really exceed my expectations. For the price I was hoping for something really cheap, and they really prove me wrong, the room was great, the bed was comfortable, continental breakfast was very complete, and the staff was very friendly, I needed to check in a little bit early and they let me. The only bad thing was the heater, the room was cold when we arrived (there was a snow storm) and at night the heat was too hot, so there was no middle point. The hot water took a while to come out as well. The rest was just excellent

My son and I stayed here for one night during our drive home. The room we eventually got was clean, comfortable, and mostly well maintained (the in room phone had no dial tone and was useless). It was a bit dated in some ways but the beds were comfortable and the furniture was fully functional. This was the 2nd room we were assigned to. It met our needs well. The first room we were assigned to was totally unprepared for guests: beds not made and the tub partially disassembled. This is likely a staff communication issue where the maintenance staff had not informed the desk staff when a room is under long term maintenance and unavailable to guests. This is something that I hope is easily fixed for the future. I will say, the desk staff was very friendly and helpful in finding another room for me. The free breakfast was adequate: coffee, hot chocolate, orange juice, apple juice, cereal, bagels, waffles, muffins, bananas, bread, cream cheese, butter, and a selection of jams and jellies were available. As a last note, the gift shop and coffee are available 24 hours a day and the front desk is also staffed 24 hours a day. We would consider staying here again in the future.

$200 deposit hold for 1 night is excessive. Its not a resort.

Lights outside the room TOO BRIGHT!!!

Updated rooms and surprisingly clean, lobby was nice. Just needed for one night and was perfect for that. Little bit loud as it was a sat night and rooms open to outside.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff was quick and efficient in checking us in. Easy to find location and good fast food available nearby.

I loved my stay, it was clean and comfortable with the peace of mind my car being safe right at my door step. Luckily I had Esim otherwise the wifi in the hotel barely was connecting or having signals; and the phone in the room was disconnected and was not working. Much recommended Overall . Front desk Evening Male and morning Female reception are very welcoming and definitely made it better for stay.

our stay was good here. we needed an extra blanket that was available. our room didnt have tv remote that was provided within minutes. wifi signals were perfect and we cud easily check our mails and surf the net. breakfast had regular bagel bread fruit cereal and coffee. my kids fav was plain and strawberry flavour fresh waffles . also they have coffee and hot chocolate 24 hours available, a big plus for us

It was very clean & comfortable, but noisey. Hot water needs adjusting, not hot enough.

Overall this year property is food for the rate I paid for. Rooms were decent cleaned. I upgraded one of the rooms to a suite with a Jacuzzi which was nice. My only problem was checking we arrived early. The girl at the front with the children with her was not helpful and lazy. At first she claimed that she couldn’t find the reservation. However she found it. We went ahead and paid for the rooms she promised that when we came back that the rooms would be ready. And guess what only one of the rooms wasn’t. So that was a headache the manager Alyssa’s came and she solved the problem. Overall the property was not bad.

Recent renovations are good. Very comfortable but walls seem paper thin. We could hear the traffic on the road and the adjoining rooms!

Was a nice hotel clean good location! But at the end of trip they tried to keep 200 deposits saying smelled smoke and was none had to get general manger and then got money back but the ast manger was rude and trying to get me for 200

Nice quiet stay overnight. Everything good except plumbing noises from adjacent units can be a bit disruptive. Bed was very comfortable and extra pillows with different stiffness meant I could choose what I liked.

First of all, the good. Staff very friendly and very helpful. The gentlemen that stayed at from desk overnight is super nice. I forgot his name, unfortunately. The lodge is very outdated. I'd recommend Expedia to audit the reviews, because we booked based on them and their are NOT accurate.

Nice location, nice staff, clean rooms

My wife and I checked in on a Wednesday afternoon to spend 1 night. The evening shift check in person was quite polite. We arrived to oir room and it was quite small and had damages to the wall and trims. The bed has hairs that looked like they were pubic hairs which groees us out. We had to take the sheets off. As we were in the room we had the lovely noise of the water being flushed over our head every time the person upstairs flushed the toilet. The next day whem we went to have "breakfast" that was provided the bananas were either fully brown or bright green. We had the delightfull opertunity of hearing the staff and some other 2 guys complain about their jobs qiute loud. When we went to check out the 3 had gone out for a smoke so we had to stand up and wait for the lady to finish her smoke in order for us to check out. (She smelled like an ash tray when she came back in). After checking out my wife and I had to walk through the plunder of smoke and stench of cigarettes because the gentlemen and staff were smoking at the door. Would not recommend stay there. For a few more dollars you can get a lot better. Lesson learned!

No issues for the price. It’s not really meant to impress anyone but it works for a quiet, clean place to stay.

The manager on duty the next morning was horrible very disrespectful and refused to agree to something that was already agreed on the night of check in
