Right where I wanted to be. All of the French Quarter is walkable from this location.

Great location, great customer service, friendly staff, comfortable beds and great views from room.

Our room was comfortable, quiet, and I slept well. Staff were friendly and attentive. I felt very secure in this hotel, as doormen recognized me and my partner, you need your key card to access the floors with rooms via elevator, and staff would ask to see your key card at later hours. Our room was pretty basic, but well-kept. Housekeeping was friendly and made up the room both days while we were out. The location was convenient, with lots of restaurants, several Walgreens within walking distance.

It waa a very good stay. I have stayed there before i would stay here again.

Great location. Close to bourbon street and shopping. Lobby needs to be cleaned up and the interior needs a facelift. Bed is comfy. Close but not as noisy as many Nola hotels.

Had great time in NOLA at JazzFest. Wyndham was great location for experiencing French Quarter. Was a little noisy but room was comfortable. Appreciated being on a top floor but having to switch elevators was a little annoying. No difference in the room to make up for annoyance. Overall great stay!

It's 2024 and there is absolutely no reason for a hotel to still have full-sized beds. If the hotel is aware of 4 adults in a room, either suggest 2 rooms and/or restrict the number for a single room. Also, there is no reason to still have "dumb" televisions. Upgrade, Wyndham!! No excuses for the prices you charge.

Very outdated decor, had roaches in room and very loud. Service staff was nice for most part but would not answer the phone when called down to front desk.

Staff was nice & friendly great location

The hotel started out a little rocky. The lady checking us in hardly looked at us and was looking in the other direction when she was speaking to us. However, the gentlemen at the front door and standing in the lobby were fantastic. There was ice and a vending machine on my floor which was much appreciated. It would have been nice to have a small refrigerator in the room. The location is excellent! I could not have asked for a better location. I will definitely be staying here again.

This hotel is horrific. Had to check out early. List of things of note: -carpet was sticky with spilled and dried alcohol - wallpaper falling off bathroom walls/bathroom sink loose -sunken bed -air conditioner that had to run non-stop - furniture chipped up/broken lamp -the ice and vending machine in the hallway were just straight up missing. It as as if someone had literally boosted them out of the hotel wall. - carpet in hallways had holes and stains everywhere. I don’t know who is reviewing this place well, it’s literally one step up from a pay by the hour motel. There are dozens of hotels within 100 feet of this place so look elsewhere.

We loved our stay at the Wyndham! Every single staff member was friendly and professional. We had a beautiful view overlooking the Mississippi. Lots of restaurants and bars within a short walking distance.

Hotel is in a great area however, lobby/ front desk staff are not that friendly, everything is dated, tub and sink were clogged. We only stayed for two nights, so we dealt with it. Definitely not worth more than 200 bucks a night or longer stays.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights as I was traveling here for a wedding. Before my arrival, I called the hotel 3 separate times to ask of they accept apple pay to use at check in. The physical card I was intending to use was new and did not arrive to me in time for my trip but I was able to add it to my apple wallet. I called them 3 separate times in the days leading up to my check in to confirm that I can use apple pay. All three times I called, the staff told me YES I AM able to use apple pay for my check in. Upon checking in, they told me that the payment terminals are broken and apple pay does not work. I told the staff that I had called 3 separate times before my stay to confirm that I could use apple pay and was told that I could. They did not seem to care and said that I needed to use a physical card. This was extremely disappointing and I had no other option than to use my debit card. The concierge waived the $50 deposit which was a nice gesture but did not solve the issue. This caused major issues for the rest of my weekend. Even further I asked when the apple pay stopped working and they told me it was before christmas so they flat out lied all 3 times I called. They put my room right outside the elevator which was very noisy. My bathroom mirror was cracked and falling apart. The sink and shower drains were clogged and when I asked for a late checkout I was told that there would be no way they could even give me 30 extra minutes. I would never stay here again.

Hotel & their staff were ama,ing and helpful. The narrow streets and city cleanliness left something to be desired though. Loved the culture & architecture of the French Quarter. You get the feeling he neighborhood looks after their own; everyone looks out for one another

Great place to stay to be close to everything French Quarter

Wonderful location but getting our car in and out was so hard because the garage entrance is faced to the very busy street and people are walking in front of the entrance non-stop. Otherwise everything was great.

We had a great time at the Wyndham French Quarter. The hotel location is great, and the staff was very friendly, especially with my 6 year old daughter. I definitely recommend the hotel.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The room was clean and cozy and the bed was super comfortable. Every employee we encountered at the hotel was extremely accommodating and friendly.

The area was typical for French Quarter. The culture, architecture and music were all good! The food was very good!

Room was clean and the bed was comfy. The only downside was noisy neighbors at night and early in the morning.

Great location! Hotel has a really strange layout, take the elevator up to 9 and then go down some stairs to get to room??? Weird. But the hotel was clean, staff and security were wonderful and we felt very safe. Room was a good size, and a ton of towels! Would stay here again in a heartbeat

The Wyndham was average. Nothing particularly great about it. In the middle of the French Quarter - I don't count this as a plus. No food on-site, no movies available, small lobby which was not really visually appealing, not a very welcoming front-desk staff. As I said, average. Would definitely try someplace a bit more upscale next time.
