty of interesting things to see and do. Rachel was a wonderful host and responded quickly anytime I had a question. We had a little trouble with check in but just because this listing is new to VRBO and had some kinks to work out. Didn’t matter too much though thanks to our responsive host! I also feel the need to mention that the bed was comfortable which is something we always have a hard time finding in places we stay!
