I never received an itinerary when booked, rate was different from what l had booked for, unable to get any answers either from the hotel nor the website.

The only bad thing was the really inconsistent internet. Do not expect to be able to work remotely. And I wish I had a fridge in my room but I got what I paid for. Also did not like the plastic sheets but I understand why those would be used. Great pool though and a very clean hotel overall. Great location

Right off Highway 200 - the main bus route road. Beds were comfortable, only negative was no fridge in room.

Very helpful and kind staff, breakfast in the morning is excellent. Centrally-located. Wifi only available in the pool area. Quiet location, lots of road work being done at the moment, so some difficulty in accessing the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Property is ok and staff are nice.
My room was very noisy (room 313).
Poor insulation between window frame and the hole in the wall, actuality no insulation at all. I went across the street to Office Depot and bought some duct tape to try patch it, but it didn't imrove anything.
Wifi stopped working after a few days and wasn't fixed until I left.
They put some temporary routers though around the pool and restaurant.
They have free coffees and pastries in the mornings (sometimes they run out of coffee and you need to go to oxxo ore other shop if you need coffee at 7 am.
Uber to airport was 210 pesos.
Beach (Las Glorias) is across the street, buses go up and down the street to take you anywhere.

Overall was a nice stay, staff were great, welcoming and accommodating. Hotel is fairly dated; small issues such as taps leaking, shower not draining properly, fridges are limited to certain rooms and limited ice available to keep things cold. The pool is a nice touch and maintenance kept it exceptionally clean! Authentic Mexican breakfast served for an added charge every morning, which was mediocre. For the price, breakfast should be included and an ice machine would be a nice touch.

Location, walking distance to the playa, surrounded by all the necessary buses, great fresh and very affordable food. Close to convenient stores and groceries. The hotel is much better than the one next door (Hacienda Vallarta, which is to be avoided at all costs), but try not to go on Christmas Eve and day as many local families full in the hotel and both parents don't look after their kids and hotel owners don't make the adults respect the noise curfew rules which are clearly seen to all.

Great stay experience. Great location close to lots of places. Only thing was the beds were not the comfiest/hard and the noise of other people could be heard very loud through the doors. Other than that we were comfortable and it served its purpose for our trip!

Convenient to Versalles dining options, beach, Plaza Caracol. On main bus route. Large rooms. Quiet. Very clean. Breakfast-coffee and a sweet roll. For approximately $3.00 US, you can add a large fruit, yogurt, granola bowl. Nice pool! Stayed for 1 week and would stay again.

Our room was big, it had a small kitchenette in case one wants to cook.
The swimming pool was nice, water is heated.
The beach is walking distance from the hotel, there is also a pharmacy and grocery store across the street and a few restaurants.
The hotel has no parking, there is parking on the street but sometimes is crowded and there are no empty spaces.
The hotel is right next to a busy street, if your room in on that side of the building it may be noisy at nights.
There is a small restaurant but we did not try it.

Kitchenette without a toaster, coffee maker and microwave is NOT a kitchenette and big deal to get them.

We booked this because our flight was canceled and we needed to stay another day, fast and cheap. So that should say enough for you. Definitely an older place, maybe more traditional? Slept on top of the covers and used the extra provided blankets.
Pool was big, not enough lounge chairs, this particular time had a few large family events going on. Staff was friendly. You get what you pay for.
Served our purpose well.

It was very good. We appreciate them letting us keep our fish in the fridge and holding our luggage while we sat at the pool for a few hours before we left.

Very nice little hotel off the main road, staff was very accommodating, rooms were clean, friendly people, pool is small but does the job. I'd stay here again !!

It's cozy, reasonable pricing, staff was nice and polite, environment around the place was nice, the only thing I dislike is the Internet service.

Loved location and enjoyed other guests and that it was a small property. Needs some TLC. Stayed in 104 faces pool. Had kitchenette. Fridge freezer was not the greatest & fridge itself wasn’t clean. Shower was leaking and AC ran but didn’t do the job, needed maintenance check I believe. Had a great fan. That sure helped.

No English speaking people. Noisy equipment running. Terrible shower heads. Unable to move them. Drapes hard to close. Patio doors really hard to open. These are really easy fixes that would have made our stay much easier and better. Everybody we met that stayed there complained about the mattresses.

Although fairly clean, the beds were very hard, the pillows were very lumpy and also probably pretty old, while the water at the sink only ran cold. The shower was hot, but the bathroom was overall very small. The location was near the bus line, and that was helpful.

Weaknesses: hotel is situated like a little enclosed island in a commercial area a long way from the tourist zone and the sea front, requiring taxi or bus rides. Room decore is somewhat stark and soulless. A pleasant hotel but for the same price, better choices are available.
