This stay was excellent and by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Check out time was new to me, no rush in anything, took our time to leave. Spacious and clean!

The room smelled terribly of cat or dog urine, pee stains everywhere, pet hair on couch, etc! Couldn't get another room for 2 days. Finally got moved to a better room, then the electricity partially was out in THAT room!

We can’t say enough great things about this hotel! We were treated very nicely by the staff and the room was very comfortable for our 9 night stay for the balloon fiesta! We would 10/10 recommend staying here! Clean, comfortable and relaxing stay! Thank you!

Booked online after searching for pet friendly- after checking in I received a text that I had to pay an additional pet fee- for the total price I could have stayed in a 5 star rated property. Was going to say here again in 2 weeks- they won’t get my business. Pet owners be aware

Traveled with children. We all enjoyed our stay. Rooms were excellent. Plenty of room and very clean. Breakfast lady was so hospitable and helpful. Check in lady was not so nice. Very quick choppy answers to our questions and when we called for extra towels, she simply said no and hung up. Otherwise we had a great stay.

The spots in the carpet in the room need serious cleaning. This was in 225. We stayed there a few weeks ago in a different room and the carpet needed cleaning as well. Otherwise, the stay was satisfactory.

An amazing hotel with tons of amenities! The double bed suite was perfect for our family weekend getaway. All the kids (seven) had a place to sleep and a tv to play their games on. The two queen beds were so comfortable, we actually slept in. The staff was sweet and attentive. I will definitely return in the future.

The hotel staff was incredible. We had an issue with the AC in our room and the staff moved quickly to move us to a different room so that we were comfortable. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The breakfast was incredible.

We stayed in a King suite and it was very clean and comfortable. Upon walking in the room there is a living space with a large desk, sofa, ottoman and chair as well as a large Samsung TV. Next is the kitchenette with a nice size refrigerator, dishwasher, electric stove top, microwave and sink. There were clean dishes, pots and pans in case we needed them. The bathroom had a large vanity with 1 sink and standard bathtub/ shower combo but was very clean. I didn’t see any mold or mildew anywhere. The sleeping area was at the end close to the window and had a comfortable king size bed and another large Samsung TV. The hotel doesn’t offer daily housekeeping but this is understandable since these rooms are set up for longer stays. Tamika made us feel very welcomed and let us know we could always ask her or the staff if we needed anything such as clean towels, pillows, etc.

Our stay dates got mixed up on the website but the staff was extremely helpful and was able to help us get it resolved. Breakfast was better than we planned, rooms were super comfortable and very spacious. Will definitely stay there again if we are in the area

this was not the room that expedia showed on their website. I paid for a separate 1bedroom suite and got a suite with everything in one area which was awful for my family.
