The room comes well equipped, but bed placement does not all easy movement around it to the bathroom. If you are staying for awhile, full kitche for cooking. Free breakfast was great. All help yourself, no one making omelets etc. In all, for the money, id stay again.

This was a last minute booking and we were happy we picked this hotel. Close to everything.

Little bit of a wait to check in, Bartender on Thursday night was awesome, supply limited duento no CO2. The room was clean and comfortable

Nice facility but most of the staff wasn't knowledgeable or that helpful (except the valet the next day). First, parking is only valet and was a nightmare. There was no valet when we arrived, so I parked my own car on the side street next to the hotel and had to unload my own luggage and haul to the room. They never drove the car to the garage as promised so it remained out all night in the rain. Next day, they charged me $50 for the "privilege". When I went to retrieve the keys, the Valet attendant recognized this inconvenience and had the front desk remove the charge (Thank you). The other issue is I reserved a King Suite, and instead they gave us an accessible room which had a queen and a layout not suitable for my wife and I. This was a one-night stay, and we were most interested in seeing as much of Nashville as possible, so we didn't make a big deal out of it. It was very disappointing having stayed at a HS at Hilton in OK 2-days prior which we enjoyed immensely.

Very nice hotel no complaints.

The room was clean and spacious. Everything around the room wasn’t for example, the halls were filled with trash, dirty linen, pizza boxes, trash bags etc. outside the window overlooked the parking garage and an alley filled with trash.

Very friendly staff & great clean comfortable accommodations. Definitely would return.
Thank you for making our trip to Nashville an enjoyable one.

It was PERFECT! It was close to Broadway, so we were able to walk to listen to great music! The staff was incredibly helpful and kind!

Overall I would stay there again.
However, there was only one elevator operating which led to tremendous wait times and is always a potential safety issue should there be an emergency.
Also, I had to go up and down these crippled elevators three times because the employee at the front desk failed to make sure my key cards were programmed correctly and she never offered an apology for the inconvenience.

Great Location for Downtown Nashville. Room had plumbing issues and we had to call maintenance 2x for toilet not flushing. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. They had a complementary happy hour with many snacks and free drinks. The breakfast buffet was very good as well. Staff was friendly and responsive.

One night couples stay. Great, clean room. Love the building and distance to Broadway.

The bedding didn’t fit the bed and pillows were not good quality. Water constantly flowed out of the standup shower. One of the window curtains wouldn’t go up.

Great location, 8-10 minute walk to downtown. The breakfast had a large variety. Staff friendly. Really the only issue was two of the three elevators were broken so a bit of a wait for one but not a huge problem.

Over booked us and we had to stay at another hotel the first night. No hot water, and OMG the noise. Train horns, and sirens all night long every night for the three nights we were there.

Location is good and the place is very clean. Nice size room. Very thin walls could hear everything outside. Vallet service is terrible, take too much time to let the car there and as well to pick up it. Staff was not very friendly

No valet parking due to weather which is understood but no one at least at the door trying to help us get our bags. Struggling in the snow all alone while my husband goes and parks the car. Also the TVs are not smart TVs so we were unable to watch Netflix, Hulu. ETC…

The hotel was fabulous. I was pleasantly surprised at the beautiful building, amenities and service available so close to Broadway. Everyone took great pride in their roles. Breakfast was relaxing before our long days of exploring the area, the rooms were impeccable and service was always polite and helpful. And Tia truly IS the best mixologist around. We appreciated her wisdom in other local eateries. We will definitely be returning!

Great location and very clean. Nice size room with updated tech. Just very thin walls could hear everything outside. And linens were scratchy. All the staff was amazing as well.

Unfortunately this hotel as many do not have there own parking area and depend on a private company to park guests cars.
The private company do not have the parking area under 24/7 surveillance even when they charge excessive for keeping your car parked.
My car was damaged in a attempt to break it in (it was parked at the VIP spot, as per the attendant information) or May be they did got in the car, not sure, nothing was missing.
I left the hotel in a rush a day earlier, after finding the damage to my car… I just bought it 2 days before!
Seriously?
The hotel do not accept any responsibility and the parking company either!!!
I’m furious!

Hotel was clean and the room size adequate. Very comfortable bed and shower water pressure was great. Nice soaps, shampoos, gels, and lotions. Free breakfast was a plus. Walkable to the Ryman, Country Music Hall of Fame and Honky Tonk. Less than 15 minutes to the airport.

Loved this hotel. However the car valet service was understaffed during our stay and it took almost an hour to get our car. Also the fee for the valet was $45 not $40 as advertised online.

Light bulb burned out in bathroom, curtains would not close as a hook was missing, refrigerator very loud. Ice maker broken, internet was out so WIFI & TVs did not work. Condition of room was tired and worn.

Hotel is in a beautiful building built in 1927 refurbished inside, friendly helpful staff great breakfast staff in the breakfast room

The refridgerator's ice maker wasnt working. No dishsoap in the kitchen. The batrhroom sink would not drain, a few of the USB outlets would not work. Last but not least the cost of the room should have come with more of a view than the parking garage 15ft outside the windows, for $450 per night including taxes we felt cheated. When I talked to the desk clerk he said none of the ice makers in the building worked. I would have never expected this from a Hilton Hotel.
