Room was fine , bathroom was tiny . Shower made a terrible noise . This is an older hotel with some upgrading . There was a huge walk in closet ? The bathroom was smaller than the closet. Just an odd room . Very close to airport so that was nice . People were very friendly.

The stay was good overall. There is no cleaning of the rooms during the entire booked stay. Best Western does state this. I know because every day I set out tip money for room service and none was done during the 4 day stay. This means no garbage removal, no wiping down of counters or bathroom cleaning, no linen, towel, washcloth replacement , toilet paper replacement or shampoo/soap replacement. You can request these to be done at the front desk. I kept my room clean for the 4 day stay and cleared out my garbage every morning. I The breakfast was great. Eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereal, fruit, waffles, bread assortment, coffee, and juices. I really enjoyed making a waffle for the first time. I didn't use the pool or jaccuzzi but there were other patrons who did. I did use the room refrigerator and microwave, stocked through Walmart and Smiths grocery stores. I also used the hair dryer and iron every day. The staff at the front desk were friendly and informative. I did have to replace the remote batteries for the monitor on the wall. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows, 5 pillows. The airconditioning worked perfectly. Overall it was good stay. I do wish because of the 4 day stay, the linens and towels were changed and that I was given more shampoo and soap without asking, but that was stated. The man at the front desk on the first day said the deposit would be refunded the day after check out. 's been 3 days without the refunded deposit. Still waiting

Check in was easy, they only had rooms on the second floor, and there is no elevator. The room was OK, The plumbing Was loud. out of all the places that I had stayed on my weeklong trip this is the only hotel where I didn’t sleep well. Bed was fine, but the vibe in the room was off. The traffic noise was on the high side, got woken up at 1:30 from loud motorcycle twice and then around 4 or 4:30 Some of the guests decided that they were just gonna have a conversation in the hallway. needless to say, I only got about three hours sleep and I went to bed at 10 and set an alarm for 6.

My experience was wonderful. I arrived late and got a shuttle from airport. Then again got the shuttle after breakfast to my car rental. Very friendly drivers and staff. The room was immaculate and spacious.

I travel to Albuquerque frequently and had never stayed at this hotel. This was a 1 night stay and Hotels.com had a good price so I thought I'd try it out. It's located close to the interstate so easily accessible to anywhere in the city, and is close to the airport. They offer shuttle service which is a plus! The hotel was a pleasant surprise! Very clean, well maintained. The registration staff was pleasant, professional and informative. He even offered to carry my bags up to my room, if needed. They have a Happy Hour with free non-alcoholic drinks and snacks in the afternoon. The room was spacious and everything I needed for a short or longer stay. It was very clean and smelled great when I walked in. I love a hotel that smells good! The only negative I have is the bed was a little too firm for my liking. That being said, it certainly didn't deter me from a good night's sleep. I will definitely stay here again!

If you're looking for a cheap place without bed bugs this is it. I believe it was recently remodel but it should just say newly painted. They kept all the old things and just slapped some paint over it. It's like putting lipstick on a pig. The bed was comfortable though.

WE REALLY ENJOY STAYED HERE, WE WOULD recommended THIS PLACE TO STAY. BREAKFAST WAS GREAT AND YOU CAN GET HOT OR COLD. SLEEP WELL, COULD NOT HEAR THE AIRPLANS FLYING OVER, EMPLOYEES WERE AMAZING AND FRIENDLY STAFF ALL WAY AROUND. FIVE STAR HER.

I walked in was greeted very friendly but soon after things changed!! I got my room they had no elevator so you have to take the stairs I had 2 older people with me! We get to our room someone else was sleeping in the room walk bbq k down to the front desk talk to the lady she said no you didn’t open the door right you must pull up in the handle I said some else is already sleeping in that room!! The front desk person was very upset because she couldn’t just got back to smoking whatever was making her so high and unable to do her job!! After she went and looked and saw someone in the room she then gave us another room once again not on the first for but in another building!!!

This was a great stay! Check-in was very good with the engaging and informative Marty. My son and I just needed a place to stay near the airport and this place fit the bill so much better than expected. The room rate was very reasonable, the included breakfast was great and the location perfect. There were a couple (very small) issues with conditions: an outlet plate that had come loose exposing the interior of the wall, some wear on the carpet and the seal on the tile floor. None of those things affected our stay, but speaks to the place being a little dated. Definitely not a deal breaker and given the rate and location, I would definitely stay here again.

Had a sign in the lobby that they were ranked at an 8.4 on Hotels.com. Definitely not even a 6. Door jammed and someone had to stay in the room at all times to open from the inside. Drunk next door was singing at the top of his voice at 2 am. The counter girl did come up and bang on his door and he quieted. Room was dumpy and pillows were meh. The two places we wanted to stay at were booked and this was our third choice. Wish we would have just kept traveling down the road.

Arrived and hotel lobby staff were not welcoming or friendly. Elevators were down so we had to use the stairs. Our room appeared clean at first glance; upon closer inspection it was a little dirty. The carpet and curtains had stains. Linen didn’t smell fresh. Bathroom, however, was clean and water pressure was good. You could hear people laughing and talking as they walked down the halls, was a bit uncomfortable to be sleeping & randomly hear strangers laugh. We also accidentally locked ourselves out of our room and when we went to ask for another key, I got a snarky remark from the desk lady about it. Breakfast was decent. Checkout was the same as checkin. Will not be staying here again.

This am (1 am) we checked in and were told they didn’t have a first floor (pet room) available after booking online. My family and I were tired after driving for hours and were told our only option was to take a second floor room or leave. They also stated since they didn’t have a pet room they would be keeping my deposit of $100 when the pet fee is only $40. To add insult to injury we were also told that we would have to carry all our luggage upstairs because the elevator is broken. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at best western, a place I always choose to do business with. I just want to share this experience with upper management

The hotel sent their shuttle to rescue me at the Albuquerque car rental office when the supplier that I bought closed at 10 pm. even though my flight timing indicated that a 10:15 arrival might be happen.
